My poor car has definitely seen better days...I appreciate that although the opportunities are there, Im not being overwhelmed by pushy sales tactics. I didnt have to wait very long. All shops are different and it Really depends on the employees. Now THIS shop has the right employees! Mike the manager is a really nice guy and straight forward. No BS here! The lead techs Troy and Scott are Top Notch and have over 35 years experience between the 2 of them. And the rest of the crew is pretty dang good too! Highly recommend this place and these people!

Tires Plus staff were super helpful and honest, they didn’t have the headlight bulb I needed in stock so the mechanic Edgar ran next door to purchase one and installed it for me. Very polite & professional! They will continue to get our business!

Bought 4 new tires, an alignment and front brakes. The next morning when I woke up, I had a flat tire! Luckily, I keep an air pump in my trunk. Had to take a 2nd half day of work off to get it fixed. The guy that helped me the first day, was awesome. But when I came back with the flat the next day, the guy helping me could have seemed a little more concerned/sympathetic to my troubles. Oh well.

Mike the manager was very helpful very fair pricing than an awesome job!I had a front end alignment oil change and three brand new tires cost me about $535 out the door for my Jeep Cherokee...

Terrible non professional dismissive service. Asked the front desk guy for tire install...custom tire most places dont carry, but I had a new one. Guy tells me to take it to a dealer.

Monday, February 15, I went to Palm Bay Tire Plus to have my air checked on my car. The check tire pressure light came on for the left rear tire. I was driving back home to Miami and I didnt wanna risk having an accident. The front desk gentleman assisted me, an average-height male, with blond hair. He checked the drivers tire then PRETENDED to check the remaining tires, as I sat in the car. I watched him in my side mirrors. He told me my tires were fine, I gave him a tip and drove off. I drove to the Chevron where one of the cashiers checked and put air in each tire, and the warning light went off. Not all men take advantage of women, just the SCUM that works at Palm Bay Tire Plus.

I liked tire plus before, the one on 192 did a good job on my car, but I cant believe, this shop on palm bay is so horrible, I just wanted a tire balance and alignment, they scrached my front bump and the manager even didnt say sorry. What is more? when I drived out, there is a weight balance bar, which nailed in my tire, and I came back the shop, and the manager told me, it is normal, there are a lot pieces on the floor. Cant believe, I will never use this company again

Went to have a nail removed from my tire. They would not patch it because the company wants to replace it. The tech said. Firestone around the corner not a problem thanks Brian@ firestone.

Brought my truck in to get the alignment looked at. Was told by Kayla that the front right tire has a slipped belt and needed to be warrantied out. The tires I had on the vehicle only had 20k miles on them and were all terrain tires ( I wanted to switch to a Highway tread tire) ... Mike-(GM) and Kayla worked together to get me half off a new set of tires when warrantying these tires out and got me back on the road quickly! I am extremely happy with what they have done and truly feel like they were looking out for my best interest. Will be using these guys again in the future..... as i usually do!

My car worked for hundreds of miles until I got an Oil change at this facility. It broke down 50 miles after being serviced at Tires Plus. They did not take any responsibility for the fact that my vehicle was operable until I took it to their shop. I would not risk bringing your vehicle to a location which cannot be entrusted to return your vehicle to you in the same working order in which you brought it.

If I could give negative stars I would. I brought my car there to address an alignment issue from a different tires plus location. I called Thursday and spoke to a lady who was really friendly on the phone. I made an appt to bring the car Friday afternoon. 2 hours after dropping the car, I didnt hear anything (they were not that busy & there was an appt made!), so I called and was told they havent looked at it yet. Frustrated I said Ill just come pick up the car. Mike, the person of the phone said Sounds good. What part of that sounds good? One less car to work on Friday afternoon? There is no regard to taking ownership of an issue caused by Tires Plus. FIND A DIFFERENT LOCATION THAT CARES ABOUT KEEPING CUSTOMERS RATHER THAN TAKING YOUR MONEY AND MOVING ON! THEIR ALIGNMENTS ARE HORRIBLE AND I QUESTION THE CALIBRATION /SERVICE TECH WHO DO THEM!

Never go here to get your tire patched. Theres no one here and 2 guys have been working on my tire for over an hour. They seem to be confused as to how to get the weights on the tire to balance it. They try to get weights on, then they all stand around looking at the tire for a minute or so. Then they try again. This is crazy!!!

Being a local I have gone to this particular Tires Plus shop for years. They have worked on every vehicle Ive owned and they always do a top notch job. Great customer service and I am always greeted with a smile when I walk through the doors. They charge fair prices and are always there to help even after closing hours.

Left my Blazer late Sat night, called 9am Sunday morning and told them wheel bearing needed to be replaced, where I left the keys, my tires plus credit card nimber and that I needed an estimate ASAP and fixed by closing.They called me back within 30 min, confirmed the wheel bearing and associated parts and labor...called me back in about 3 hours to let me know it was fixed and ready to go, left the key and the paperwork where I told them because I wasnt able to get there before they closed....Sunday.I picked up my Blazer, key where I told them, paperwork on my front seat floor as I had asked and nice and quiet, fixed and running smooth again - Thank You guys !

Went to have a car inspected and they were really affordable and honest.

Positive: you can make appointments for things like an oil change. Negative: I cannot say I really trust them - ie. saying I need new windshield wipers after I just drove there in the pouring rain with the wiper I replaced a week before.

Extremely kind and courteous to your needs and are VERY understanding of your situation. No matter how complex. Will go here every time without a doubt.

I took my car in this shop looking for 4 new tires to put in to my vehicle this lady name Kayla doesnt know how to keep their customer, I bought tires before from Mike for my other car, Mike is awesome thats why i went back there, I was trying to get a deal from Kayla @ Tire Plus but she wont give it to me, so i went to Firestone Auto Shop for the same exact tires & brand, Firestone gave me a very good price and saved me more money way better than the deal I was asking her, Thanks Kayla.

Good work but monyey hungry. Had nail in tire wouldnt change but offered sell $100 tire. Looked up on YouTube and did myself. God is good.I will say did patch a nail a while ago with no Hassel though.

Went in for an alignment and an oil change. Two other people in line and three hours later still not completed. Now I know why I stopped going here. I would advise another shop.

They are always friendly and courteous in here which is great. However, I had unsatisfactory results on my front end alignment. One of my tires was noisy and they didnt fix the problem after having it back a couple times. I went to the Tires Plus on Wickham for a second opinion. Immediately they diagnosed it as a wheel bearing. I put a new one on, got the alignment checked and it was good to go. I previously had my airbox left open by this Babcock store as well. Again, awesome friendly people, not so great work.

I went into there because i had a popped tire so i ordered it and they had it when i went there. They told me i should be out within 45min which worked out perfect. That was at 2:00pm i ended up leaving at 6 because the tire tech mounted my new tire on the spare rim which is not the same at the rims that are on there. The next morning I checked all my tire PSI not one was to spec. I came to realize that this tech also removed my old spare tire and put the poped tire on. The only reason i am giving this a 2 star review is becaise they made it right and gave me a brand new spare tire for free.

Had my truck in there a couple of years ago and was told it needed bearings. I put it off and decided it was finally time. When I took it in, I told them what the problem was and that I was told it needed bearings. They re-diagnosed the problem and told me it only needed the wheels to be balanced. So instead of hundreds of dollars, it only needed about $50.Highly recommended

I wouldnt recommend them. This was the last time I will be going there. Certain things I dont like. For example, they charge $99 for a simple diagnostic test when you can get that free at Autozone. Then when I brought my car in for them to fix it they gave me one price and told me what was supposedly wrong with my car...i needed a second opinion and I found out I only needed a battery change. I saved over $300. Then I went there for an oil change because i was working near there and thought the amount was $20+ like it always has been but only until after the work was completed, i was told my standard oil change was basically $40.

Starting off, if I could give them a (-) negative star I would. I went in for a routine oil change at 9:00 am (scheduled appointment) before work. 3 hours later I get a call saying that they a refusing to do the oil change because the drain plug to my oil tray is too tight (over torqued is the words they used). They proceeded to tell me that if they busted the oil plug then I would be held LIABLE for the repair. 2nd, i bought the 3 year alignment package that allows me to bring my car in whenever I want to get it aligned. MIKE the manager told me that my car exceeded the warranty for the product because I drove too many miles. (First off there wasnt a limited amount a miles to travel on package I purchased, 2nd someone fat fingered my mileage when they inputted it in the system when I bought it in 2014. they imputed 15000mi when my car had 65000. I brought proof that I had around 65000 miles from an oil change I did 3 month after with my mileage at 67000+, but MIKE the manager didnt care to much for it).When I got to tires Plus after them holding my car for 3+ hours and not doing anything to it, he began to bargain with me saying that if I bought tires from him he would throw a special in to lower the alignment cost. Thats when I nearly lost it and began to look up the number to corporate.Leaving Tires Plus with my car still needing an oil change and alignment i had Corporate on the phone and spoke with the area manager for all the tires plus Craig. He backed up Mike the entire time and tried to transfer me to another Tires Plus. He banked on the defense that MIKE was new and didnt know the programs and that my package for the alignment is still valid.So in conclusion i spent 4 hours total with no work done on my car, bargaining to use a program that I spent over $150 for to maybe knock down the price of an alignment $20 and having them transfer me to another tires plus (Last time i will ever do business with them, I am getting my alignment, hopefully, and never returning again).Very unprofessional and a lack of respect. I wouldnt recommend this place to even my worst enemy.

Good but takes long time to get your car fix

Over the last several years they have proven to be a reliable, honest place at which to do business. I get what I pay for and they will glady meet or beat anyone elses prices. They provide a check of your vehichle and give options on what you need without pressuring you nor making you feel that your vehichle will be unsafe to drive if you do not heed their advice. Ive had very bad experiences with some of their competition- changing prices when you go to pick up, lying about what you need, pressure to buy other services, etc.- but these folks have been pretty helpful and straightforward. Only tire shop in the area I would use or recommend!

Astronomically expensive for the majority of the parts and labor they provide, but they do descent work and usually warrantee it.If youre on a budget and you need a lot of work done on your vehicle, this is not the place to go to, they will charge you an arm and a leg, and a pound of Flesh.

Horrible customer service.My husband went into the business just to ask a question about if the mechanics could help him with getting a hitch off the back of his vehicle to switch for his trailer to tow his Harley that had broken down.The manager named Jose screamed and cursed at him screaming WE DONT DO THAT FING S#%$# HERE!!!! After that he yells AND MAKE SURE YOU TELL PEOPLE NOT TO COME BACK HERE ASKING US TO DO THAT AGAIN!!! unbelievable.My husband is a area supervisor and I can tell you he has had plenty of bad days.He would NEVER speak to a customer or anyone like this.I AM SHOCKED AS JOSE IS THE MANAGER!! very unprofessional.now i know why everyone says not to go there.BECAUSE THE MANAGER-JOSE IS TELLING PEOPLE NOT TO COME BACK.ALSO TELLING MY HUSBAND TO TELL EVERYONE ELSE HE KNOWS NOT TO COMEBACK EITHER.
