I normally dont write reviews, but I felt like this place deserved one after the exceptional service and great advice. Not only was the service fast, but it was done so thoroughly and respectfully. The staff is so generous and insightful. My phone screen was cracked and the screen was unresponsive and they were able to get it fixed in less than 10 minutes, thats basically an oil change! It didnt even feel like I was waiting because the conversation and the time I spent there was amazing! The quality and service was so good I had to buy more products because these people deserve so much for the work they do, please do not hesitate to go here! I recommend 11/10! My IPhone 7 Plus settings showed that the battery needed service. I had purchased a battery from a different party and decided to NOT change it myself so I took it in to Total Wireless in Palm Bay. The gentleman said 40 minutes and had the job done in 20 minutes. When I asked him what brand batteries they used at that store, he said they use Apple original batteries. My understanding (from Apple) was that they didn’t retail their batteries. I would have much rather had an Apple battery rather than the aftermarket one I purchased. Great service, very reasonable and professional. I will use this business if I have a cellular need in the future. Stop in and visit their store, it’s much different inside than out. You won’t be disappointed!

This is a great establishment and the workers are so knowledgeable, I went down the street and they have no knowledge and want to over charge, but Max, Joe & Chris know there phone knowledge and charge way less. 10/10 atmosphere

Clean store, friendly associates, quite a few phones with awesome plans to choose from. Where else can you get unlimited data so inexpensively?I had major issues with my other service provider (visible wireless) and wasnt getting anywhere with their customer service. Long story short, I was in this Total Wireless location for over an hour with the store associate, Max. His patience and overall customer service will make me a long time customer.

Came in and asked if they could change a screen on an iPhone 7plus. I also asked to change the screen protector. The gentleman said “no problem” and that it would take about an hour and he could start on it right away. Within 20 minutes he was finished. Decided afterwards (because I forgot) to have the seal changed for the protection of the Iphone against water damage. He was very patient and said “no problem”, and in about 10 minutes he was done. Reasonable prices and I’m back in business and not needing to spend money on another new phone. Great guys here, I highly recommend you give them a try. Great phone plans here also. I will use this business again soon!

Traded in my old iPhone X and upgraded to an 11 Pro Max with a case and screen protector for hundreds of dollars less than what it would have cost me at Verizon. The guys working there were extremely helpful and made my purchase quick and easy.

Max at this store was AMAZING. I spent over 2 days trying to port my number from a Sprint phone that I lost and was totally frustrated. None at the representatives on the phone nor on the chat sites were any help. I drove to the store in Palm Bay and within a short time Max worked MIRACLES. I walked in and was greeted with friendly faces and they were so quick to fix my phone for a great price that I even bought a case and screen protector on top to prevent any future mishaps!

I purchased a Iphone 11 Pro Max not to long ago for $1000, The speaker on the phone is no good. I can no longer speak to people on speaker phone. I have reached out and no one picks up the phone.

I was going to switch over from Boost Mobile because I bought a phone from them I activated a phone plan with 7.5 GB after using the service for less than a week it told me I was running low on my data then it told me I had reached my limit I called they told me I only had 5gb in my plan and once you reach your limit you have no internet access at all needless to say Im going to stick with Boost atleast when i go over 6gb they still give me some Internet maybe not as fast but a slower connection be careful switching over
