Id like to give 1 star due to the visit I had earlier this year when I was ignored by staff talking among themselves, then I was given the wrong order after they already took my payment and kept insisting that they were correct. When I finally convinced them they had it wrong, then they were telling me they were unable to process a refund for the contacts that were wrong but I wouldnt be able to take my correct ones without paying for them as well. It was a mess.Id give 5 stars to Bruce. He is the only one I trust and the reason I continue to return. Hes patient and helps explain any questions you may have, all while being super cheerful and kind.
The worst customer service. Went here 2 months ago to get my glasses and they accepted my payment method. Went in today for a 2nd pair, and they REFUSED to accept my care credit payment on the phone. Claimed i needed the actual card when 2 months prior, the digital card was JUST fine. Wasted my time in there with my newborn child. Was told whoever rang me up last time was wrong, yet it still went through?? Will never be going back, they were completely unwilling to help. Just horrible horrible customer service and a terrible experience.
So I checked the hours and availability before I got here online. I took off work so I could get my eye exam and glasses. I showed up and then saw the note on the front about them only doing emergency eye services. This note should be online and the walk-ins part of the page should be deleted until this is changed. Im not angry that business is limited for covid and other obvious reasons. Im frustrated because no notice online says this is the case.
My family came in together to get my husband new glasses and an eye exam. My three year old son was curious about the experience. Unprompted the Dr. Helping us invited my son up on the chair with my husband and gave him a little informal exam. My son was thrilled. I thought it was sweet that he took the opportunity to make my sons first experience a positive one when he wasnt required to. For that and good pricing and good service we are now customers of the vision center. Sorry 20/20 eyeglass!
My husband and I visited the eye center as customers. Very clean inviting environment. Doctor and all staff very friendly, professional and helpful.
I wish i had a chance not to give even 1 star, because 10 days ago i went their store and ordered contact lenses, well because of virus situation, they said they are going to ship to my adress in a week. 10 days passed, nothing came and i called and we just found out that they took wrong adress and sent to wrong adress. Now i m in quarantine, i can t drive, i can t go on work for last 2 days because i can t see well and it is super dangerous for me. When i even asked them about samples to use till i get my second shipping ( which is their fault), they denied that too.Definitely not worth it for 140$No customer satisfaction at all . I m very very disappointed that i used them and now in this situation.
Devon was so polite and welcoming. He was informative and was able to give great advice when it came to picking out frames. He was knowledgable and friendly. He made me feel at home while picking out what I needed and did it timely while still addressing other customers and co-workers.Thank you for the great experience, Devon!!

Most awesome vision center! Grandson had broken glasses and Bruce found a perfectly matched frame, popped the old lenses into the new frames $28.00 and we were out of there in 15 minutes. Thanks Palm Bay Walmart Vision Center! Wish all walmarts had your attitude.

Terribly run, there is zero organization as far as helping people and having one worker in there on the weekend probably isnt a great idea. The poor girl was trying to help 20 people at the same time. So dumb! Square that away and it will run like a well oiled machine.
