Although I dont understand how dollar general ended up on a residential street in Palm bay, I stopped there today to make an exchange for my daughter.The cashier, Wil, was great: pleasant, knowledge and just really nice.The store is new therefore neat, clean, and full of stuff.But how many dollar generals does Palm Bay need?

Im able to buy the expensive laundry detergent because of dollar generals amazing coupons.

While I was in line with my husband today to pay for our items, there was a young man between 15-17 who was making a return. The older lady at the register doing the return blatantly said to him “next time if your not sure or really really sure that you want the item don’t purchase it, it makes it hard to do returns”. HOW DARE YOU!! This poor young man looked so embarrassed, first off that is horrible customer service, secondly maybe his parent sent him in to return the item. So unless you were accusing him of stealing said item, your just a lazy worker. Returns is your job, along with sales. This young man was polite and very quiet, I’m discussed by this whole situation. There are a couple other things I could “accuse” you of but I am going to hope that doesn’t matter and had no bearing on your ignorance.

This new DG site is awesome. The staff are friendly and professional. Definitely not as crowded as the Bayside Lakes location.

Brand new about a month after opening. Not quite fully stock but, very friendly and helpful store. Great addition to fhe neighborhood!
