The shop owners were so kind and knowledgeable! I went to them for the bouquet for my wedding. Great prices! Would definitely return.

My husband and I visited the store last year and Bought some funeral flowers and birthday flowers on the same day & both of them were delivered the very next day, they were delivered promptly in the time frame they stated and the driver was so kind & helpful - both arrangements where absolutely beautiful !!Their arrangements are VERY UNIQUE and FULL of FLOWERS and ABOVE THE BAR OF QUALITY if you want to compare with the rest of these florists... that’s my opinion !!I will NEVER order from 1 800 flowers again !I will continue to buy locally and support local business -These were So beautiful, that the birthday girl wanted to take her flowers on the plane home with her but she couldn’t unfortunately 🤣😉 and the funeral flowers were so BEYOND COMPARE - they LOOKED & SMELLED absolutely fantastic !!I was sold immediately with this FLORIST !so I will be continuing to buy my flowers from them in the future, even though I live in the Tampa Bay area, some of my family lives over there still and as a matter fact, I will be purchasing some more birthday flowers here tomorrow -and I’m excited for the birthday girl - she’s turning 16 and I know she’ll love them 💐💖 THANK YOU BREVARD FLORIST for being ABOVE THE REST !

Beautiful bouquet of roses, early delivery, flawlessly executed.We live in Texas and my wife had to be in Palm Bay, Florida over Valentines Day while I had to stay in Texas. So, the big question... I ordered these flowers from Ca to be delivered in Florida. Upon delivery three of the flowers arrived broken(delivery persons fault). I called Brevard Florist and they went above and beyond and sent an entire new arrangement out. Excellent customer service. As you can see in the photos both arrangements are spectacular. I called from out of state to order my mother a floral bouquet for Mothers Day. The owner, Sharon, was as nice and accommodating as can be. She took into account my mother had a cat and made sure nothing would be put in there that would be adverse to the cat. She knew I wanted the best for my mom and made sure it happened!When the assisted living facility (that my mom lives in) confirmed delivery for the flowers, there was a mix-up and they sent me pictures of the wrong bouquet (that were less than what I had imagined), Sharon said she would redeliver the bouquet and swap it out. However, it was the assisted living facility that made the mistake and my original, beautiful bouquet had been received. No mistake on the florist part at all.I was amazed that Sharon went above and beyond to make sure my mom received the best flowers possible (even when it wasnt her mistake)! She was so kind and understanding about it all! I will definitely order from them again!

I placed an order for two condolence baskets yesterday at 0930 for a funeral scheduled at noon the same day. Brevard Florist put both baskets together and they were delivered on time. I should’ve placed the order much earlier but to their credit, they didn’t protest, got it done and did an excellent job. If I need flowers locally again in the future I will be returning to Brevard Florist.

My flowers for my wedding were beautiful but unfortunately I can’t give a 5 star rating. Communication about my order could’ve been a lot better. I was told my maid of honor would have a larger bouquet than the bridesmaid’s bouquet but it was the same size. When the flowers were picked up we received 33 vases and 33 candles. I never once asked Brevard Florist to order them. I showed them what we wanted our centerpieces to look like and asked for 33 flower stems. They took it upon themselves to order vases and candles too. We didn’t know they were in the order until the person who picked them up got to the venue which was 40 minutes away. There wasn’t time to take them back the day of. The venue lost them so we were unable to take them back to Brevard Florist. I wish we would’ve seen a break down of the pricing. I’m hoping we didn’t spend more on the maid of honor’s bouquet and I’m hoping the vases/candles were crazy expensive. Make sure you confirm everything on your order before placing it. We probably lost $200, if not more for the bouquet, vases, and candles

Its is the best place to get flowers and other specialty items. The staff is amazing, helpful, friendly and make all the arrangements by hand and personal. I have always loved the down home feel when you enter this place. It looks like a house from the outside but when you walk in it feels like youre somewhere at Walt Disney World. Service is on time and Ive never had a bad experience. If you are ever looking to send flowers or anything else anywhere in the world try Brevard Florist. #1 in my book!

I stopped in at 5:30 on a Friday afternoon. I didnt call ahead, as it was a last minute stop as I had just found out my wife was pregnant. I walked in and he was personable and friendly. He was able to offer to put together my request in just 30 minutes, as he had another order he was finishing.I returned thirty minutes later to find exactly what I had asked for, 3 dozen beautiful snapdragons. They were gorgeous, soft, fresh long stem closed blossom flowers waiting to bloom. I could tell that they were fresh. He had taken the time to wrap them very gently and adorn them with a nice ribbon, and even gave me a small discount.This florist is who you want to see when you need fresh, beautiful flowers that will live a long time and bloom beautifully.

My husband discovered Brevard Florist when he was looking to purchase an arrangement for me at Valentines Day. My arrangement was lovely. Then at the beginning of this month after a business trip I got welcome home flowers, beautiful. Yesterday was our anniversary. He brought home the most beautiful flower arrangement I have ever received. It is magnificent. I thought it was perfect when it arrived but it has gotten fuller and more fantastic all day today. They included so many buds with the open flowers that it is like watching a beautiful garden bloom. I would recommend Brevard Florist to anyone looking for beauty, quality and attention to detail. Flew in for my sisters wedding (seriously last min) and the night before the ceremony, I discovered that she had..NO FLOWERS. The morning of the wedding I was frantically calling around to find her flowers and Brevard Florist came through by 10am!!! I thought there was no hope on such short notice but they were kind enough to help us and did an amazing job. My sister said her I dos with a beautiful jewled votive. Used several times now, will only use them now...excellent customer attention. Even when a delivery wasnt exactly correct, they made it right and then some...asap. Cant say enough good about that!

I tried calling from a different state to get flowers sent to my mom and the guy I talked to was very rude. He told me I needed to sit still and talk to him so I don’t whine about it later. Very disrespectful and not how a florist should speak to customers. Then he proceeded to hang up when I asked if he was talking to me and he said “yes I am”. When I said it was rude of him to talk to a customer that way he then said “well bye then”. I know about customer service... and that is NOT it.

HE SAID HE WOULD SUE ME??? Disgusting customer service. He did not do what was asked over the phone so then I bought something else on the spot. I wanted to get the refund for the arrangement I previously ordered on phone which I DID NOT PICK UP which was $53, he sold me a dozen roses and a ballon with NO VASE for $26 on the spot. I called to get a refund for the $53 which I did not get and he told me I could not get my money back and that he would SUE me if I wrote him a negative review. So he charged me A DOZEN ROSES WITH NO VASE AND 1 BALLOON for $80? What kind of business is this? Horrible establishment. Ive done better business with 1800 flowers. This place is just shady.

Not a carnation in the bunch but had sunflowers and other fall flowers.My wife thought the arrangement was a joke, since being a year older . Ruined that surprise. Never again

I went with my hubby to order rainbow roses 3 weeks prior. At the date of pickup (day before mothers day) we enter to pickup as scheduled and then the owner claimed we ordered for 2 weeks more (May25) I of course asked for.a refund and got met with extreme abger and distasteful words. The door didnot hit me on the way because I couldnt leave fast enough. The costumer service was lacking...better more, non existent! Do not give this guy your business. He doesnt appreciate it!
