Called to ask for 70ft of some copper wire was told they had 280ft of it. Gave a PO and asked them to hold it for me they said ok. I drive an hour to pick up and get told they only have 60ft. Update your systems please y’all may not realize but you costed us money. 2 hours of driving and now I have to reschedule this job. Plus hourly wage for 2 guys. Leaving a bad review because this isn’t the first time it’s happened and city electric employees need to get it together if you say your going to hold something for some one you should have had it physically in your hands before you told them to come pick it up.

Rudeness does not build a customer base. Shop somewhere else if you want to be treated well...Called to inquire about a part. Shared that the need was time sensitive. Was told I would receive a call back shortly. About two hours later still no call back. I called, was kind, and was told to take a breather. Wow.If you want to be condescended by their guy who answers the phone, then by all means shop here. I decided to order online instead from another vendor.
