A few months after moving to a new house I had some leaking going on in my spa and I took the cover off and did some research. Found out the heater union had a constant steady drip and when the jets were on water was flowing out. Gave a call and the owner informed me I should be able to tighten them by hand, saving me hundreds on a service call and parts. Glad to know theres still decent people out there! Should this only be a temporary fix or if anything else goes wrong Peaceful Spas will be the first ones I call.

Been searching for a hot tub (used and new) for a while. New affordable ones are made overseas and may look good on the exterior but the structure/components that you can not see unless you take the tub apart are not a great quality or build. So I decided to go with a used but better know name brand with a history...like Vita, Hot Springs, Leisure etc. Visited Chad today and he was a great help and he knows his hot tubs, inside and outside. He refurbs them to like new condition and and at a great cost compared to new. I was happy with what he had so we made a purchase and it will be refurbished and delivered in several weeks when I’m ready for it.Will update soon with pics after we’re relaxing in our new tub!Thanks Chad!

My hot tub was not operating normally. The pumps were not coming on. I searched the internet for solutions. Finally I pulled the trigger and looked for a repair shop. Thank goodness I found Peaceful Spas. They listened to my problem and Chad responded that he probly could fix it over the phone. I texted him picture of my controller. He guided me to the solution. Programming needed to be reset. Easy-peasy. These guys are the best. I will remember them when I need a real repair.
