The gentleman working a few days ago was so helpful! I had previously gone to 3 other local stores in search of boxes to ship my items in with unfortunately no luck. Eventually I made my way to this UPS store and was able to find everything I needed with the help of your wonderful employees! He packed everything up with extra care for me as well. Highly recommend this location and it’s great employees!
I tried to ship a package at the UPS facility and they didnt like the way I wrapped it so I went to this store and they really helped me out by quickly repacking it and charging me only $5.00. A second trip I needed to have something notarized and my bank refused saying I needed to bring two witnesses with me for them to do so. Office Depot and Office Max couldnt do it either. But they did it at this store. A couple customers came in and he asked if they could be witnesses, which they agreed to be, and walked out with my document, all legally acceptable to a freaking insurance company that always wants to make it difficult as possible. Service was quick, professional and reasonable in cost! I will always go there for my shipping needs!
Unfortunately, I had a poor experience this morning. I needed one page printed from my flash drive in black and white that had an address on it for international shipping to China; which I probably would have returned to this location for, but certainly will not now. The employee tried to be accommodating and took the flash drive and went to a computer. He was not tech savvy, as I had to explain how to access the file on the thumb-drive to open it (on two different machines, because the first didnt work). Then went to check out and he said it would be four dollars and something (remember 1 page). I went wow that is crazy... then he informed me that there was a computer usage fee of something like $3.50. It isnt like I created a document on the computer. Most places have copiers that you can just plug your thumb drive in, print and pay right there for less than 25 cents (Black and white). I tried to explain the usage fee shouldnt be applicable, but ended up arguing with the guy. He goes, I dont make the prices. So I said (with my money out on the counter to pay) that I should contact UPS Store to explain to them how ridiculous those prices are to print from a memory stick. He said you would understand if you owned a business. Then told me to forget it, just take the print. I have owned successful businesses and have enough sense to know this could not possibly be the right pricing. Then as I was leaving, he muttered something to the effect of... It isnt the end of the world, it is just $4.50. This is sad as my first couple experiences at this store were very good with a younger guy helping me in the afternoon during the work week. I know I am not a big time return customer that spends money every week there, but I use to go in to the store 4-5 times a year and expect to be treated better.
They treat their non whites customers like 2nd. class citizens. I strongly believe that its the policy there. On several occasions I had heard this type of behavior there.Wake up people! Bad treatment in exchange for your hard own cash, should never be tolerated.

Rude, belligerent manager / owner who treats customers like stray dogs sniffing at his trash cans by barking at them and huffing and puffing around in frustration. If you hate working that much, move on and do something else. Your customers are watching and moving to other options.

Store #5319 at 4651 Babcock St NE Palm Bay, Florida is an exceptionally good shipping point. I had rental school books to return and had no idea how it worked; one of the fellows there walked me through the process and we sent them off successfully. 😊
Second time i went to this store to make an Amazon return. First time system was down not a problem it happens everywhere. 2)The person on the counter was really nice was perfectly accepting my return for my 2 returns. Until the manager came over saying that amazon change their policy and they have to charge a 2 dollar for packing or i have to buy a 4 dollar tape so the charge can be free. I purchased the tape since im not going to waste my time arguing with 4 dollars and retuned to work. After a couple of hours the amazon manager that was helping me with the return call’s me to provide me with a coupon i ask him and was advised that he was not aware about that and that he will report that since there is only some package and circumstances that i will be charged for packing.I mentioned this was the second time since the last time i was there the same person that charge me insulted a lady that was in front of me because she only had a return and he was attending a paying customer that was having issues getting and address and made a dig deal with everyone thinking he was doing the correct thing.Seems like its all about the money here.Miss the days Katherine i think was her name was there.
Ive used this store many times and havent had any problems. The staff are very active and friendly. My packages all arrived safely. Its a great store!

Well, this is a hard review. The guy was extremely nice who checked us out. However it appears one of the boxes we sent went missing. Whos to blame? Thats the mystery. Therefore UPS gets blame by association. Its unfortunate and hopefully we will find the box.

The owner was there and he was very rude and unwilling to be helpful. He told me that The UPS Store no longer accepts mail or USPS shipments which was a flat out lie. I had to go to another UPS Store and they were very helpful. This branch is rude and lacks any semblance of customer service!!

Ughhh this place is the pits! I made an appointment online for notary services. When I showed up on time there was no notary. You have to give a phone & email when you book. No one contacted me! Needless waste of time, gas, and risk with corona. I needed this service so rebooked for a few hrs later and also called twice to be sure notary would be there. Well he was, impolite, no mask, and $10/ page!!!! No thanks, never would return. Stay away unless you’re desperate.
I went to this location to ship a gaming pc to New Jersey and paid over $200 with Insurance and that was the slowest shipping. When I finally arrived in New Jersey and picked up the package the $1700 pc was damaged. Insurance means nothing apparently and when I made a few attempts to call they did call back but constantly delaying and never getting to the solution. The package was not protected correctly, and don’t forget the pc had temper glass. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place for shipping anything that has value. I’m not sure if you can trust any carrier, I guess I’ll try FedEx next time, I’m cringing just thinking about it.
They do a good job here, although they seem to be understaffed at times. Never had an issue and the employees are courteous and helpful.
Whoever works Saturdays likes to close early. A good 10min before. Doors locked and won’t pick up phone. I’ll go to 192 store from now on!!!!!
Attitude of employee Dale was astonishing I am a small business owner and he would not be working for me, ever, He was so rude and disrespectful to a couple seniors in front of me
The staff at this store are great. They are always very friendly and remember me whenever I bring in my pile of amazon returns 😊 they never complain about taping my boxes closed for me and always do so with a smile. I work at the local grocery store and send people here anytime they need to send a package or fax something because I know theyll be taken care of.

This UPS Store treats customers like family. Polite and perpetually helpful. You are never made to feel you are in the way of business. Kathleen and the others that service the store put the customer first.There are other depots closer but we go out of our way to do our business here.
My parents went to send documents by email, and got email address wrong. I called to inquire if they can resend it, and they were able to do this.
I had to shipped two of the same items. The first one I shipped at the UPS store in Melbourne. I paid for shipping on my own account then I had the store pack it for me. I did the same thing for the second item but I used this palm bay store to pack it. There was no difference but this store charge almost double. I will not be go here again

Don’t go there! They did not write the correct address on my package and it took 2weeks to be returned. They did not want to pay for their mistake. The manager is beyond rude. Go to the Melbourne UPS they have an excellent customer service.
This is the 3rd time this ups didnt deliver a package and expect me to come get it. I have repeatedly left instructions to leave them in my porch. This time i found out that they never rven attempted delivery and now they expect me to either go pick it up or pay them extra for redelivery. Im sick of it. Like i dont really get to choose whom my vendor uses to ship, but i sure can change vendors to someone that utilizes the post office or fed ex. What really really sucks is that i deal with ups on the regular and every other place is not like this. Im at a loss. I told them to return to sender so i can maybe recoup what i lost from the parts not being here but they havent even done that. I cant go out there to pick this thing up and i sure aint about to pay them MORE to do the job that they never did in the first place. I think its high time for me to get my lawyer involved because the poor service provided coupled with the lack of alternatives is forcing my hand. Oh and the workers get really rude with you the moment you tell them you arent going to pay extra.
I clicked here to see this locations review score completely out of curiosity. I cant help but notice it is low and it made me realize that my experiences at this store arent isolated, rather they pull the same BS on others like they do to me. Its the usual: not so friendly employees, a curt and cold mannered manager, charging for taping your boxes when mind you - no other UPS spot in the area charges for tape (neither does Fed Ex or USPS), and frankly today I had to tell a kid working there how to do his own job. Maybe he was new? He was acting like he was high though. I told him I had a barcode to be scanned so I could have a prepaid label printed. He asked me if I printed the label. Really man? Ill take the extra few minutes to go to the other store on Kirby.

Massive line to wait in just to drop a package off. They should probably staff more than 2 people at a time to keep wait times down.
Fast and friendly service. My only dislike is the parking being very tight, but that’s not their fault since it’s in a plaza.

I go in at 4:40pm on a Friday trying to get something notarized since UPS Store advertises it. Some highschool dork in an orange Wal-Mart polo says They left already. After my simple question: They left early?, I get a They cant work 24 hours! response.Expecting basic services 9-5 M-F in an office supply store is standard fare, but missing that AND getting a smart-mouthed response from an idiot behind the counter? Yeah, not coming back. Ill just make the longer drive to Fedex.Avoid this place at all costs.
One of the worst in the country. Untrained slow start. Often decline shipments due lack of knowledge of basic rules. Save yourself the aggravation and drive a few miles to another store.

Charge $1 to tape your box and he told me after he had done the taping so I had no option but to pay the money for a strip of tape. Highly disappointed by this nonsense. Let me know when you change your ways and Ill, in turn, change my review.
