Chris in Computer department was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond. The store was closing and he treated us like our needs came 1st. There was not a question he could not answer and we had lots of questions. Best experience ever in the store. Will come back again.

I went in for a screen protector for my phone and all though the choices were slim ( for Galaxy S20 ) they had one Zagg left ( its the one I wanted ) the young guy behind the phone section, did not catch his name, was super helpful and he installed the case for me flawlessly. These screen protectors come with a lifetime warranty, it shatters, they replace it. It peels or bubbles, they replace it FREE !! Gotta love it.. The ease of getting into the store, finding my product and having it installed was effortless. I like this store. There were also helpful employees asking me if they could help me find what I was looking for, I like that, especially nowadays. They also price match a the store.. Good job guys..

Palm Beach Gardens Best Buy has a fabulous Microsoft Expert. Her name is Alane Chockla. I received a new Microsoft Laptop for Mother’s Day. I wasn’t sure it was right for me. Luckily I found Alane and in 5 minutes assured me that this model was the one. She then went on to spend more time showing me the wonderful features and ease of use. She communicated each feature so that it was easy to understand. What great patience! She truly was an Expert, just as her cad indicated. Thank you Alene, you make Best Buy the Best
This best buy was stocked with everything I needed. I was trying to get a new console that was released that day and every single place was sold out, but this Best Buy had one I was able to order. This was the only place I was able to find that wasnt sold out seconds after the release. I was able to place my order online and shortly after, come by and pick it up with the contactless pick up. Very convient and easy to use.
Not sure if this rating should be for Best Buy as a whole or specifically this outlet. As far as this Best Buy goes, it is exactly like every other one I have been in over the past decade. I have been loving the curbside pick-up though. They have been very quick putting my orders together and always bring them out very quickly when you arrive.As far as Best Buy stores go, I dont really think there are any competitors left except for general merchandisers like Target and Walmart. Every Best Buy I have been to was at least fairly loud because of all of televisions and such being on. Not a very comfortable atmosphere if you are computer shopping and such.

Was looking at speaker bars. Sales guy didnt know what he was talking about when he said all were passive. None carried by bestbuy are passive! Was looking at replacing my big speakers with something smaller. Other items and help were good
I dont live near this particular best buy. I live several hours from this location. The staff doesnt know this, but it shouldnt make a difference. I placed a curbside order and waited. And waited. Until it was near closing. I decided to go into the store to see what was going on. The person at the pick-up counter told me they would find the products and call me in a few minutes. Fifteen minutes pass, and it is now just five minutes til close. No call. So once again I walk inside. This time another employee up front asks me to fill them in, and I do. They radio the first person who says they dont have the item. Confused, the second employee begins pulling the item up in their system. Discovers they do have the item, but first employee had marked my order as cancelled. Now I go home empty handed because someone was too lazy to get two items. I already didnt shop at best buy, this set it in stone.
Can take a while to get help here if you are not standing in one of the more populated areas (the front by the cellphones and TVs or the back by the computers) but the employees are always nice and helpful when you can get a hold of them.
I havent been in a Best Buy in a long time. Went there yesterday to buy a lap top and a TV. They had a good selection and they were displayed well. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful. Especially Juan and Redolfo. They have a price match that is pretty good. If you can show the same product can be bought cheaper at a different store they will match the price. It has to be sold and shipped by that store though. All in all it was a good experience.

Best Buy is the best place to shop bar none. Any time I have extra time or money Im heading straight to Best Buy. All the thousands of dollars Ive spent on electronics over the years have been money well spent. I also like to spend an hour or two walking around before I make my purchases.

Bait and switch tactics used by the supervisor there. He tried to sell me a TV (regularly 1400) for $700. I explained I wanted a lower cost one but he continued to sell me on picture quality etc. I explained I did not want to open a Best Buy credit card and he explained I did not have to. Went to check out and it rang up 1200. The man said “that’s all we can do for this tv unless you open up a CC with us” I explained what the supervisor told me that it was an open box price. He then tried to sell me a “better” TV for 799. Why would I want to spend $100 more on a tv if I didn’t want to spend the $700 in the first place. Unbelievable and a waste of time. Not cool

I had a great experience in Best Buy buying a new 65 inch TV. I worked with Alex M in magnolia can’t remember the spelling of his last name. Also worked with another gentleman in the Best Buy main store. Not sure if his name but he’s the tallest guy in the store. Could someone please Comment with his name if they read this and know who it is. They were incredibly knowledgeable extremely friendly and listen to what we wanted and got us exactly what we were looking for. We could not be happier

This Best Buy (Juno Beach area) mostly has empty shelves and low inventory on most items. I am not sure if this is just a new location that hasnt been able to stock up on items. Otherwise, this location has a lot of potential.

Came in to shop for my Mother’s Bday, wanted to get her a fitbit but wasn’t sure which model to purchase. I’m not too savvy on smart watches so I asked for some assistance. I was greeted by Richard who proceeded to educate me on the several options available. He was able to clearly describe the benefits of each Fit Bit and helped me find the item that best suited my needs. Thank you, Richard I appreciate the customer service.

These people are not here to help to say the least. Ive called multiple times and never been able to speak to a manager and left my information and never been contacted by them. They were supposed to ship a product to my house but seemed to ship it from the warehouse to the store and then proceeded to forget to ship it to the listed address on the receipt. I will never be going to this best buy again and advise others to do the same. They do not answer phone calls and the numbers listed at the top of the receipts ring for a couple minutes and then hang up when theyre called. ID ADVISE ANYONE LOOKING TO PURCHASE SOMETHING TO LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. The products can be found for cheaper and shipped out faster from other vendors.
Great place for all your electronics needs and the employees here are real helpful ! They have great back to school sales as well as holiday promotions throughout the year. Best sales are Valentines Day, Memorial Day, July Summer Sales, Back to school, black Friday, Thanksgiving, Holiday Sales, New Year Sales, 4th of July, Spring Sales, Teachers Day. I love how now you have everything AI and smart home so you can get everything you need to be able to convert you home into a smart home. You can always talk to a manager about an open box itemThere are very knowledgable people here who always offer great solutions to what your looking for when it comes to electronics. Best buy in my opinion beats brandsmart by far in quality products. They always have great promos and sales on brand name products !

Due to covid19 measures my assessment could be a bit skewed. However, this place greeted us well and informed us it might be a 30 minute wait for where we were headed. We arrived and patiently waited for our turn as another lady was there before us for the exact same product (this seemed fortuitous as we had been there for only about 10 minutes). The gentleman assisting her told us he would be right back. Four NEW customers later (30 minutes) the gentleman in question sent another employee to assist us. This new employee assisted us properly and we we were out of there in less than 5 minutes.
Their Geek Squad wanted $60.00 bucks to install 2 8 gig ram chips in my laptop. After charging me $93.00 bucks for the ram. What a rip off!
Tried out the curbside pickup the other day. The staff was very friendly and brought my packages out in a timely manner.Curbside pick up is definitely the way to go during these covid times.Also you can curbside pick up an hr before the store actually opens so it give an extra level of flexibility
We paid $150 for a microwave to be installed, not only did they install it incorrectly but after two weeks the microwave nearly fell off the wall. We have two small children walking around so that could have been a huge safety issue. We should have known, the installers were at our home for less than 5 mins. The lightbulb was covered with glue and started smoking when we turned it on, my husband called them back to tell them. They lied and said they tested it, and told us to call the manufacturer.Will never deal with Best Buy again.
Possibly the best tech place if FL. I shop here often because there arent too many tech related stores here in Florida, so Best Buy takes to the podium with its wide variety of electronics and appliances. They may not always have the cheapest prices but they will price match with almost all competitors prices, making them the best place to go for tech.

Ed Mulero sold me my macbook pro the other day. I was putting off going and purchasing a laptop because I knew the experience was going to be a long, unhappy expensive purchase, BOY was I wrong! I waited about 10 mins and the sales rep Ed greeted me. This was my first apple laptop product so I had a ton of questions, he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and honest. He told me with what I do matched me up with the model I needed. He also made the process so quick and easy, I got the sale price which made me very happy, and he informed me to get the applecare package as well as have geek squad set up my microsoft package. Anytime I need anything from BestBuy ever again I will specifically ask for ED. Thank you ED! you made my process quick, easy and pleasurable.

Terrible customer service. We had to walk around looking for someone to assist us with an item in a locked case. Also, everything reasonably priced is out of stock. Unfriendly! I felt invisible!
The staff were not really helpful. They were talking and I had to go find them for help. They showed me 1 sound bar system. They could have shown me a few. They sold me a mount (wall, when I requested one to hang from the tv) I didnt ask for or want. I didnt realize it until I hot home. My in laws went there also and had the same issues. I will not shop at this Best Buy for a long time, if ever. BAD service.
A lot of people find reasons to not help, to avoid extra work. James Davis and Dwayne Walker are the opposite. They actually took extra time (their own) to find a solution for me, when I came in with a problem. And heres the catch: the problem was due to another Best Buy store, not theirs. And yet they made sure they fixed it. They had no obligation to. They just did it because theyre good people. Thank you, James and Dwayne.
Very unhappy with the store service here. I came in for a camera and they didn’t have it in stock. The store clerk located the camera in another store. We went ahead and purchased the camera with the pick up date scheduled for today. I drove 2 hrs to pick up the camera only to be told upon arrival “they don’t know what happened and they don’t have the camera in stock”. What a wasted trip….
Just not a good experience in the computer/tablet area sadly. Was looking to buy a new tablet. I appreciate the in person customer service but unfortunately will take my business to a competitor.

They were short staff, I had to wait about 30mins or 40mins to see someone in the computer section. Ended up having to order it online thru them. Was supposed to be here yesterday package arrived today .
Open to in-person shopping with normal COVID restrictions BUT super helpful, provide masks, gloves and hand sanitizer at the door, the staff was super friendly and helped me with all my needs. Had to get 7 items from 4 different areas and was in and out in 15 flat. Efficient!

Management should understand local mandates and health restrictions before telling customers how to raise their kids and how costumers should live their lives. Manager was extremely rude. Sad because two other staff in store was extremely helpful and polite
I couldnt find a sales person to answer a simple question re: an Amazon fire stickI player. Everyone seem tied up with a tv purchase. I returned the the fire stick purchase the next day. The returns desk was awesome. Purchased what I needed on Amazon the next day. Tried to buy locally but can see why Amazon is the place to go. BTW, if I ever buy a tv Ill go with Amazon.. not Best Buy.
On HOLD for 45 minutes with Palm Beach Gardens Florida Best Buy, then transferred to the appliance department on HOLD for 30 Minutes, then the phone went Dead/picked Up, and Then someone Hung up On my call. Is this how you treat new customers? Lowes is now my go-to store for all of my appliances. Great customer service.

I went to Legacy Place Best Buy in Palm Beach Gardens today Thursday March 18th 2021 I will never return to this location after today! Store associate that attempted to assist me in the electronics dept. knew absolutely nothing! He had to look up the differences on wireless & Bluetooth ( he didnt know the difference). I went in knowing what I wanted I wanted a Bluetooth one he attempted to convince me wireless & Bluetooth are the same I knew better.. the stock was so low they only had one cheap record player in stock and he tried to push it on me...it was pitiful, I then went to check out there webcams they only had 4 to choose from and only 1 of each. The stock is so low in the store on those two items I was looking to purchase & the 2 employees I delt with were absolutely worthless. Wont ever be going back to this location EVER!
Knowledgeable and kind employees, Alane was willing to let her lunch get cold to stay on the sale floor and help us. She was very articulate and pointed us toward another colleague who was just as great. Keep up the awesome work, and thank you for being honest!!

I found what I was looking for...be prepared to install yourself. NO installations at this store (Legacy) and WPB is booked out over a month??No one was working in the car audio section.. I wish you luck with your audio replacement or at least have some knowledge about your needs..no customer service in this area.
I have spent over $10,000 at this specific store in Legacy Place and the customer service is horrible. I will be put on hold for upwards of 40 minutes to an hour, most of the time they just leave me on hold and I have to call back fifty times it seems to get any response. Youre better of ordering online if you dont know what products are available.

TJ S. worked diligently and calmly to set me up with the iPhone 12 Pro. The transfer wasn’t as easy was initially expected since 1) I had previously ordered the phone from my carrier and decided I didn’t want to wait to receive the phone from them, 2) the IMEI card didn’t want to take at first, and 3) I misunderstood the payment/payment plan causing him to have to return the phone after the whole contract had been made. All in all, he never lost his cool when things started going south. He did what he could to not “burn” the phone so it could be used after re-purchasing it. He exerted a patience you don’t see every day making him the GOAT. If it were me in his shoes, I would have lost my cool 2hrs into the project. He is a gem and BB needs to acknowledge he is a star employee. I even watched him and Mr. Abe also deal very calmly with two separate elderly ladies trying to get their phones situated as well.
Normally a positive experience (with Dwayne) but this last time with another sales rep seemed to go well up until we agreed on a price, and that changed at checkout. Once I arrived home, I flushed mounted the speakers and ran all the speaker wire waiting on the AV Reciever to arrive, which was sold to me as the latest model when that model didnt exist from the manufacturer. The behavior seems to be their way to circumvent the Amazon price match for the same model number (just different features, which was their claim it was a different model). Next, the ceiling-mounted kit (exactly the style I was looking for), was sold to me as a match for that receiver, was not the correct impedance to get the wattage our of that amplifier. Im complaining because normally the folks behind the Magnolia brand are very well educated, and this experience was painful. I spend 1 hour on the phone with Best buy, and they could not help with a price match nor find the order in their system. Speaking with the receiver manufacturer through email was informative and very responsive, kudos to them. I guess I spent over $1000 for a mismatched system and ended up informing Best buy, their website was wrong just to get a thank you from them and nothing else for my trouble. Since them, I returned the receiver to Best Buy and purchased a receiver that matches my 8 Ohm speakers. The speakers, which I already flush-mounted in my ceiling without knowing of the issues with the receiver, I kept or else they would go back too! My chat conversation with Best buy was probably the worst part, Ive included the transcript of the conversation and removed some of my information and the sales rep name (dont want him to lose his job). I hope someone gets wind of this and monitors the impulse behavior of the sales reps when selling mismatched items to customers. And when they screw up, make it up to the customer
Clerk entered my info wrong, so we spend two hours with the bank on the phone who can only correct the mistake on the next 48hrs. Manager was very helpful, still left store without purchase. Not going back to best buy with so many other options out there. Dont waste your time. Order online

Went in to buy an Anker Roav Bolt. One left in the store, its tight by my house. I didnt want to go to Northlake Target who had it for 39.99. Best Buy did not honor the price match, although they have a price match guarantee. Was only told that it wasnt available on the item. The associate helping was nice enough,, but seemed peeved that I didnt just end up paying 10 dollars more. Ended up going to Target the next day to buy it.

Today I went to Best Buy to buy a whirlpool refrigerator. Best Buy advertises a price match guarantee. I spent time with their sales lady to ask 3 guestions. 2 of which were technical to the fringe. The 3rd was do you price match? She indicated affirmatively and I handed her the Brandsmart advertisement specific to me 1 day ago with a price $300 hundred under Best Buy Price. The Best Buy website indicated they could deliver in 4 days but she told me it was not in stock until 1/28. She looked it up in the Brandsmart web site and took the price to her boss. I told her I wanted it to buy it but her boss said they would match price only if I would open up a Best Buy credit card to take their extended payment terms. I said I did not want another credit card and would like to pay cash. They insisted in order to get the Brandsmart price match I was required to open a credit card account which is known as an illegal tie in sale. It used to be called a bait & switch sale long since known as an illegal act. I think I will complain to management. Or the Attorney General of Florida.
I like going to Best Buy and looking and learning about all the new technology products. I was even fortunate to buy one ... a TV !!! Love it and the Best Buy Warranty!
