Drove here 30 mins away from home because my Sally’s was out of 3n wella in cream and liquid. Tried calling on the way no one answered. Got there 10 mins before close and they had already locked the doors. Another woman had tried to walk up too and was also disappointed they closed early. It’s not good customer service to post hours that you don’t abide by.

Lourde is amazing 👏 she makes sure you get taken care off. Her personality is absolutely beautiful.

This is my favorite store. No matter where I move I always come to this store. I go often and there is this sweet lady that always helps me, she is on top of everything, always giving the best advices, from tweezers to permanent hair color, she has an answer for every question I have. Whenever she is not there I prefer to back another day just because she provides the best customer service. Thank you Lourdie Cesar for all the help you have given me in the past years.

The new manager and staff are awesome at this store. They are all very knowledgeable about hair coloring and the hair products. They were all extremely helpful, polite and very nice. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for hair advice.

I went this morning for a return and I was forced to get a gift card even because, according to them, they are not doing returns at this time. I asked for a sign or something that inform about that and I was told that a sign was there the day of my purchase but now its not. I think that was not fair. Really bad costumer service

USED TO LOVE THIS PLACE. GREAT DEALS BUT THE STAFF ARE M.I.A. EVERY TIME I COME IN AND ITS A SMALL PLACE BUT WHEN I FIND THEM, THEY ARE ALL COMING FROM THE BACK ROOM OF THE STORE. USE TO NOT BE THIS WAY WHEN DENISE WAS IN CHARGE. WHEN I ASK FOR HELP I MIGHT AS WELL BE ASKING TO PULL THEIR TEETH OUT BECAUSE IT SEEMS TO INTERRUPT THEIR PERSONAL CONVOS & ANGER THEM. THEY HAPPEN TO BE MY NEIGHBORS BUT ON THE OTHER SIDE OF ME, THERE WILL BE A NEW BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE I WILL BE USING INSTEAD. MISS THE OLD SALLYS BEAUTY STAFF. :-(

Despite living in Lake Worth I always end up going. to this Sallys. Women are very nice and helpful here. Its a good one!

My girl and I went to a different Sally in the hopes to get her hair Platinum.. well it didnt work.. we decided to try this Sally which is further from home.. luckily a lady called Heather who helped us and told us what to do which was different from what was told to us previously..and omg everyone loves my girls new Platinum hair.. thank you!!!

I only randomly shop there for wild colors when Im just in a mood to play with my hair for fun so Im glad theyve expanded on their range of products. No pravana of course but I just go see my stylist for a professional look. With that being said I have to say I dont appreciate being belittled about my coloring knowledge, nor do I care to make my hair perfect. The staff needs to work on their costumer service big time. If youre going to give advice either only do it when asked or find a professional way to pepper in the advice, I avoid this place because I simply want to get in and out without feeling irritated by some know it all with a snooty attitude. Also, always acknowledge costumers soon as they enter your store...

I am so pleased, they employees where so kind very assertive. I will definitely go back there for all hair products makeup Etc.

Wow! These ladies never cease to amaze! They are wonderful at helping with problems and know their stuff (and their stock!).

The woman at the front desk was rude and mean, so I wont be going there again. She was telling us horror stories about peoples negative experiences with hair color and made fun of us for being non-professional hair dressers.

The lady who helped me was sincere and knowledgeable.
