Our experience was top notch! Leo made a stressful situation enjoyable! He helped us navigate which bed was best for us without the pressure of choosing a more expensive bed!

The service was far superior than what I typically receive. The two gentlemen gave a lengthy presentation they went into full detail and the answer to all of our questions. I have never been treated so well at a store.

Spent a lot of time here looking at beds. Staff was very attentive to us. They showed us many combinations of beds, pillows and cooling pads until we found our perfect combination.No pressure, questions answered and very pleasant.

It was a great experience never pushy very knowledgeable went there twice met the manager who was wonderful and that sealed the deal. I’m sure to recommend this store to others looking for mattresses

I went to this place to get a mattress. Those guys are not salesman, they educate you plus they are not trying to make you buy the most expensive mattress in the store. They are in your best interest its all about comfort.

Dont buy one. the pump on mine broke, lost all the airsleep number customer service cant give me a day when there will beone available . worst customer service there isdont buyi am sleeping on the floor for over a weeki would give 0 stars but wont let me

Very patient while we discussed our options and even when I changed my mind at the last minute he wanted to make sure I was happy with my choice versus being concerned with making a sale. Is it expensive? Yes. Is it worth it, time will tell, but right now it looks like a great choice. Sales person was not pressuring, but highly informed. Good experience. Even if you dont buy a sleep number bed, you should at least swing by and check it out.

Overall good experience, great customer service

A friend went with me to check out the beds and within 5 minutes of laying on the mattress and it being set at the most comfortable setting (me 30 and my friend 25), with the foot warmer on, we both actually started to fall asleep. After we got off the bed, we were both so relaxed and in shock that wed actually fallen asleep.I have a lot of health issues and amongst them, I have severe edema bilaterally in my legs, chronic back and neck pain and insomnia so Ive been researching various beds and the sleep number bed I believe will help considerably.The sales associate couldnt have been more informative, professional and patient. Im counting the days until delivery because I know that this bed is going to change my life. I would recommend the Palm Beach Gardens location to anyone wanting to feel the full benefits of a sleep number bed.

I have never been more happy and satisfied with a store than I was for Sleep Number in Palm Beach Gardens. I was recommended to buy a Sleep Number from my parents who have had theirs for 3 years now and they still love it. I was helped by Madison who is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. My girlfriend and I went into the location multiple times to try different beds since I wanted to make sure I was making the right purchase...Madison was so helpful and pleasant each time we went. I finally made the decision to purchase the new i8 and I couldnt be happier! My girlfriend and I are finally getting GREAT sleep and we are loving our new smart bed...I love being able to switch my sleep setting depending how im feeling. Since making the purchase, Madison has followed up with me 3 different times to make sure I was completely satisfied. 5 star customer service and a 5 star product. I highly recommend you go to this location and use Madison. You will not be disappointed!

Maddison was great! We told her what we were looking for, since we were a repeat customers, she looked up what we had purchased and directed us to the right replacement bed. The whole transaction was so quick. She was very knowledgeable about all the products that we inquired about.

Awesome experience, each and every visit! Their food is fresh and prepared in front of you. Servings are hearty, so although its not the cheapest way to go, its worth every bite. This is my new favorite place to get a healthy, filling and delicious meal.

What a nice Team. I would recommend Sleep Number just due to the sheer attention I received & the customized experience. I’m confident this will be the best bed my wife & I have ever had. I thought they were more expensive than they were. I was able to walk out very happy for less than 3k. Jordan was our salesman & did a wonderful job. We had to modify the order the next day and worked with someone else, a young lady I think Madison was her name was super efficient in the minor change-and we felt like family after those interactions. Go Sleep Number!

The buying experience was awesome our sales girl was nice. That’s pretty much where the fairytale ends.They sent all my mattress coverings to an address in their computer. Not my address. The bed was delivered to the correct address and 2 men assembled it quickly telling us absolutely NOTHING about the bed. You would think no instructions are needed because they are putting it together. WRONG!They neglect to tell you when you were purchasing it that when anything breaks on the bed like the boxspring (broke first night) or the mattress starts leaking air (6 months in) that YOU will be doing all the fixing. They will send you the parts.Again very important you watch how it’s put together. I will not be buying another one. Not worth the money

What a wonderful experience with Jordan Rumpf & the whole Sleep Number Team! From the time we tested the pillows, all the way to the delivery- Jordan was there every step of the way to make us comfortable. He is an absolute professional and we highly recommend not just this location on Northlake Blvd in Palm Beach Gardens, but also Sleep Number mattresses as a whole! Huge bargain!
