I really enjoyed shopping at this Publix today. The staff was super friendly. I spoke with the grocery manager, Brad, who was very accommodating and helpful. I visited this store today because Lemon Perfect was on sale(Buy One Get One Free).

Everyone here is friendly and helpful but I hope this message finds the Deli manager. I go to the deli and store EVERY Monday and I always see Renee at the sub counter. She is OUTSTANDING! She is friendly and always smiling. These days customer service seems to be a lost art but she is the definition of good customer service. Obviously shes served me but Ive also observed her helping other customers. Shes attentive and treats each customer as though they are important and shes happy to serve them. Cherish her and hang on to her because she is a gem!!!

My shopping experience was nice until I went to the seafood department and ordered 4 medium lobster tails only to realize that I was being followed. Once I realized that I immediately went to the register refused to continue shopping and cashed out OI was very bothered and disgusted 😒

Everybody has their own publix, I can walk in and I know where everything is in the store.

Dbl check all deli orders. Call in advanced if you have placed an order for pick up at a specific time. Many times ive arrived and the order hasnt even begun being made or the order is entirely messed up.

Great pub sub. But nobody want to hear about employees problems while checking out .if the you dont like our job ...quit!

Publix Deli is excellent. The kids LOVE the chicken tenders. Our most recent visit was for both subs & tenders. When youre tired & fast food just isnt on the schedule for your day, Publix comes through with a great alternative. The chicken & subs were particularly great at this location & I think I may stop there more frequently!

More expensive than Winn-Dixie and Walmart. But definitely awesome awesome store who doesnt love Publix prices are just more pricier but the store customer service to go above and beyond.

Probably the best grocery store, other than Walmart. Publix is the opitome of quality over quantity, but is more pricey and expensive than Walmart. Publix has everything fresh, their deli is quality, everything from their ice tea, to their subs and wings is amazing. The price is the only reason its 4 stars. But thats just me being picky. Also the customer service is one of a kind. Amazing employees.

I love this grocery store. Its nice and small everything is easy to find and the cashiers are quick.. Maybe a Little to quick.. I shop here every week. Produce always looks fresh and full of color.

I had a terrible experience at this Publix this morning with Customer Service. I was returning some coffee with receipts and the cashier SUSIE made me feel terribly uncomfortable. Being Italian I have a strong accent and she treated me like a second class citizen. I tried two different brands of espresso coffee and didnt like either one. With receipts and containers almost full SUSIE managed to leave the register and go in the private room behind the registers at customer service and then came back, like she had to consult someone in the office for my legitimate returns with receipts and technically full cans(???). I have never been treated so very poorly and have a customer service representative me feel so embarrassed me in front of other customers.

Ohh Meat dept had some excellent cuts of lamb ... Deli had my order prepared as promised in a timely manner...

Bad news.It appears that this publix doesNOT BELIEVE IN SERVICE.I was a customer at this store for over 30 years.NOW I AM NOT THEIR CUSTOMER ANYM O R E

Clean, good size store, great employees, never have issues also including with the pharmacy. Great store.

My mom just popped in to get her prescription but as usual as Publixs go: it was beautiful, clean, and the people were friendly.

Well stocked store, although check-out was hap-hazard when clerk failed to allow me to put my bags in my cart, before immediately scanning the next customers goods resulting in confusion and a poor customer experience.

I just left this store and I am very disappointed. Usually when I shop at Publix the cashier beats me at saying Hello today that did not happen. I walked up said Hello to what had to be deaf ears. The only time my cashier Barbara made eye contact was when I questioned the price on an item. As I walked away to verify the pricing a manager was called. This visit ended with Barbara asking her manager if she could handle me so she could move on, as I was paying. I was literally typing in my pin. You’d think I was being difficult or disrespectful but I must say it was the reverse. I hope Barbara learns how to handle customers that look like me so no one has to deal with her poor customer service.

I only gave 3 stars because this Publix here on northlake and I 95 the employees werent to pleasant, but alot of other Publix locations are amazing at what they do and stand for . Publix is #1 in the grocery store business. Theyre so helpful . The employees will bring you to exact item you are looking for and that just makes shopping so much easier and faster. Thank you so much for being understanding on how people shop.

This bike got stolen on Thursday 02/11/21 from the bike rack here at Publix, while having its locking chain which was broken and took along with the bike. Be aware, there are thief around this plaza. In just 15 min in and out this bike got stolen. Publix should be held responsible for this, now I know Im not the first person that goes thru this in this same location, but I would really like to know what have done Publix to fix this situation, not for nothing I will never feel safe and secure again going to this publix or this plaza again.

Omg one of the best Publix I have ever been in. The guy at the carts was so friendly and even offered to resanitize the handle of the cart for me. Got two subs from the deli. The lady was quick and efficient also very friendly! Not to mention subs were amazing! The cashier and bagger were also super friendly! Great experience all around. Deff recommend.

A very clean store.

I went to the Publix bakery last week to get a chocolate cake for my nephews 8th birthday party. I picked out what I thought was the perfect one.Thankfully Gladys was there to help me because I accidentally picked out a yellow cake with chocolate frosting! She set me up with an absolutely amazing fudge cake and helped me with football-related decorations and candles. The cake was an absolute hit! The kids all stuffed their faces, and the parents did too.Thank you Gladys for saving this birthday party!

Ordered Chicken Tender Sub via insta cart. Sub was toasted with all ingredients instead of just the main chicken and cheese so the buffalo, ranch and sub dressing flavors did not exist and the toppings did not taste fresh or have a good texture. This is extremely disappointing especially as someone who worked in a publix deli for 2.5 years making subs. Will try a different location next time.P.S. added bacon and it doesnt even seem like the bacon was heated up at all, it was pretty close to raw, and Ive never had to removed bacon from my sandwich before.For the first time in my life Ive been turned off from chicken tender subs and pub subs in general. Avoid this location at all costs if you intend to get a sub.

I was extremely impressed with the cashier Gladdis, I have not seen a cashier work with that enthusiasm since I was a cashier back in 1991. She really showed that she like her job and wanted to be there. Proficient with product codes and checking the groceries. She deserves recognition.

I love shopping at Publix they really stand behind their name. The quality is impeccable and they have a variety their produce and their meat is Just of great quality and the employees are very helpful and most pleasant. I will continue to shop at Publix.

I went in the express lane, 10 items or fewer. I counted 12 so that was an issue & was sent 6 lanes down. Really 🙄 two, 2 extra items!!!! Staff isnt friendly, from the bakery to the cashiers.

The pharmacy is horrible. They never answer the phone and when they do they are rude. I stood, clearly pregnant, at drop off and the pharmacy intern looked at me, never said a word and continued her inventory. Everyone else at this publix is amazing. Go shop here, just dont use this pharmacy.

Another clean, safe efficient publix

We were just helped by the sweetest person at the deli, Tonya. My wife and I came in after doing our taxes so having someone help us and be so genuine and kind and attentive after a stressful situation was such a treat. My wife is 3 months pregnant and she was so sweet talking to us about it. Hopefully we run into her again. Such a sweet person, thank you Tonya!P.S. We also gave a compliment about her to the front customer service desk.

I went here to get a sub from the deli. Delish is the word that comes to mind. It was amazing. Plus they have a sitting area which is very clean and tidy. I ate my sub there. I would definitely recommend!!

Been shopping there for 21 years, finally they got me to leave a review. They advertise bogo in the frozen seafood dept. Seapack variety (8-23 ounces)I looked at it 2x to make sure before I went to the cashier. Well it was priced at 8.99 x2.I told the cashier that was incorrect their buy one get one make a long story short and small print it says family size excluded but the family size weighs only 20 oz and your buy one get one is from 8 to 23 Oz. Sounds like they didnt think this through just aggravated a customer.Not very happy with them. sounds like a bait and switch at a buy here pay here lot.

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. I’ve been shopping there since it opened. This store has deteriorated, in the past 1 1/2 years.The shelves down many of the isles are totally out, of items. This is not a one time occurrence. It’s every time I shop.The produce is rotten often and expired pre packed items are kept, on the shelf for sale. I know this because I have tried to purchase items and when they are out of date I have asked for in date ones. I’m told “ that’s all we have”.. numerous times I’ve gone there to purchase items only to find they are out, of stock. Such as today.. I wanted to purchase a soup starter kit. They didn’t have any. I tried to buy the items I needed separately, however all the parsnip bags had rotten produce and they had no more.Same issues, with the meat department.. they don’t have the item.. or it’s on the shelf out of date.I keep giving this store the benefit, of the doubt. I’m tired of shopping there and then having to go to Winn Dixie to finish my shopping.Because i am such a frequent shopper the managers know me. I’m always friendly . I have spoken to the manager regarding these concerns and I hear “ I will challenge my team to do better”.. I’ve heard that for a year. When he sees me he always asks me, if I found everything and I have to say no.My friends, in the neighborhood now carry coolers and shop at other publix stores or Winn Dixie.I dislike Winn Dixie very much, but sadly they will now be getting my business. I’m tired of having to shop numerous stores because this Publix can’t keep its inventory stocked and keeps rotten outdated products, on its shelves.
