I have a metro 1 minute from where I live, I have 2 other metros 5 minutes from where I live. This metro is 10 minutes from where I live, if traffic isnt too bad. I go to this metro over those others because the service here is always exceptional. My husband and I have had issues with 2 of those other stores and found this one, the 3rd one opened after we found this location, it is across the strret from my job, but I just wont give anyone else our business as they are that great!!!!!

Business hours changed over 6 months ago. I wasnt able to do business as there wasnt sufficient time.

Every time Ive gone in to pay my bill, the clerks are both friendly and helpful. They ask if Im there to pay a bill - yes - and they quickly take payment and print a receipt while still dealing with another customer who has a more detailed transaction. Other phone stores make you wait in a mile long line just to pay. At this store they multi-task and all customers are taken care of in an efficient manner.

We have found the entire team is extremely helpful especially Fred, who help us with the Off-Net problems. They even helped us setup a new phone and sent out the rebate for us. We appreciated their valuable services, they have gone above and beyond any other Metro Dealerships would have done for us. They best of the best! Keep up the good work guys.

I’ve been with Metro for years now and this store is where I got the service activated. I have to say that this store and the services provided are hands down the best I’ve ever dealt with. In all the years going there they’ve had 1 employee I thought was unprofessional, obnoxious and I would avoid him like the plague whenever I went into the store. Well he hasn’t been there for some time now and honestly I can’t complain about anything or anyone else whatsoever. Both the owner and his brother are great people and have always helped my family whenever it was needed. I’d have to say that anyone who writes a bad review should give them another chance because it had to have been an off day or weird set of circumstances that you experienced unfortunately.

Best metro store around. Very helpful. Also, employees multi task to make sure no one waits too long.

IVE BEEN WITH METRO PCS FROM THE BEGINNING GOOD SERVICE GOOD PHONES & SUPPLIES

I wanted to purchase a new metro PCS phone on Thursday 4/3/14 at 6:30 pm so i came into this Metro PCS in Palm Beach Gardens (PGA and Prosperity Farms road) store in Florida, the clerk who was available came to me and seemed very eager to help, once he started speaking and asking me questions i noticed that he was DRUNK!! He grabbed a dummy phone to show me and when he tried to put it back he had a hard time getting it there and this was hard to ignore. Im familiar with this man since i have visited this store before and he has taken care of me in the past, always very professional but not this time. This is most lack of professionalism and the most disrespect i have encountered, what a bad experience! i dont believe i will be visiting this store again. If i could give them a 0 rating i would.

Went in there asked a The manager a question and when I asked manager to repeat what I said to him he was clueless lol Was already telling me I was wrong even though he didnt even hear what I said lol should not be a manager of customer service nor said either of those other idiots in there!!
