This is a great store. Staff is friendly and helpful. At Christmastime they have a sensory Santa, for those who are more sensitive. This is the place for holiday shopping. They have a whole bunch of copper cookie cutters so you can get all that baking done. They have examples of all the colors of Le Creuset they carry, which I think is better thank figuring it out online. Same thing with by cookware and knives online. I looking to feel the heft of it. If you look to cook, this is the place for you.

I am writing this review, which would be a zero, due to complete frustration. I ordered a bench online a couple of months ago. After waiting weeks to get the item and a couple of weeks to get it delivered with their delivery company, they delivered a headboard which I never ordered. I explained to the delivery driver that the item was incorrect. Now I am trying desperately to locate the bench that I purchased. Nobody has answers and they tell me they will get back to me in a week or so to let me know if they find it. Nobody has any idea where the bench is and are completely unable to provide any insight as to when I will receive it since they do not even know where it is. This experience has been horrible! Sadly, it will be my first and last purchase from William Sonoma.

Even though the personel was litterally overwhelmed by the amount of work and by the number of clients they made me feel important. They all looked and operated with knowledge and purpose. I was happily surprise how efficent they were.

Terrible online experience. Purchased multiple online items in April and still haven’t received my complete order. (It’s September.). When I made the order, it included free shipping. As items became available, shipping fees were added to each. After contacting customer service (and wasting a full hour) I was told the shipping fees would be refunded. They never were refunded.

This store is highly overpriced but I do like to look around from time to time just to see if they have anything new.

Purchased 4 non stick top of the line William Sonoma fry pans 3 years ago. Just told we dont warranty our pans past 30 days. So why should anyone purchase anything from a retailer that doesnt stand behind their product. I wont ever again

William and Sonoma is the place to go if you love to cook or bake. Theyve got excellent quality knives, small kitchen appliances and all kinds of cool novelty Foods & Spices.The staff is really helpful! theyre so knowledgeable with there products. One of the benefits I like the most is that if you purchase a gift for somebody they will gift wrap for you.

Great home goods store. Great kitchen items, seasonal gift items or special recipe items. They sell dishes, linens (table), pots, pans, blenders, coffee makers and the stuff to go in them. Nice. Good markdowns too.

Very disappointed. I had asked for some high quality kitchen utensils for my Christmas stocking so naturally Willams-Sonoma is the place. My husband waited in line for a long time at a register and was next in line when an employee, whom he described as imperious, came through waving her arms and loudly ordering everyone to get in one line. Just then, the customer ahead of him finished and since he had already been waiting, he stepped up. He was told in a rude manner to go to the back of the line. He got disgusted and left rather than wait in another long line after he had already done so. All this over a couple of small items. I love their merchandise and I had a very good experience buying cookware there. Now, I doubt if he will ever go in there again, so its my loss. Thanks a lot.

I mean its great for novelty items or gifts but dang, this place is expensive! Its a beautiful store with nice workers though!

Buyer beware! I ordered some items on line to be picked up at the store, They charged my credit card twice, and then they have no record of the order. When I called customer service, they really didnt care, they just basically told me that it was between me and my credit card company. I just recently had an issue with West Elm as well. I think maybe this company is gotten too big to care about customer service.

My girlfriend really loves the store she bought a nice Knife Set unfortunately had to take it back then hold the sharpness of the blade but theres other things in there that you dont find any other store its more a store for the kitchen

I am very disappointed with the William Sonoma Brand. This is the first review I have ever written. It was literally that bad.I received damaged pots and missing items from an in store order, When I called and drove back to the store I received no help or accountability at all by the retail staff. They wanted me to UPS the damaged pots to another location. ?? What???They were rude, and condescending. The company had my money, but I couldnt get my already paid for items. It took an extensive amount of time, and energy. I did not find a single staff member who seemed to even want to find a solution.I have never been compelled to write a review but this was so far below the norm, it was a hideous experience. Absolutely the worst retail experience I have ever had.
