Its been a few weeks since my visit and I am still in awe by the supreme customer service that I received. The woman who served me politely explained the delivery process and ensured me that she would have my order ready due to the urgency. To my surprise, everything was good to go by the time I arrived!!
I Highly recommend this location. The arrangement was perfect. The chocolate fruit and strawberries were beautiful, fresh and tasted awesome. I will definitely use them again. Thank you for taking the time to make my gift special.
I ordered an arrangement on the phone from Ohio to be delivered there in Florida and spoke with one of the owners and let me tell you I had the most top notch service I have ever had. She was so kind and service oriented it blew me away. We are in difficult times with this virus and everyone is under strains and stress and she was so positive and refreshing to speak with. I really enjoyed speaking with her and would buy from this company again anytime anywhere because of how she represented the brand. When my Daughter received the arrangement it was beautiful and everyone that tasted it and saw it was just amazed. Thank you so much for the wonderful service and product. Keep up the great work! You and your product and the brand and it is a great one.

I will never order from this location again. Paid extra for my order to get there on Mother’s Day and it did not get there on Mother’s Day. Worst experience ever.
When I called in and had a concern, the person that answered the phone was pleasant and very helpful. They have quality service and a great product!
We wanted to send an Edible Arrangement to friends as a thank you. After trying for 2 days and left on hold for more than 10 minutes each time I called - I gave up and called Sheris Berries. Its a shame - as we love Edible Arrangements - but its become too difficult to do business with them. I hope they get their act together.
It was my sisters birthday and I had come from Michigan to celebrate her, I remembered she loved the fruit arrangement I sent her once from edible arrangements so I called the one in Palm Beach Gardens, I talked to a nice lady and told her exactly what I needed and what it was for, told her I was willing to pay around $120 dollars cash because it was a last minute order, she assured me that she had it covered and it was going to be nice and she was going to throw in a few balloons for free, I was delighted! I told her I wasn’t going to be able to pick it up until 5 pm since I was visiting with family farther south, she said ok, when I got there at 4:50 all excited to see what the lady had come up with, the store was closed even though the sign at the door and the website said 6pm close time, so disappointing:( really sad and upset ! If you can’t deliver please just say so don’t fool with people like that!
EVERY TIME I CALL THIS LOCATION FOR AN ORDER IT ALWAYS SEEMS TO BE LAST MINUTE. THE GIRLS THAT ANSWER ARE ALWAYS SO KIND AND UNDERSTANDING. THE LAST TIME I ORDERED IT WAS AGAIN LAST MINUTE AND NEEDED TO GET IT THERE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THE YOUNG LADY I SPOKE TO CRYSTAL SAID SHE WOULD DO WHAT SHE COULD TO GET IT DONE BUT COULDNT PROMISE. WELL SHE GOT IT THERE AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, THE FRUIT WAS SO SWEET AND SO FRESH.
I’ve used this location several times. There is one girl Carrie who helped me with making sure I got the perfect bouquet for my mom and grandma. When they received the order it was so beautiful and they were thrilled. I will be ordering from them again.
Crystal customer service was exceptionally top notch. She designed the perfect gift for my anniversary. I highly recommend her for her professionalism. Thumbs up to crystal for making my anniversary wonderful!!!!!
I wouldn’t order from this location. I placed an order a week in advanced for Valentine’s Day and my mother never received it. I called the same day it was to be delivered and I was told it would be delivered before 5 pm and it wasn’t. They never called to apologize. I sent them a very upset email and instead of calling me in the morning to apologize all they did the next morning was send me an email saying sorry we didn’t wow you here’s your refund. So after seeing that I called and asked to speak to the manager who apparently I was already speaking too. She was very unprofessional didn’t give a sincere apology because you could here it in her voice and told me they tried calling last night and said a refund was issued which is a complete lie because I had my phone on me the entire time and never received a call or message apologizing. There customer service skills are horrible there rude right from the start and don’t care about there customers. Don’t order from this location it’s a mess and the manager there has no customer service skills at all just plain rude.
So heres a little info about my most recent and probably last ever experience with Edible Arrangements.I ordered an arrangement to be delivered as a surprise for my Moms birthday Saturday, January 25, 2020.An attempt to deliver was made on Saturday morning but because my mom wasnt at home they left a door tag...perfectly fine.What happened in the following hours is my problem. First, I received a call about the delivery attempt from the local representatives to arrange a better time for the same day. Especially since the conversation ended with instruction to make delivery after a certain time, I thought that maybe the surprise isnt ruined and she would still be able to receive her birthday arrangement. The delivery was never made and a bunch of excuses followed.A little after the time that we agreed upon passed, I received another phone call inquiring about making the delivery...so, I reiterated the agreement that we made and was thoroughly aggravated because why are you calling me instead of making the freaking delivery?!?!? The rep then has the audacity repeatedly suggest I call the person who this was supposed to be a surprise for to find out exactly when they would be home.At this point, I become even more aggravated because WTF! I didnt pull a random time out the air! I knew that shed be home after the time we agreed upon, so dont agree to that and then proceed to question me about it when the arrangement could have been delivered and this interaction never have taken place.Minutes after this interaction, my mom texted me to let me know that she was at home and had gotten the door tag. Surprise over.She called to make arrangements for delivery re-attempt and was told the driver had already gone home. Despite this, there was an agreed upon date for re-delivery but this location had complete disregard for her request and instead made the delivery a day earlier...seriously. I have my own ideas as to why this was done but I wont speculate. This was a most unpleasant experience.I know for 100% fact that the Palm Beach Gardens location will never get patronage from me again and Im highly unlikely to use this service again.***Update***Received a call today from the local store to resolve the issue. Phone call was full of excuses and no resolution...a complete waste of my time. To add insult to injury my mother wasnt able to enjoy the arrangement at all because less than 24 hrs after it was delivered the fruit was already spoiled.

I’m unsure when customer service became the customer needing to harass the company to get any type of service. The manager never called me back and they never delivered my order. Happy holidays. Thanks for nothing!
This location was amazing. I was ordering out of country and the website was giving me issues with making changes to my order. After three unsuccessful attempts, I called and reached Crystal. She was so friendly and helpful and walked me through the process. Despite taking up so much of her time, she never complained and was cordial through the entire process.
They delivered the arrangement a day later then it was suppose to be delivered. And also later then when they told me it would be delivered. When it got delivered the pineapples look old like they were sitting out for a couple days. Never again will they get my money. Not this store by any means.
I went to this location on August 17, 2017 around 4PM. The lady that was working stated she could not make the shake that I wanted because it had mango in it and she was allergic to it.... I was speechless about her response, I turn around I went to Tropical Smoothie across the street; theyve always been great!Why have people working at Edible Arrangements that are allergic to FRUITS?
I ordered a special arrangement for a friends birthday. It was not delivered on the Friday as promised and when I called to see why not they had already closed earlier than their hours stated. I got a call back the next day and the person said my friend was going to pick it up at the store. My friend NEVER got a call from their store and she never said she was going to pick it up. After another call it was finally delivered on Monday, three days after her birthday. I called three times to speak with the owner and he refused to call me back. Dont use this location. They have very poor customer service skills.
Easy to order and they had exactly what I was looking for. Best part, when I heard back from the recipient and found out they loved it.

I placed an order online for same day delivery. Shortly after placing my order I received a call from the store. They said their delivery driver was very busy and unsure if my order would be delivered today. I explained the need for the arrangement to be delivered today. The women I talked to on the phone said it would not be a problem. My friend received the delivery 2 hours after I placed the order. She called me in tears and so happy to receive her favorite chocolate covered pineapples. I appreciate you delivering happiness to my friend when she needed it. Thank you to all the staff working on 4/26/17!
Do not order from this location! I had never had any problems with EA til I ordered from this location. I place an order for a birthday arrangement the day before my mother’s Birthday and also called to make sure the arrangement will be sent on time. My mom received her arrangement late basically as she was leaving work if they had came a minute late the would have missed her.Then on top of that the arrangement was already melting. I was disappointed and disgusted. I immediately called EA about their product and presentation. They mentioned they will pick up the arrangement and will talk to the owner🙄🙄3 days later.......still nothing No response from the mystery owner or when the money will be refunded into my account. Don’t waste your time or money!!!!
I’m trying to get my mother something for Mother’s Day and there open today and I’ve called them plenty of times they never picked up saying they was busy I came at 10:30 & the store opens at 10 😐 like it don’t make sense.
I went into the EA on Northlake just today..NO arrangements ready, and was told I would have to wait until tomorrow because there were 3 orders ahead of mine..3 orders at 10:30 a.m..... And I had ti wait until tomorrow??Get your business together and dont be so rude to people who are spending a lot of $$, for a nice gift,like you advertise you do....I even read your prior reviews before going to this one because it is closer than Jupiter.....I should have stayed with Jupiter..Northlake Blvd. Edible Arrangements is THE WORST.0 STARS IF I COULD.

Horrible Experience. Ordered arrangement online for delivery to brother on New Years Eve. Recipient was called by store/ driver on New Years Eve. They said they were running late but would deliver that day. GUESS WHAT? No delivery. I didnt discover this until four days later. Contacted store and asked for cancellation and refund. Crystal (manager?) refused stating that the recipient couldnt be contacted, wasnt at home, many attempts - - all LIES. I WILL NEVER use edible arrangements again. This franchisee is a CROOK.
Terrible!!!!!! I ordered an arrangement to be picked up on Sunday, called no answer drove there door locked. Was noon and door said open 10-3. Bad business!!
Placed my order in online before the store even open, it’s about to be three in the afternoon and my order still wasn’t delivered. Every time I️ call the store it’s a different story from them.

I CALLED AND THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE GAVE ME ATTITUDE AND WHEN I FINALLY GOT TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER THEY SENT ANOTHER ONE BUT THE SAME THING THE FRUIT WAS BAD . I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE .
