SLOW AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Drive thru is a joke. Just waited 25 min to pick up a script. Then had to wait another HOUR to get a vaccine because only the “pharmacist” could give it. Ridiculous to wait that long when I can see the pharmacist not prioritizing a waiting customer. Took literally 2 mins to give. They need a course in common sense. PeopleWith appointments WAITING behind walkins. Just zero customer service.Second trip… I know, I should have known better. Dropped 3 scripts up and told to pick up in an hour. Call first to make sure it’s ready, problem with insurance. Call back and insurance problem is fixed but now it’s 1:30 and ALL the pharmacists go to lunch at the same time. UNABLE TO FILL A SCRIPT FOR ANOTHER HOUR.This is unacceptable. This was pain meds for a dental procedure. Waiting until 3pm to have it ready is bad customer service.Again if I could I would give ZERO stars. NOW I’m moving all my scripts to Publix.
This Walgreens is so bad. They constantly give my elderly mother a hard time about her medications. Now I am sitting here waiting to fill out a form for a flu shot. Waiting for a form they could easily hand to me! Never again.
If I could do zero stars I would.Made a apt for whooping cough vaccine almost a week prior, even called asked how much it would be for my partner who doesn’t have insurance. Show up and told this store is small we don’t have it.1. We have a apt2. It’s your duty to order and make sure you have your vaccines ready for people who schedule for apts well in advance NOT tell them your a small store and “sold out” like people are running out for whooping cough vaccine like it’s in such high demand AND IF YOUR A SMALL STORE HAVE THE COURTESY TO CALL THOSE WHO SCHEDULE APTS WELL IN ADVANCE.Unacceptable. Horrible representation of customer service on their part.I wish I had read the reviews before scheduling my apt, Walgreens should shut this store down these people clearly are useless at their job and don’t even care.
Lupicka should be a pharmacist in the county morgue. She would be great interacting with dead people. I would not have someone like her representing my business. Go to Walgreens on Donald Ross...so much nicer

Absolutely worthless express lane in pharmacy...Prepaid my prescription so I could bypass standing in line, went to express line only to be totally ignored while everyone else was helped. Why have a prepaid express line when it is not utilized by the staff. I will transfer all my prescriptions to another store.
This has to be the slowest pharmacy EVER. ALWAYS. Not sure how they do it. Latest episode:Dropped off prescription at 1ish, was told it will be ready at 3/3:30pm (thats 3-6 times longer than other pharmacies in the area). Returned at 5:15, waited in line in drivethru until 5:45 and was told prescription was not ready. This was my time here, I will drive a little further to Gardens Medical Pavillion (amazing staff, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly) or even Donald Ross, where I never wait more than 30 - 40 minutes max.
I went to the Pharmacy last Saturday morning to get a flu shot. The nice pharmacist let me know that it would cost $40 with insurance, but not to worry, I should come back today (October 16) when it would be free. I would have just had it done at that time, but she insisted, why pay the $40, when you can just come back next Friday?I returned today for my free shot, but was told by a different pharmacist that I needed a voucher for the free flu shot. I explained that this wasn’t mentioned to me last week. Crazy that she couldn’t just locate or let me know where I could find this alleged voucher online. I checked online, but there was nothing. There was nothing she did except apologize...not even notify management of the issue.It’s a shame that this location either doesn’t properly educate staff about promotions, stand behind the information that their own staff gives to clients and/or doesn’t honor their own promotions.
Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Pharmacists are rude and aren’t willing to help. I constantly get calls, texts, emails about prescription issues they have created, after I opt out - it’s just excessive. I finally switched to CVS because this was the worst experience I’ve ever had and looking at other reviews I’m clearly not the only one. Wish I would’ve seen these reviews before sending my scripts there to avoid all these issues. Much happier elsewhere!

I used a GoodRX coupon to buy a prescription today for $61. The woman said it was incorrect- even though I gave her the paper copy- and claimed it was $94. As I needed the drugs, I paid it but called GoodRX on the way home. GoodRX said I was right about the price and immediately called Walgreens to ask for a refund. The pharmacy said I had bought the drug and no refund was available. Really? This is how you do business by lying about the price and then cheating a customer of a refund?
Been dealing with this location for the last 2 1/2 years and nothing but problems. They tell you the have some meds and they dont they cant keep stock of anything. waited three weeks for a scrip. and finally told them to keep it, dont need it now! or them!the Acreage location was great.
This is the laziest most incompetent group of pharmacy workers Ive ever witnessed. Ive come three times now for my prescription and they still cant find my info in the system regardless of me calling Express Script and getting every detail. Express Script said they can call the help desk if there is an issue. They reluctantly made the call. This should have been done since the beginning. Go somewhere else!
Worst Costner service and even worst pharmacy manager... they have issue with reward program redemption but they try to blame customer for it.... your problem, own it.
Was on hold for 10 min while they tried to figure out a simple transferring of my prescription. Disconnected me and was rude when I got back on the line because they couldnt fix the problem they created. Most likely switching to CVS. I expect much better customer service from the Gardens area.
This pharmacy is terrible, time and time again they prove unable to fulfill their main purpose of filling prescriptions in a timely manner. Somehow according to the pharmacist at Walgreens it is always the fault of the doctors office.
I had never been in this Walgreens before & because of Mariola at the photo desk, I will never shop here again. I gave her a chance the first visit, thinking she may not feel well or just be having a bad day, but after the second time, I made a decision that I was done with her. I have never had a retail employee allow my son and I (twice) to stand there at the photo counter with absolutely no acknowledgement whatsoever while we watched her on the other computer, wait for photos to print and fiddle around for a full 3-4 minutes! It was crazy. She didnt look at us, she didnt acknowledge, she didnt say, just a moment or Ill be right there, nothing. I finally said after about 2.5 minutes, Hey, how are you today? She said good without looking and kept doing what she was doing for another 2 minutes. I mentioned to my son about getting with the manager and maybe she heard me because she finally came over. The second visit, my son and I were joking in the car on the way there about whether that same lady would be working or not. Well, there she was and nothing changed, other than it being a worse experience. Long story short, she couldnt find our photos, refused to look at my phone receipt order with info on it which I offered in order to help her. I finally blurted out on a whim not knowing whether it would help or not, that they were 8x10s and then she rolled her eyes at me and said I should have told her so she would have been looking for a bigger envelope. After that, she basically slammed the envelope down on the counter & when I asked where the 4x6s were, she didnt answer so I had to ask again and she shouted, Maam they are in there! lol. How did I know? Then she got mad because we had a couple other tiny things we purchased along with our photo. It was right there in plain sight, but she didnt ring them up. I didnt give her any type of attitude at all. We were both in shock. I cant believe Walgreens would employ someone who blatantly should not be in a customer service type role especially in a high end area like Mirasol.
This is the closest pharmacy to where I live, so I go out of convenience. Every time is ridiculously slow - photo, pharmacy, regular checkout. They also never have 5mL syringes and instead tell me to buy them. So awful. I will begin to go elsewhere.

The woman pharmacist working at 5:30pm 7/12/19 refused to fill my script because the date was not written in format, which is not mandated by Florida Law as she claimed. Completely incompetent and she has been reported to AHCA. Use Gardens Pharmacy

This Walgreens is very close to my home however it is extremely understaffed for the volume of customers that they receive. Their hours are also quite limited, frustrating when the Publix in the same Plaza is open till 11 p.m. Most nights and this Walgreens closes at 10 p.m. Doesnt make much sense to me.
I went straight to the Pharmacy from a doctors office in driving rain to fill a prescription . When I requested a copy of the prescription for my records this was denied as it was not store policy to make copies.Adios Walgreens I;m off to CVS where they are more customer friendly
I just want say after reading the reviews here. You all need a hug or something. One bad experience in a store and u go home to write bad about them? Oh and then you ban them?!? Critical, the store is better off. As for rude guy calling a manager type, fat, youre so rude and offensive, that I couldnt even take in your rant. Much less, could I allow your rant to hold any merit because I certainly believe I should always consider the source. These low waged employees do not hv to bend over bavwards for stuck up and overly judgemental people. Shame shame. Try humbling yourselves.
