If I could give a zero, I would. We ordered over $8,000 in outdoor furniture on Jan. 4, 2021. Nothing was custom ordered. It was all items off of the floor with no changes. Part of the order was delivered quickly and we were told two items would not come for 6 weeks. It is now April 19th which makes it almost 4 months now and we have not received the ottoman. We just called again and were told that it would be another 5 or 6 months. The company didnt even bother to notify us. We had also ordered a chaise lounge on Jan. 31, 2021 and we were just told that it wont be coming for another 5-6 months. They take your money and dont deliver. Stay away.

Waited 6 months for delivery of table & chairs. My rating is based on lack of communication with shop. Customer service is terrible. No follow thru. Only saving grace when items came in damaged, was replaced within 1 week, only after I called 3 times.

Wonderful service from the sale right through to the delivery! Our sales person spent lots of time showing us all the options with the knowledge of all the products. The delivery guys were terrific, calling ahead, and taking the time to give us a tutorial on caring for our loungers. Great experience for us new Floridians!

Quality merchandise. Poor customer relations. We ordered outdoor patio furniture in June and were told 6 weeks to deliver. 16 weeks later, we finally received our purchase. The problem is they demonstrated ZERO ownership of the issue. It was all someone elses fault and for the first 12 weeks they made us feel like WE had a problem because we were upset about it. Finally, the last few weeks they were responsive and returning calls. We are VERY happy with the product, but their customer service model is broken!

We wanted to share our great experience with the community about the Patio Shoppe in Palm Beach Gardens.....My husband and I have searched everywhere for new patio furniture for our pool area and patio. We went into the the Patio Shoppe it was the last place we went for some reason it sure would have saved me a lot of time if I would have went there first!!!!!....The Store was beautiful tons of selections they do custom work which is what we were interested in. The educated sales woman named Marsha helped me she was so nice, pleasant and knowledgeable about the different makes, brands and styles.... We purchased quite a bit of furniture and it was delivered yesterday! It is absolutely beautiful! We are so pleased with the quality and also the furniture is made in the USA for those that shop that way. The drivers called, were on time, courteous and cared about making sure everything was placed correctly on the patio and that we were happy! If you are looking for a great experience, good quality, custom made patio furniture that suits your taste I recommend the Patio Shoppe! Very Satisfied Client!

I had a pleasant experience purchasing from the Patio Shoppe. I chose to purchase here because my parents bought their furniture from them 15 years ago and it still looks new. The sales person was EXTREMELY knowledgeable. You can tell theyve been doing this a long time. They have all different price ranges and a large selection-Best of all they stock everything you see for immediate delivery which was helpful in my situation. I definitely recommend to all.

The best service I have. Been shopping around for furniture for my new pool. Found the greatest collection! So great bought the whole set. Service was outstanding. The owner help us personally and helped me with all our custom needs. Recommend dealing with the owner he’s the greatest.

The Patio Shoppe of the Palm Beaches is an excellent vendor for selection of your terrace or patio furniture. The gentleman with whom we worked, “Todd, evidenced great care and excellent listening skills, while providing professional guidance, reflective of our preferences. The furniture we ended up choosing truly was in concert with our preferences, including the cost of the furniture which we purchased.

Terrible. The showroom people and the delivery department have no communication at all! First we were told that our delivery would be on a Saturday and we requested a morning delivery. The salesperson told us he will let the delivery department know this. When the delivery people called they had no message about a morning delivery and told us it would be in the afternoon. After waiting home all day for the delivery, THEY BRING THE WRONG MERCHANDISE! At which time we were told they couldnt deliver the correct merchandise that day. They clearly stated that they took the wrong table from the warehouse because they didnt know that that particular company made two tables! WOW! you dont check to see that the merchandise you pulled was correct. Then they tell us we will get our order on Wednesday, again we requested a morning delivery and they tell us no problem...only to find out on Tuesday when they called us that the delivery would be from 2:00-4:00pm. We had to be at work so that didnt work for us only for them to tell us they will leave the merchandise on our patio. NO THANK YOU. You didnt get it right the first time! We cancelled our order. Its a shame the lack of communciation this company has.

We arrived at around 3.30 pm on a weekday and were pleasantly surprised by the quantity of items. There was just one other gentleman in the store and he was assisted by a middle aged blonde woman. We looked around and within 10 minutes the lady came up to us and told us she was helping this gentleman and she would be assisting us shortly. So far so good. I found the placards all over the store which had a slogan similar to ‘ when you buy cheap furniture all that remains is a bad taste in your mouth’ all over the store a bit odd. After all, if we wanted to buy cheap furniture we wouldn’t be there.We were told many times it’s a family owned store, which is nice as an introduction but not a recipe for arrogance. After selecting a $2599 furniture set and wanting to add a few more side pieces ( pillows of $99 each, an ottoman of around $300 etc) I asked the lady to write down the items and the total price. But as we were buying so many items ( and they were discounted) I asked if that was the final price or if there was room for negotiation. She then out of the blue stormed off and shouted ‘ it’s not gonna happen’. Never saw her again and we left. We were stunned. She lost $4000 of business because of her rudeness and arrogance . Customer service is key and if she would have just told us that she couldn’t give us any more discount we would have happily bought it. As a customer you shouldn’t have to deal with rude sales staff even if it’s a family business. There are garden furniture shops all over Florida and we will happily spend our $4000 elsewhere. And yes, some are also family owned and also use the best materials as she kept repeating to us without us asking.

If you are looking buy LOCAL because you feel service would be better at a LOCAL business (which is why we purchased from them) This is NOT the place for that...We have had our oversized umbrella repaired once by them and now it is broke again - I started my calls to them on 12/3 and am now on my third call to have someone please come out to service and the last call on 12/27 I was told they would call me back that day well today is the 30th and I am still awaiting their call.
