Kyle was so awesome. He was working by himself and still greeted everyone that walked in. He helped my little boy get set up with a new phone and treated him very special. He made sure everything pulled over from the old phone and answered all of our questions. While the data was transferred from old to new phone we watched Kyle help a few people who just needed help navigating their device. Kyle was patient and kind and I told him how wonderful he was and that I appreciated how he helped the other customers because if it was my mom in there needing assistance I would know she was in good hands. Thanks Kyle!
I entered the store and people were waiting for service. Nick asked if I had a quick question and I said it wouldn’t be quick, I’m losing calls for 3-4 seconds at a time and they come back. Also sometimes it sounds gargled on the other end. My WiFi calling is turned off. He said I needed to turn my WiFi off and that would fix the issue. My response is I need to turn my WiFi off to use the phone? He asked if I was telling him how to do his job……. Needless to say customer service is severely lacking. Turning WiFi off to make phone call when there is no WiFi around and not enabled is not the solution. That was conveyed to him and he still was not happy. I told him I was leaving and wouldn’t be back, little known to him I would have upgraded the phone. I did not yell and did not cause a scene, nick was just rude. I do not recommend this store

Kyle was terrific with getting my new phone set up, transferring everything and explaining what was happening.Nick was super also in offering me options, and explaining all details.
Kyle is amazing! He was so patient and kind helping my 80 year old mother with understanding her new phone. He took the time to show her how to text (pray for me lol). This is by far the best Verizon store I have ever been too and I have been to many other stores in other states.

So when I just bought my new phone I was Guaranteed a new screen protector if mine was broke yesterday I happen to break went today to get my free screen protector and I was informed that no I had to order it by mail and then I could bring it into the store and they would fix it on when I was supposed to get a free one hon nope wrong answer Verizon wireless store you’ve lost my business

I have been with Verizon for 12 years and I have NEVER felt so catered too. Patricia went above and beyond to make sure that everything I wanted and needed was taken care of. I had no idea of all the things I had access too. She helped me upgrade my phone and got me a case and more...overall just took amazing care of me. I will only deal with her from now on And that location. She is just amazing ..I dont have enough words.
I was very impressed with the customer service...especially Veronica. Power loss from a storm that passed through caused the computers to reboot and the POS system to act up causing much more work for the employees to ring sales (manually). Veronica was BEYOND helpful getting my new phone set up and changing my plan...which didnt go as easily as we thought it would! She was very patient and had a great attitude the entire time trying to figure the issue out. She was great!
Hello my name is Michelle Christopher and I live in Palm City and I came into the Palm City Verizon and I met Kyle who has been the godsend of all time I was very nervous about switching my phone being stressed about it and he called me down he did everything for me he helped me with every step he taught me everything I needed to know he he didnt just make a sale he met a friend and I really want to tell you that hes a greatest employee so please whatever you need to do to give him credit for this kind of sale in this kind of service I just want you to know that Im very very pleased and Im walking out a happy customer.

I have visited the store about three weeks ago and I was helped by Veronica. I have no problems with her but I just felt like I was just a pay check to her. I felt as though she was rushing me because I was only buying a phone and not anything else. She was okay at helping me but her attitude could be better.

When I need help I am not so technically experienced so I go to the experts and they are all just nice genius folks who are willing to answer all my questions. Plus I bought a new Samsung tablet while I was there that I am enjoying.

Terrible customer service, would not even touch my phone so i took it to a local competitor and they had the phone fixed and running within 1 minute.Following up to above complaint, the store clerk Nick proceeded to insult me and belittle me verbally.

When it comes to customer service at Verizon. I think of Tommy Cho. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in his position. I cant enough about how helpful he was to my family. I wish there were more Tommy Chos in customer service in all businesses. Thanks Tommy Cho for a wonderful experience.

I went to purchase a sim card, was offered a better price for more data plan. What they didnt disclose is that they were dropping my Roadside Assistance coverage. Deceptive practices are not acceptable.
