Mark and Cody were great when they 1st installed my system.. I had issues with the system thereafter i. I had to rerun lines in my backyard which I did not mind. I called them back to fix the system that they had installed and also to troubleshoot new issues that I had on my system which they did not originally installed. They came out to the house again and refused to do any further work ...I never received a call from them personally and let it to their secretary to call me and tell me ...very unprofessional

I cant say enough about the professionalism and quality of the work of Southern Irrigation. We have been band-aiding our system with the landscapers and other small irrigation companies spending several hundred dollars each time only to be back in the same situation days later. We had Southern Irrigation come out and they did a thorough and comprehensive evaluation of our system and fixed only what needed to be fixed. We could not be happier with their work and we will always use Southern Irrigation for our sprinkler system needs. The demands on these small businesses are significant during these times and requires patience to get on the schedule. It is worth the wait with Southern Irrigation. Be patient with the scheduling and you will not be disappointed.

No accountability for mistakes and will not come back to fix . Mark will pitch you new work in a heartbeat though ! There is no record keeping so if you need to add or change anything (or if they made a mistake ) there is no way to tell where the lines are unless they tear up your yard . Half my yard is dry and the rest is flooded . Mark told me he would make it right and I went with more work quoted only to come home to the installer doing what he wanted instead of what I wanted . I still got billed and paid . I communicated with Mark for a year and it was family problems and everything else to not help or show back up . My Irrigation controller has had issues from the day it was installed and was told its my yard workers that dont exist and myself who could count the amount of times Ive touched the controller . When I called to make a service call and explained that the issue was the same as last year I was then told they wouldnt come because I was placing blame . Not the case just an explanation like most companies that fix things need to perform a proper repair . I feel robbed and cheated and more importantly embarrassed because of all the customers of my own I turned on to Southern Irrigation . Save your money for a true professional and you will instantly be saving every month after on your water bill . Mark will lie to your face . This is something even the worst of men have a hard time doing .

My experience with Southern Irrigation has always been incredible. I grew up in a family run business so its nice to work with these guys. Your call is always greeted by Amanda, pleasant, funny and always helpful in getting you on the schedule. Her follow-up is always timely & professional!With no rain my yard has been parched and I was tired of trying to adjust my mechanical timer for extra water. I requested a digital timer that could hook up to an App on my Iphone via my internet connection.Cody had come out and installed my Hunter system. The Hunter Pro Hydrawise system App was easy to download and set up with my controller serial number information.After working thru and labeling my 6 zones and even adding pictures I was ready to run. Im decent with technology but I was amazed at the ease of the system. Really easy guide through and set-up.Cody was nice enough to run by my house again this morning and review the system with me after set up. Had a leak with our sprinkler system (was not initially installed by Southern Irrigation) - called to see if someone could come out and take a look - the team at Southern Irrigation talked me through how to get the water shut off and got someone out in a day to investigate. They were able to diagnose and fix quickly - great service and a reasonable price!!Will definitely use them again!!

Southern Irrigation recently installed the irrigation, landscape lighting and drainage for our newly constructed residence on 1.4 acres of property. They were one of the best subcontractors on the whole house and have also been very responsive and professional following installation even though I may have been a bit picky as I am very protective of my landscape materials. They came out and updated my 10 yr old system for me yesterday. Showed up exactly when the said they would, were very friendly and explained everything they did or what needed to be done. Price was very reasonable.

We called Southern in the morning to come out and help us with an issue. Despite the fact that all their trucks were already on the road for the day with full schedules, they showed up and spent hours getting us back up and running. Great company, great quality work and excellent customer service!!

Southern Irrigation came out and did some drainage work at our house. They were on time, professional and quickly responded to all of emails to their office. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an irrigation company.

I was in a pinch and needed someone fast to fix a busted seal on a pipe for my sprinkler system. I was hesitant to look for someone since the last people to come out were a real piece of work. I found Southern and read excellent reviews. I checked out their website and also saw family owned which is something I like! They two guys that came out today were very professional and knowledgeable. They fixed the pipe in about 15 minutes. I will keep their number on hand for any future repairs that I cant handle. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

I scheduled an estimate for an install and a repair earlier this month with Southern Irrigation, Inc. Southern Irrigation, Inc. made the appointment, Southern Irrigation, Inc. failed to show for the appointment time and date and Southern Irrigation, Inc. never called to cancel or attempt to reschedule. I waited two weeks to try to reschedule. I didnt even mention Southern Irrigation, Inc.s missed appointment. I make another appointment with Southern Irrigation, Inc. Two days later I receive a one sentence email from the owner of Southern Irrigation, Inc. informing me that they respectfully decline. That is it. I politely asked why? As a homeowner, Im trying to figure out if there is an issue with my property (they worked on a house three doors down a month earlier) that might affect my ability to get anyone to do the work. No response from Southern Irrigation, Inc. How you do some things is how you do everything.Caveat emptor.

Steve from Southern Irrigation was better than good. He was great ! Fixed our problem in short order with parts he had inventoried in his truck and at a very reasonable price. We called him a 0900 yesterday morning and he had it all buttoned up by 1330 hours . Thank you for the reccomendation. You can be sure well reccomend him to our buyers as well.
