Zbest is truly the best. We found the perfect sectional for our small living room. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and honest! We bought the couch on Saturday and they delivered same day! Excellent service in store and excellent moving staff as well. Timely delivery and thorough. Give them a chance before going to a chain store. They have new furniture as well as used. Our sales person Maureen was wonderful! I would definitely recommend this store to all.

I had the most amazing experience at Z Best Rentals, Inc.! I called Electrolux/Frigidaire looking for reputable dealers in my area that sold their ovens and they told me about Z Best Rentals. They said they had top reviews so I decided to give them a call. I reached Jarrod who was so very friendly and he quickly put me at ease and assured me that I was in the right place. He told me Jan(an owner)and himself would work hard to find me my oven. I had little hope since I had not had any luck at any of the appliance dealers in town or online. We were looking for furniture for our new Flagler Beach house when we happened upon Z-Best as our first store stop. Immediately upon entering, Jarrod met and welcomed us at the door. He was very friendly and helpful as we chose pieces for our house. So much so, that we returned two more times within a week to purchase more pieces. The delivery guys, Ricky and Dave, were very nice also. Their professionalism did not go unnoticed. Thank you to everyone at Z-Best. We will return to you first when we look for future furniture purchases.

This company rented my 19 year old kid a TV and ripped him off of over $1400 for a 40 TV. They continued to draft his bank account and run his credit card for payments long after hed paid the TV off. This entire business is run by staunch criminals after going in to talk to the owner he challenged my husband to fight and his sons stepped in. We spoke with local sheriffs dept and learned from 2 officers that Z Best is well known for having altercations both physical and verbal with its current or former customers, the police were so disgusted with us even mentioning the name Z Best that he immediately told us to file a lawsuit take it up in court. Most of the good reviews they have on here are from customers of whom they have forced to write reviews by giving them a percentage off of a purchase so they are even getting fake reviews, the people arent writing the reviews on their own they are being enticed and asked to write a good review even giving cards out asking customers to leave good reviews. Well here is a TRUE review of what they did to my son and I encourage anyone looking to do business at this scum of a business to stay away and do some extensive research first. BEWARE

After having difficulty with the others rental company in town, we went to ZBest. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff, far better selection, and prompt delivery. Will definitely use them again whenever we have a need.

The reviews say the service is great, and it may be, but the owners are horrible drivers. Specifically, the older woman with ZBest1 on her plate. She was so busy taking on her phone she couldnt be bothered to drive, holding up an entire landed of traffic by driving 30 in a 45. I do need some furniture, but Ill just go to Aarons. I wont be responsible for putting anyone from this business on the road.

Ive been doing business with this company for almost a year now and have had some tremendously terrible experiences with their staff and the owner. My relationship as a paying customer with them isnt appreciated and they have no problem speaking to their customers in very unpleasant and distasteful manners if you challenge them regarding your payments and request a detailed print-out of where you money is going per each account on an agreement. The owner Jan Arnett is the father to 3 of the employees that work in the Palm Coast location, they will all start out nice with any customer however, when you do your research and view all of your payment history and accounts youll notice that they are charging taxes and per the lease agreement they are not allowed to charge taxes per the FL Statute and per the agreement as taxes (use tax) are supposed to be included in the agreement amount on rental items. Then they will charge you excessively in other unrelated fees and then youll notice that you payout amount will increase by $5 sometimes $3.00 on a weekly basis, so essentially nothing of your payment actually went toward the payout balance of your item. On today 8/31/2017 I made my regular scheduled payment via phone with the younger son Christian, however I explained to Christian that I would be coming by the store to get a detailed receipt showing my payout balance on each account, he assured me that was fine and hed print it out for me. When I arrived at the store Christian seemed to be upset because, I wanted a detailed receipt of each account showing an accurate payout balance, he gave me a credit card processing receipt of the credit card machine they use to take payments and tried to make me accept that as proper receipt. I told him NO I wanted a clear detailed payment receipt of each of my accounts, so then he prints me out a payment history on 1 of my items and tells me to ADD it all up and Ill get the sum I need. I told him NO that wasnt sufficient as it was not what I asked for and it was not a legitimate receipt showing that I paid on each of my accounts, he told me he would disburse the money later to each of my accounts, then started calling me names and yelling at me and told me he doesnt want me in his store again. I left and told him Id see them in court, once I left the Father Jan Arnett called me twice berating me over the phone telling me I better not ever talk to his son that way again. I was flabbergasted, I thought youve got to be kidding me. I told him you would actually call a customer to berate them and curse them out regarding your son, I told him that was highly unprofessional and inappropriate, he told he me was sending some guys to come and pick up my items, I told him sure go ahead Ill call the police when they arrive since, this would be harassment as Im not delinquent in my accounts and they arent welcome at my house since Im not welcome in your store and Ill be taking this matter to court first thing in the morning.

My experience at Zbest was absolutely wonderful..I would recommend this furniture store to anybody who is looking for great furniture and service. They even went beyond the means of making sure I was happy.I would definitely buy again from Zbest as much for the product quality as for the customer service!

Sold was reported to be a new stove to us. Instead it was a floor reject with numerous issues. Never offered a replacement. Much of their items second hand or factory rejects. Not worth your hard earned money to buy this junk.

Extremely overpriced furniture, they charged us excessively with fees and conned and scammed us for every dime they could, until we couldnt take anymore and gave the items back. I highly recommend anyone to look the other way and avoid this place its a serious buyer beware

Greatest customer service ever!! Plus the prices are pretty awesome too haha. We had accounts at Aarons, but the customer service mixed with high prices made us make the switch to Z-best (best decision ever). Maureen and Christian were very friendly and made us feel like family. They delivered a nicer living room, and better tv (its smart!) for a lower monthly price than before. We paid it off with the 4 month option and now are deciding on a new washer dryer set. If you go just tell them Crystal Baxter sent you !

The employees have no courtesy and poor communication within the office. They do no listen to what the customers want and are asking for. I felt like they were pushing me into getting something the day of when I went into the store. I informed the Assistant Manager when walking into the store I want a NEW couch and a NEW queen size mattress. In the store I was told by the Assistant Manager that both items were NEW, come day of delivery on my contract and the delivery man said the couch was USED and the bed was NEW....I was not happy at all. They also told me I HAD to pay the month upfront and said my next payment would be 30 days from then, but then they were harassing me in 2 weeks stating my payment was past due...I was and am still not happy with the services they have provided me. After only a month of having the furniture from them I decide that I no longer wanted to work with this company and asked them to come pick up their furniture. This is definitely not someone I would recommend to anyone looking to rent furniture!

Ive purchased several items from ZBest over the last 11 years since moving to Palm Coast. About 2 years ago, I hired an appliance repairman to look at my fridge. He said the compressor was gone and it wouldnt be worth fixing. Well...ZBest to the rescue! I called, told them what I wanted - a black, side by side, water on the door. They had one and it was delivered within 30 minutes! Just a few weeks ago my washing machine went. Once again, I called an appliance repair guy who said it was ready for the washing machine graveyard! I called ZBest once again and I just received delivery of a washing machine. For those of you out there that dont have the extra cash to spring for a brand new appliance, ZBest is the place to go! They also have awesome furniture and appliances, so I know exactly where to go next time I need something! Joe & Maureen are the best and are always there to lend a hand when I have questions. Their prices are extremely fair and they have great stuff in stock! I highly recommend ZBest!
