My husband and I stopped in for a bigger tire. Chris and Will where very helpful. Chris brought out the tire and when I was undecided he brought out another so that I could see what they looked like. We made an appointment and ran into another hurdle with tire on this truck which Will solved. We had stopped going to Discount at another location but with this experience we will continue.They went out of there way and took time to keep our business

From the time I walked in the door until my vehicle was ready the staff kept me well informed about my car. The young man that checked me in was super nice he knew I had to get back to work got me in and out. Way more friendly than the one in daytona.

I have been using Discount Tires for years! I Started in Chicago, now here in palm coast . I must say honestly the best service so far. I didnt think it would happen being new in town however Will one the managers there proved me wrong and treated me with the absolute best service . He went above and beyond ! Big shoutout to the guys at Palm Coast Discount Tire. They came to my rescue today when I discovered a slow leak in my tire caused by a big screw lodged in it. Even though they were really busy, they squeezed me in, put my spare tire on, and will repair the damaged tire on Monday. I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. They were friendly, courteous and professional. So rare these days to find such an awesome business.

All around a great experience. Car troubles and tire troubles is a life experience that is usually just plain frustrating. As a young woman it is not only frustrating but intimidating when addressing car issues. Keith helped me tremendously and was kind, informative and made the whole process actually easy. We have been coming to Discount Tire for years. I highly recommend them where ever you live. All of the ones we have been to are always great.

I made appointment online and was greeted immediately by AJ who was courteous and professional. They assessed my car and I had a consultation with manager Wesley. He explained in detail what was needed, warranties and cost. The work was completed in less than an hour. The whole team was awesome. The crew was smartly dressed, masked and polite. The facility was clean and socially distanced. Never going anywhere else!

As I sit in the store I am writing this review. I came in as a walk in today to get a job done. I was told 2 hours I should be out. I received a text saying that my arrival window was 1 hour later which I did not understand because I am sitting here now. Numerous people have walked in after me and they are being quoted 1 hour. They have come and gone. When I came in I spoke with “Will”. I also spoke with him before I left to let him know how disappointed I was with his customer service.

Definitely my go-to spot for tires as Ive been going to DT for roughly 20 years now. Used to work at DT in Ann Arbor while attending the University. So Im a little bias, but regardless I still keep coming and they still do great work.

Not one associate acknowledged or make you feel welcome. You got two people working the desk not one says hi or ask if they can assist you. Dont reccomend this place! This was the 1st time I step in this establishment and already felt uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Car dealership service advisors, especially in this region of Florida, could definitely learn a lot from Discount Tires staff. Considering I had already done my homework prior to my arrival, I was very pleased that the main rep I dealt with was on to top of his game. I came in with a nail in my tire. I started to get waited on, but the previous customer came back in and was displeased with the tire he received so I told him to handle it and I would wait to the side. He came back in and waited on 4 other people. So I got back in line to wait again because I didnt want other patrons to feel I was jumping the line. After they got my information for the second time they gave me a time it would be finished. They forgot about me again until I looked out the window and noticed my car hadnt even been moved and it was 5 minutes until it was supposed to be ready. The gentleman finally looks at my paperwork and gets my car started. I really appreciate the free repair but having waited 2 and a half hours was far too long.

Highly recommended! I am very cautious about where I take my Corvette for any kind of service and Discount Tire was most definitely the right call for a flat. The staff was courteous, personable, and professional, and they took very good care of my baby. They got me in even before my scheduled appointment and inspected all four tires. The tech extracted a 1-3/4 inch bolt from the right rear, plugged and patched it from the inside, and balanced it well within the time frame I was quoted. I cannot say enough about this shop, they were fantastic on all points!

I got my tires balanced and rotated pretty quick. They put black weights back on my black wheels.

Our tire pressure monitor system caught a tire with low pressure on our travel trailer and it was worn on inside. We called this Discount tire from the gas station 20 miles away. Wesley got us worked in for an appt right when we would arrive. Robert took care of us when we got there. All genuinely care for our vehicle and us. All very kind, professional and knew what they were doing with tires. We would definitely be back if we lived in the area and suggest anyone in this area use this discount tire for your tire needs.

On our way to Orlando and they got us in and out in less than 20 minutes. Wesley was helpful, fair, and worked quickly. Highly recommend!

Not sure if you can leave a review for a place that is too clean? Haha, it was refreshing to observe professionalism as each team member completed the amount of cars they had with so little people. But also in knowing they truly stand by their word with price matching. Even if they stand to take a hit, I felt like it wasnt just a one time sale. They were asking questions that I never knew were important in buying tires. The variety and knowledge they have is amazing. I see a lot of bad reviews but I have to give 5 stars on my experience. Was down for the 24 hours of Daytona and needed tires for my Suburban. They had the tires I wanted and was able to get me in quick. The team did a fantastic job and had me out in less than an hour.

Attendant Curtis was very attentive and polite. His examination found the problem and corrective action was taken. Appointment was made on line per his recommendation for complete repair. Very busy. Wait time to long for repairs 2 hours.

Just had tires changed here and was helped by the best guy ever. Jorge was a huge help, made the process quick easy and painless. He even hooked us up with the roadside hazard insurance on the new tires. This kind of customer service is why we keep coming back to discount tire.

Incredible. Cannot say enough about this place. I dealt with Andrew and talked a little bit with Wes, the manager. Both exceptionally personable guys. I stopped in for a tire repair....which they are doing for free. (Oh, and one of the guys I did not meet just asked me by name if I would like a water or coffee). All the people here are pros, spoke with one of the mechanics... knowledgeable and personable. They have all the proper equipment to handle my very large Porsche wheels. Im pretty picky when it comes to people working on my car, and thats why Ill be back to this place when I buy new tires....which wont be long. Outstanding warranty for new tires.

Absolutely the best tire experience I’ve ever had! I arrived early for my appointment and as soon as I walked in I was helped. The worker went out to inspect my tires. He came back and let me know everything he found. Then my car was taken into the bay and I was out in a max of 20 minutes. While I was waiting, I heard a different worker talking to a customer and the worker recommended tires that were not only better quality than the customer was expecting but also cheaper. This place really wants what is best for the customer, not what will be most profitable. When the mechanic came to hand me my keys, he told me that future air checks and tire rotations will be free! Which I love because I drive a lot and that will save me a bunch of money. The workers were all smiles and help. This is definitely my go to tire place from now on.

He made me wish I had a local business so I could hire him myself! He was sharp, witty, kind, efficient, and knows how to treat people. We were on our way back home from our road trip when the car started to shake violently on the freeway. Rather than risking we started to look for a local car repair, but We got turned away at the first two car shops because it was nearing the end of the work day. We are so glad that by chance we made the stop at Discount Tire and Robert M. helped us. He quickly diagnosed the issue. One of the front tires was separating and was ready to blow, and another was about to do the same. He set us up with the right set and everything was professionally installed by Kyle. Because of Robert and Kyle we didnt have to spend the night in a hotel. These guys went the extra mile to stay past close to help us. You guys made our day! Thank you!

I called 15 minutes before closing needing tires as soon as possible and they offered to do it right then even though they were about to close. Fantastic customer service from AJ at the front desk and very fast service. Prices were great and comes with a great warranty package. Could not be happier with my experience, truly a top notch facility.

We were driving to New Jersey and tire pressure light went on. Luckily Discount Tire was at the next exit. They assessed the tire and had us back on the road at no cost since they were able to fix the tire. We were shocked and very appreciative. All of the staff were extremely friendly. The desk staff and the shop staff all personally thanked us and wished us well on our journey. If we were local we would definitely patronize Discount Tire. Truly exceptional service. Thank you.
