Billy went above an beyond to find a product that fit my needs! He wasn’t sure if the oil cap would fit so he let me try it on my car real quick and luckily it was a perfect fit! This store holds a policy of keeping the restrooms locked to the public. Its not allowed in Florida. So maybe people will back me up in expecting at least paying customers for use.

Overall good experience. Didnt have the part I needed in stock but was able to get it later that same day. A little disappointed in the staffing levels as there was only 1 person working the counter with 5 people waiting in line.

Order a part that was supposed to take 5 days went there on the 5th day they said the part didnt come in but actually lied because the wrong part came in they just didnt want to admit it. So they told us the part would be in definitely the next day. I called the next day and was told it did not come in yet. Half hour later we get a call saying that it did come in, But it was the wrong part. And now theyre saying its going to be another 2 days before the part comes in. This place is a joke!!! Go through Amazon is cheaper and faster! These clowns have no clue what they are doing here!!!!

This has been my go to spot over the years and they have always had what I needed. Staff has always been polite, friendly, helpful, and non-chauvinistic.

Auto Zone definitely has better selection tool-wise, but SOME of the employees here are really knowledgeable and helpful...others not so much. Good pricing and quick ordering for non in-stock parts. Would recommend if youre stuck in PC . For lack of names, look for/deal with guy with tats and beard, and younger guy with glasses, both very helpful. Old man with gray hair and glasses is an ass.

Staff was inattentive and didnt understand that a glove box latch was different from dome light cover. On another visit I ordered parts and was told they would arrive at 2pm that same day. When I went to get the parts I was told it was 2pm the following day. My truck was in the shop waiting those parts so I ended up paying extra because the person put the order in for the next day. Unless they change tremendously I will be going anywhere except there.

We were head out of town when our battery light came on 30 minutes before this store was closing. Chase W. was so incredibly kind and knowledgable. He helped us with the best customer service I have ever received! His compassion for the tough spot we found ourselves in was something I will never forget. You should do ANYTHING you can as a company to keep him, he is truly an invaluable asset. I hope one day I can be the relief he was to us. Thank you Chase! Genuinely, thank you!

The staff was awesome. One associate was handling a loud customer with the utmost respect trying to make them happy. Not sure if he succeeded.I was looking for a power steering return hose which happened to be out if stock but one of the associates figured out how to help me and my power steering got fixed.

Going to Advance Auto and ask them for what you need. Then go online or download the app and get 20 to 25% off your order. They seem to focus in on the customer in front of them and make me feel like Im the only person in the store. I love the Specialized Service I get there

Went in for an oil and oil filter sale for my truck. The guys there are super helpful and informative. They had me in and out fast.

Had battery load tested for free and it showed 1/2 the ccas needed. Gentleman working with Marie helped me reselect matching wiper blades and he installed the new battery quickly & neatly all the while in a very positive and friendly attitude. EXCELLENT SERVICE 👍👍👍

There is not too many people places that know there vehicles parts. There very knowledgeable and if they dont know they will find out for you. If what your looking for is not in the store or in stock they will order it for you and if they dont carry it they will probably let you know were to find it.

Advanced has a good selection of whatever you need for your car. It is displayed well but, like every other car parts store in the world, it takes forever to pay for your goods and get out of the place. And frankly, if Walmart has the same product you will definitely save some money by skipping Advance.

This review is late by 2 weeks which goes to show you how upset it made me in some aspect. I arrived at advanced auto one morning because I knew they lent out tools, which i needed tools to take my battery out which my friends car died in a parking lot. The General Manager said I could borrow whatever I needed which was a relief because I wasnt sure if they still lent out tools. I got the battery out and had them charge it.. it turned out to be a unstable battery. I come back to purchase the new battery and this Pagan Women is ringing people out which ( i say pagan because she had pagan earrings and necklace) This is a place of business women no need for all that nonsense.. Anyways. She was super rude and very unprofessional compared to my encounter with the General Manager and we almost didnt buy our battery there (150$) because of her attitude and she really didnt wanna let me re borrow the tools to put the new battery in. I was gonna give 3 stars because of the GM but after typing.. 2 Stars. I will only come back if I deal with someone else besides the Pagan Women.

Good customer service, been here a couple times recently. They got me a good deal on brakes and they will run a diagnostic test for you for free.

I can summarize my experience with this store in two words............absolutely horrible. I went online to order parts for in store pickup as I always do for what should be ease and convenience. They advertise that your order will be ready for pickup in 30 minutes. I ordered my parts and arrived at the store 2 and a half hours later to pick up the parts. Low and behold no one has pulled the parts off the shelf yet. The girl goes to pull them and next thing I know a guy is coming to the counter to tell me they dont even have them. Bear in mind it stated online they were in-stock and I had already paid for them. They had more then the advertised time and way more then ample time to discover they didnt actually have them and call me to let me know. When I asked the manager (or thats what he claimed he was and claimed the store manager was not there) why this took place he could only reply with uhhh and I dont know, its not my fault. Low and behold the store manager was actually there too and wasnt any help either. All they would do is order it for the next day. Not helpful at all when you have to work the next day then leave for a 600 mile trip. After calling corporate and being on the phone for 45 minutes I have to go to another store and get the parts. I strongly suggest avoiding them at all cost because this is not the first time this has happened to me with this store. You would think I would have learned after the first time but instead decided to give them another try just for it to come back and bite me in the tail. Shop there at your own risk.

Went in to get the codes checked. Nice gentlemen behind the counter saw me out rather quickly and checked the codes. He attempted to give me as much information on the problem as he could.

Came in to the store to ask some questions about recharging my AC and see what products they had available. I was helped by two staff members (Mike and Oscar), both of which were courteous, professional, and fully knowledgeable. Good experience overall

There great on having parts that you need but it would be nice if employees were knowledgeable about cars. They need to hire mechanics that can really help a customer and not really on Google for the answer

Pretty pricey. Paid over $200.00 for a 3 year battery that Walmart had $100.00 cheaper but was a 5 year. Explains why Walmart was out of stock but they werent.

I am a 51 year old working professional and walked into this store at 8:55 pm on 8-26-16. There was a customer at the register and two employees behind the counter. I walked right in front of the employees and to the aisle with oil products. As I picked up a item to carry to the register an employee (older guy) walked up to me and told me the store is closed, you need to leave. I was stunned by the abruptness and rudeness. I stated to him that I didnt realize the store was closed and that no one said anything upon my entering the store and walking by the register. I was about to put the item down and leave however another employee Zac advised me that he would ring me up. Zac was extremely friendly, helpful, and answered my questions. All of this only took an additional 3 minutes and I was out of the store. The lady that I entered the store with was so offended by the older first employees rudeness that she confronted him and told him that he was rude. He did not care and was further rude.I intend to write a letter to the corporate office regarding the rude employees conduct. Zac should be promoted to general manager and the employee should be fired.

Love the staff here. Its nice to find automotive help with a smile.
