Purchased a car from here about 3 months ago. Had some issues with one of the tires. The tire was punctured by two screws so the pressure was dropping slowly. I told the salesman that sold me the car, Scott. He had me come back in another day and they sorted everything out free of charge since I drove it off the lot like that. Theyve been very kind and keen to help me with anything I need. They have some domestic vehicles as well, not only imports. After buying my car, Ive had no problems with my car and I also have lifetime free oil changes and free car washes. Great deal if you live nearby.

EDIT: Changing my previous negative review. I bought a VW from this dealer that ended up having some serious mechanical issues. At the time I blamed the dealer for not having noted these issues, which lead to some serious repair costs for me. After further research Ive found that the issue is a recurrent problem on this particular model of car, and a problem that could not be reasonably expected to be detected by a used dealer - even the certified VW mechanic didnt have a good answer. Im therefore changing my review to reflect my buying experience with Palm Coast Auto with this in mind. Im honestly sorry to Palm Coast Auto for having left a negative review up for as long as I did - in the end they didnt really do anything wrong.Long story short, the actual buying experience with these guys was excellent. Everybody I dealt with was super friendly, and they never applied the sort of pressure youre used to dealing with when it comes to used car dealers. It was a pleasant and easy-going experience. They were also great about staying in touch with me ahead of the purchase and checking in with me afterwards. Just excellent with communication in general. It was all pretty painless, and they did sell me the car for about $3-4k less than I would have paid elsewhere. They also offer free car washes and oil changes for the life of the car, which is pretty awesome.

I swear by Tom Gibbs Chevrolet, Ive bought 2 very reliable and wonderful vehicles, service has never been a problem on any of the many many vehicles Ive brought there and still do as a matter of fact, just called to schedule an appointment the other day😡 And am sickened over the phone call I just got asking how they can better serve me due to the recent comment I left, I log on to see that? No sir not I, i would never write a post like that against Tom Gibbs, they are straight forward ( and Ive worked at dealerships I know how they can be) but not these folks! They treat you like family and never have swayed from doing so! Again my first and only choice is Tom Gibbs Chevrolet for sales, which is going to be soon again lol, service and advice!
