I am really disappointed to write this review but I feel people need to be awareThe sales woman I had was very polite and attentive to making sure we knew everything about the bed and warranty. The mattress deliver was excellent. and we do really like the mattresses. However they were extremely pricey and did not want to take 10k out of my investments right now so they conveniently offered me no interest finance.That was easy no issue, I could do that and not lose investment opportunities.What they didn’t tell me was it was going on a credit card at 110% of the approved amount.I had excellent credit, which is important to me since I own a business, and the impact the charge made on my credit score dropped it over 90 points!Store financing doesn’t impact the credit score in that way.Had I known this was a credit card I would never have made the purchase ( at least not yet) but now I am forced to either pay it all off or suffer a low credit score! Really poor disclosure something I would never do to my customers.

Had a great experience. Hamza was very helpful very knowledgeable. He stayed within our price range and never try to haggle us. He’s a great asset to the company. I went in to the Palm Coast Location just to look and price out a new bed. The salesman Nick was absolutely amazing very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. He was so good that I made bought a bed. He was able to set up everything I needed including having it delivered on the day I needed it done. Nick at Mattress Firm in Palm Coast was pleasant and knowledgeable and helped us select the bed that we felt would be best for us. There was a good selection of mattresses and price points, and even though all the mattresses were on sale, Nick gave us additional discounts on the package we chose. The company also has a 120 day trial on the Mattress you purchase in case you’re not happy with it. We did not feel at all pressured into buying anything. Financing right now is interest free payments for at least three years, making it possible to pick a good quality mattress. We would definitely recommend Mattress Firm to our friends and family.

Finally a company that truly cares about their customers! To start, I had a great experience with Lou when picking out my mattress. However, the day before delivery I received a call that my bed would not arrive for an additional 9 days. This was unacceptable as I was promised a specific day it would be delivered or I was going to be sleeping on the floor otherwise. After complaining and speaking with the Area Manager, Nick, he gave me an upgrade and was able to ship my bed the next day with no additional cost. Bart delivered the mattress and was very professional and efficient! Two thumbs up to this Mattress Firm location.

Called to get a low profile box spring because my husband is Ill n cant get into our bed with high mattress. Lou was very helpful and scheduled delivery within a few days.

We went to the Mattress Firm closest to our house to “just look” at their selection of mattresses.Steve Vincent was the salesman that night and he was excellent help. Directed us to the type of mattress we were interested in and was very knowledgeable about them. He wasn’t pushy, just let us look around and answered all of our questions. We left to go get something to eat and discuss what we saw. We decided to go back and purchase one that we liked. We walked in 5 minutes before closing but Steve had no problem staying late and answering more questions and filling out the paperwork for our purchase! It was a great “no pressure” deal.

Nick was fantastic! I overheard him helping another couple ahead of me.. He was so personable and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all their questions without hesitation and helped get the best things for their needs. When he finished up with the other customers he had already noticed what I was looking for. And helped recommend a mattress for myself (as my main goal was finding a mattress for my dad). He was able to answer all of my questions about the mattress and special financing through Mattress Firm. My partner and I decided to go into Mattress Firm in Palm Coast this morning as we wanted to give our business to a local store. Upon entering the store we were welcomed by a woman who first stated I knew when we ordered food someone would come in. Then the salesperson proceeded to follow me around the store and proceeded to tell me We have a process here and I can help you after I told her twice that I just wanted to look. We were never given the opportunity to just look. So we began asking questions and she (Lou Simms) shrugged her shoulders and huffed every single time we asked questions. She was short and extremely unprofessional the whole time. Her co worker tried several times to answer all of the questions that she couldnt but in our opinion she was rude to him. We would have absolutely bought the mattress that we loved on the spot but we decided to leave and discuss it. Once we left we had another question and contacted the store. Ms. Simms answered and acted aggravated that we called. I am 49 years old and HAVE NEVER experienced a more unprofessional and rude salesperson. We did end the day with purchasing the mattress but not at this store. As much as I am a supportive of our local businesses I just couldnt give my business to her.

Was quick and easy although delivery of new bed will take about three weeks. I was disappointed in this and no way apparently to get it sooner since it is more for medical reasons. Oh well!

Best experience my family has ever had in a mattress store by far!!! Normally I really hate going in stores and buying things that I know little about but Nick R. And his associates made the process of getting my daughter a new mattress. They by far give me the best price imaginable, and I am one of those guys who is always on his phone trying to find the best deal. They actually went out of their way to help out our family. I would give a negative star if possible. DO NOT BUY HERE. We bought 4 king size mattresses, missed first delivery date of 3/8, said would have mattresses to us on 3/11 even if they had to deliver substitute and deliver ours at a later date. I call at 4:15 on 3/11 to find out where delivery is and am told oh sorry not coming until Sunday now. New house and even left an extra week of buffer for mattresses, now sleeping on the floor. Offered me 2 pillows for screw up, can’t make this up. Told I can call back on Saturday to talk to area manager. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Still giving a 5 star review even though we were unable to get our mattress due to production issues. Our salesperson Steve was fantastic from the beginning process of helping us select a mattress we liked to working to find us possible solutions and a replacement mattress after two previous delivery delays and our order was then being delayed until at least November. Although ultimately we were unable to find a replacement that we liked in store and have elected to shop elsewhere in the near future for a mattress, I would highly suggest for you to check out this mattress firm location and work with Steve because he truly cares about his customers and will do whatever it takes for you if issues arise

Called in to ask question about a mattress i purchased through this company online and because I did not buy in store the guy refuse to help me. I initially tried to purchase through the store days prior but the store did not have so i had no choice but to go online. I literally just wanted to know something very simple and he just kept cutting me off saying online. I planned on purchasing a brand new adjustable and mattress for my mother in store next week, that she seen today that is un store. I think I will go elsewhere so thank you Mattress Firm, very much. Over several visits to this store Nick has been extremely helpful in answering all my questions and explaining to me the various options I have for purchasing a bed. (On one day when he was not in the store, his colleague Malcolm was also very helpful). I ended up with a far better bed than I intended to buy, and at a great price! I expect to have it delivered soon, but the buying experience here was terrific!

The mattress will be here in a few day, but the customer service was exceptional! The salesman Malcolm seemed to know every detail about each mattress and how to get the best finance option. He was able to answer each question or concern I had. He wasn’t overbearing or pushy which I really appreciate. Finding the right mattress was surprisingly easy.

Best experience in mattress shopping ever! Malcolm, the salesperson, was so helpful in assisting us to find exactly the mattress we were looking for and in our price range. We were lucky enough to get next day delivery. And that process could not have been better! We received a text the night before with a 2 hour window for delivery. On delivery day, I was able to track the delivery trucks progress on line and received a call informing me when they were 15 minutes away. The delivery guys (Fredrick and Mack) were very professional and had our old mattress out of the way and the new one in in just a matter of minutes. I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm.
