We had quartz installed in our brand new kitchen, we really went to every local place in town and found that Architectural had the best slab choices. We were super pleased with the turn around time as well! When it was all said and done I sure am glad we chose them. The installers were blatantly meticulous and the counter looks absolutely beautiful, initially the seam was of concern to my husband and I but it is as close to perfect as you can possibly get - nearly unnoticed. Manny, our installer, was fantastic. Sebastian was very professional throughout the whole project and you can tell he cares a lot about his business we would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Highly recommend Architectural Granite. A few weeks ago they installed quartzite countertops in our kitchen. Not only are they extremely competitive in their pricing but other fabricators told us we would need to have a seam. Architectural completed the project with no seams!! Everyone was extremely courteous and professional throughout the entire process. I cant believe how amazing these came out. The design of how they cut the slabs is just perfection. Very pleased with our experience with them.

I recently finished a kitchen makeover with the staff of Architectural Granite, and I couldn’t be more pleased. I searched many granite vendors in Jacksonville and could not find a stone as uniquely beautiful as the one at this shop. The stone was cut to my specific request, and the fabricator was able to salvage enough remnants for two other projects! Thank you to Barb, Sebastian, and the entire professional staff.

Architectural Granite did a great job of installing and helping us pick out a hard marble top for our kitchen counter. We picked fantasy brown but it was a little too dark so we went with fantasy white which is lighter and has all the marble grain in it. Barbra showed it to us on the computer and we took it. The final results were just like the picture. The prices were a few hundred dollars less than 4 other stores we shopped at also. We took a new under sink with the granite and I opted to do the plumbing myself. Note: they have new flexible plumbing materials now, so it makes it a lot easier to do. Loved visiting them! Barbara is so knowledgeable and helpful. She knows so much! They have so many samples and we finally made some decisions after being able to see them larger. We look forward to working with them soon!

It was such a pleasure to work with Architectural Granite. Barb was amazing with her skills on the computer on how to design our project and her personality was a plus. She and Sebastian were professional and knowledgeable. The staff who did the work were all qualified and cleaned up after the work was done, from cutting down the bar portion to installation.

I rely heavily on reviews when working with companies and this kitchen renovation was no different. I had searched several companies and found a quartz counter I liked, however the follow up and communication with the other company was poor. I contacted Barbara and she was pleasant, very helpful, was able to find the quartz I liked and order it for me. Unfortunately this was about the only positive thing to occur. Once ordered and deposit put down, communication was difficult, both by phone and email, scheduling was difficult. I was originally told my bar area could not be done with the amount of quartz we ordered, then a few days before they were scheduled to install Barbara called to say it could be done, they measured wrong...ok great, I was happy it could be done. Barbara was made aware from the start we had other work being done in the kitchen and the guys doing the backsplash were already scheduled. Luckily I had built in a buffer of a few days between the two work crews. I suggested they could come back to do the bar area but was told no they wanted to do it all at once.... fine.Install took 3 days!!! What was supposed to only take one. They cut the counter too short in 2 different places, they took them back to the shop to try to fix but we were ultimately left with very noticeable seams on the counters and bar, a much larger caulking line between the counter and wall. The cut out for the stove was larger than originally planned.The owner did come out and buff the seams as much as he could but its still there.He was very apologetic about the entire situation.This renovation took us several months, starting over finding new counters and arranging for new backsplash and installing both is not something we want to do again and unfortunately thats the only option Barbara had...... of course the quartz picked is no longer in stock so in this case it would literally be starting over.Unfortunately our current and future projects will not involve Architectural Granite.

Architectural Granite did a wonderful job on my Kitchen and Bath project. They do the barely visible seams which you have to specifically ask other fabricators if they do, a lot of them do not give you a clear answer. They are reasonably priced and Barbara was very helpful in the planning stages to make sure I received the right size slabs to prevent multiple seams. Tomas also went well and beyond to help finalize my install. My wifes favorite place to hang out now is the kitchen!

I went today to look at quartz samples for a house Im building out of state. Barb was very helpful and spent some time with me looking at my choices even though she knew I wouldnt be using them. If and when I change the countertops for my house in the Hammock I will use them.

Tremendous experience. The shop was always accommodating despite their workload. Their selection is vast. Most importantly, the products that were installed in our newly constructed home was completed professionally and flawlessly as though the countertops were showroom pieces. Barbara has infectious enthusiasm for assisting customers in finding the right choice in addition to having a tasteful eye; she is unflappable and is one of the primary reasons for their success. Although the shop was one of our builders installers, I still wouldnt go anywhere else for future work.

We are VERY happy with our granite countertops from Architectural Granite! We started with talking to Barb who was informative and no pressure - and she let us take home samples of quartz and granite to help us decide what would work best for us. Guido came out and measured for a template, and made suggestions that were very helpful. The crew who arrived on time had to tear out our old Formica, and they were very conscientious about keeping our kitchen clean. Our new granite was installed the same day and the crew cleaned up everything completely. We were especially happy with the caulking job - very professional! We purchased a stainless steel sink from Architectural Granite also - the quality is exceptional! We can’t say enough about how happy we are with our new granite countertops!

We stumbled upon Architectural Granite by accident, and I am so glad we found them. Although we had a couple scheduling hiccups, I would absolutely recommend them. Our counter tops are beautiful! We met with Sebastian, and he offered decorating suggestions without pressure. Barbara helped us choose a beautiful sink that matches out decor perfectly, and she was helpful every time we called with questions about our installation. The installers were professional, personable and accommodating. They are 100% about customer satisfaction!

Came here twice, both times I had to wait over 20 minutes for service. Barbara, the manager, kept telling me to wait and wait and once she had time to speak with me, she rushed me out the door because she was busy. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would recommend going to Stoneworld in Jacksonville. It is a little bit of a drive but 10x better than this place and the service was excelled at Stoneworld. I hope this is helpful!!!

We have been installing kitchens for years here in Flagler County and Architectural Granite always comes through for us. Overall, this was a below average project. However, I will give a positive rating for the owner, Sebastian, who did try to make things right after some major problems with scheduling, poor customer service and treatment from the office coordinator, not giving us the slab of granite we picked out and paid for at their slab yard, and a very poor install. I am grateful that he tried to make it right once he got involved. Make sure you request Thomas for your install. He knows his stuff and can explain things patiently and calmly. Unfortunately, he did not do the initial install for us, only the second part of trying to fix the problems of the first day install. I very rarely write poor reviews because I do my homework ahead of time and normally write wonderful, positive reviews. But in this case, I can not.

Look no further if you want a RED CARPET experience from start to finish!Like you reading...I knew I wanted new countertops but didnt know what to do next. So I set out on the journey. I googled and found Architectural Granite, Inc. and others. As I shopped around, I knew when I met Barb I wasnt going any further. She took the time to explain the whole process and had a positive upbeat attitude. She really did want to earn by business and that she did. As I met with her I saw her get interrupted several times with delivers and phone calls (small business stuff) but never did I feel in the way like at other places. I quickly fell in love with a quartzite and am still in love with it today :) As she termed...I felt the sparkle. Next was templating and thats when I met the owner. He was a kind man that seamed to rely heavily on his team. If he trusted them I knew I would! Then as we all know life happens...a couple problems did arise. Scheduling didnt line up for them or I but they were quick to make accommodations. My sink came in but I didnt like it so they let me return it and select another one! Fianlly, the day of installation came and the crew was very professional,polite and clean. I was very impressed!I just wanted to share my experience because I know how this company handled me from start to finish, RED CARPET STYLE! Thank you Barb, Sebastian, Fabrication Team and Crew!
