Went to Palm Coast store, and David was extremely helpful... I was impressed.
I had a warranty issue with my phone, I spent hours on the phone with customer service, online and with the warranty company, none of which could resolve the issue with my replacement phone. After 30 seconds on the phone with Emily she said come on down and she will take care of that issue for me free of charge. She had my issue figured out in under a minute and fixed in less than 5 minutes. She is a very friendly, knowledgeable young woman. Emily is an exemplary technical representative for Boost mobile. She saved 3 customers from leaving Boost which no online or on phone representative could or would do. Thank you Emily!!!

KENNY WAS THE MOST HELPLESS MAN IVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH. I was sold a phone????? And I dropped it and the QUALITY of the phone caused it to Crack when I Dropped the Phone????? Thanks to Kenny I dropped my phone and it cracked when I dropped my phone??? I went into buy a nother phone and Kenny was great! He sold me a phone that I bought but it was full of fire ants and Im allergic.
Marlin was amazing, he helped me out into a new Stylo 6 with a case and screen protector. I ended up only paying 124.98 out the door (for a phone valued at 200+ dollars) and a case and screen protector as well as the price for my monthly plan! (50 dollars). Definitely go see him if you need assistance.

Bought a hot spot the day before they closed for a week due to coronavirus. It DID NOT WORK and so when I went in 8 days later (when they finally opened back up) THEY SAIDGET READY.....“You are past the seven day return period”This place is such a disgrace. I went with spectrum and still have that piece of $120 garbage sitting in my living room.I will be taking them to court to recover the fees
Boost Mobile is a great company and I’ve been a loyal customer for nine years. This particular location, however, is very unprofessional and doesn’t seem to follow the same standard procedures as any other Boost Mobile I’ve visited. I was interested in Boosting Up and the employee yesterday couldn’t help me with ordering the phone I was interested in. He asked me to return tomorrow (today) when an employee who handles online orders would be available. I agreed and went on my way. I came at 12:38 today because the store opens at 12 and walked up to a locked door without any employees in sight. I knocked and received nothing. I knocked once more and waited to be greeted by an employee who looked at me and instead of greeting me with a hello and an apology for the inconvenience, looked at me in an ill manner and asked if I “banged on the door”. I, confused, replied with a “no, I simply knocked. The sign says your store is open so why did I even have to knock in the first place?” The employee unwillingly let me in, was very short in replying to my questions and was clearly annoyed. I will never visit this location again. This is the third straight visit I’ve left disappointed and empty handed. I will, unfortunately, have to make a commute to the next closest store, which is located in the next town over. The customer service here is an absolute disgrace and the employees are in no way knowledgeable about their own products. I will be reaching out to the corporate office because this store seems to always operate on their own agenda. Went in for iPhone I am had high risk to catch cov 19 the guy in store had no mask wanted to buy an app iphone I asked the guy very politely if he can put his mask on so I can bring my family in he said he said I had one in the back but Im not going to put it on I dont have to put it on so I said could you please do so I like to buy a phone the man said no I dont have to put it on I want more than more than once so we left hardcore stop by on the way out to thank him because I found a phone cheaper elsewhere with another Boost Mobile what an idiot
The absolute best boost store Ive been to. Store manager Corrine and her associates were very knowledgeable, upbeat, and fun to work with. They found a solution to my situation quickly and had me on my way before I knew it. I recommend this store and Boost Mobile to everyone. Great experience.
I highly recommend the Boost Mobile store in Palm Coast if you are looking for a cell phone provider. The customer service is exceptional. Jessica answered all of my questions, she was patient and was really concerned that I would get exactly what I needed. I have not received customer service like this in a very long time. Wow ! Went in there for a phone because my service was not working whatsoever, couldnt even send Imessages. Briana was the only one in store, had 3 other customers and managed to get us all out at the same time. She was very knowledgeable and was able to get my phone working in better condition it was previously! Will definitely be going to her more.

Outstanding customer service. To be honest, most of the prepaid phone service companies hire some of the biggest dead beats customer service reps ever! this store however, has made it a point to give you the best customer experience. I went in there not knowing what was wrong with my iPhone, left with a completely fixed iPhone, extremely great quality cases, and outstanding coverage all for an incredibly reasonable price.
Came in to switch from cricket and was greeted by a very friendly staff. I dont know much about phones, and I was past due for an upgrade on my iPhone 5. My sales rep was very informative, not only was I sold on my new service and iPhone 6, but she showed me some new ways to use my phone. I purchased an iPhone for only $99, and I am saving money on my monthly bill too. Overall a wonderful experience. I am so happy. :)
My family just switched over our lines to boost and added another line for one of my kids. We got an awesome deal and EXCELLENT customer service!! Tiana waited on us primarily, and was sweet, professional, worked so hard, starting up 4 phones all at once...never met anyone so helpful!! I hesitated for a long time to make the switch to boost Mobile but after many lost calls with metro I finally had enough and came into this location. Jessica was very prompt into welcoming me to Boost Mobile and was able to answer all of my questions and put all hessitation aside. She was very efficient switching all my information into my new phone. She also made sure that all of my questions were answered and reassured me if I had any other questions to come in or give her a call. Im over the moon excited with my new phone and the amazing service boost offers.
Bought a brand new phone Wed and had multiple issues with it. After several resets it did not solve the problem. Took the phone back today (12-22-18) 3 days after purchase with all documentation. Store did not want to honor a return and tried to charge a 35.00 restock fee. Once a return was involved staff was very disinterested in helping and finding a resolution. More interested in helping the new customers in the store.
The store manager Philip didnt have any iPhones in that particular store and he seen I had my 5 month old baby and said he would grab the phones at the other store location for me instead. He came back and offered me a cold bottle water while I waited for them to set up my family plan account. Even gave up his own chair. I was so impressed! I highly recommend anyone to go to this store for awesome customer service!!

I love Boost Mobile. I had other discount cellphone carriers (Cricket, MetroPCS, and SmartTalk), but this has been the best the service and Im sending my mom over to the store in Palm Coast. I live in Sultan WA northeast of Seattle. The store here in Everett has great customer service as well... I assume from coast to coast that Boost mobile is a great cellphone carrier.

I have been a customer with Boost & Samsung for 12yrs, my 5 month old phone is defective, clients can not hear me talking. Im still paying Boost for the phone. While Boost and Samsung both agree it ia defective both thinks the other should replace it so neither will. Both want me to send my BUSINESS PHONE to them mean while Im with NO PHONE WHILE THEY REPAIR IT. 2 HUGE COMPANIES TREAT CUSTOMERS THIS WAY. Boost you and Samsung both suck.
I was very pleased with my experience at this location Briana did an amazing job. She was patient was full of knowledge about all of the products in the store answered all of my questions and I had many ☺️ I went to a Boost store in Bunnell first cuz they had the model I wanted but the person working there was just rude I ended up walking out and going straight to this location because I knew Briana was going to be there and she wasn’t going to let me walk out unhappy and without a problem phone. I was also there a few days before with my friend and he had some annoying issue with his phone and she fixed it with no problem. She was not getting frustrated and she was happy to do it and during the whole time she was talking to us and answering questions in a very nice and professional manner. She was fully informed on everything and was very pleasant to deal with. I’m very happy with the phone I have now and would recommend to go to this location for Everyone in the palm coast area and especially if You are in Bunnell area cuz don’t count on good customer service in Bunnell. It was day and night the difference between Bunnell store and disc Palm Coast location. Thank you Briana you did an amazing job and I appreciate everything you did for me and your patience.

Came in to pay my phone bill. They tried to charge me 20 dollars more than owed. They didnt know the total amount owed.. tried to charge me a 3 dollar fee that Ive never had to pay before.. Told them nevermind I just pay it online. As I has leaving the guy yelled You still have to pay the fee. Seriously thinking of switching service now.. 0 stars

Signed up for my wife and I on 11/4/18. Jessica and Kieshawn assisted me. I was somewhat limited for time and Jessica made everything work out smoothly. She was very effective at her transfer of data from old phones to new, as well as setting up the account. She even transferred the info from my old flip phone manually. Jessica was very courteous and helpful and made a process which I put off for a long time, effortless.After a few days while going to the grocery store next door, I stopped into Boost to thank Jessica and Kieshawn again for how well they handles the entire process. I then asked Kieshawn a question about some difficulty I was having with the GPS app. She went out of her way to get GPS up and running, which was greatly needed during a recent trip to TX. Finally, on 11/12/18, I called to set up Auto Payment and was assisted by Tiana. She also couldnt have been more friendly and helpful.Overall, a very positive experience thus far with Boost .
Stephen was able to answer all my questions about my new device and transferred all my information to my new phone !! He was so friendly and made me feel at ease. Thank you Steve and boost mobile!!!

They were very friendly at first until I wanted to return the phone. I have been with Boost for over 2 years. I can t understand why I was treated so poorly. Perhaps because I have an odd name and I look hispanic. I say this because when I was at the store they bent over backwards for another customer who had shattered her phone after a few days of purchase. The employee that helped me that day was new. He confused me on the prices between an upgrade and a boost up. When the transaction went thru and I saw my receipt I got upset. I wanted to return the phone but the Mgr Corrine told me it was not returnable on a boost up. I called customer care center and was told it was returnable within 7 days. Corrine told me to hold off. Rather then returning the phone she would try to get me a store credit with the owners appraval. I waited but never heard back from Corrine or staff. I called the store many times and personally went to the store 4x trying to get this resolved. Corrine tried to put the entire blame on me for not understanding. She watched it on the video from the security camera defending the employee that he explained it to me correctly. On the last day before the 7 day return policy expired I called boost care center who called the store before I got any action. Instead of an appology I got slammed with $40 of fees that the store refused to refund me even though I feel this was no fault of mine. I am dropping Boost and I am going with another service.
