I came in with a phone that wasnt receiving calls or making outbound calls Logan did everything he could to fix this problem. When it came to buying a new phone. Logan fully explained the different phones to me. He gave me his honest opinion on witch phone would fit me best. Explained everything about the phone to me and in full the new payment plan to me. I would highly recommend coming to Logan he made me feel at ease . He talked to me the way a friend would talk to a friend. I have top marks for Logan. He is a asset to Verizon.

Sean Miron did a great job of assisting us with our new phones and making sure that all apps and data transferred over from our old phones before turning them in. Sean is very personable and knowledgeable and we would highly recommend him.

My satisfaction was a top priority for our sales associate Seth Parra. He took the time to explain all important features of the phones, the warranties and then transferred all my info from my old hone to the new one. He made sure we left the store completely satisfied.

Wife & I upgraded to the Iphone 13 Pro Max just a week ago. We declined all protection plans, cases, screen protectors etc. Yet upon checking our next months bill (as we were buying my mom a new phone) we noticed they added a protection plan for EACH of my three phones. Including a very very old iphone 7 we never even discussed with them. Honestly had no idea protection plans could be added on such an old model....lol....Already talking to Verizon on this matter as this store is not a corp store. It is a Cellular Sales one.It seems as though they added these protection plans to gain commission by fraud. The store has given me all my electronic paperwork and it shows I declined a protection plan both times. It shows it was also added to my account that day.Really disappointing. Thankful we checked our next monthly bill a week after we left the store..

Staff was very polite. Great interaction with customers. However, the music will put you to sleep. Store was super clean and organized. Great group of gentlemen! Funny as well! I will definitely return there if I need something.

I walked in the store with a defeated attitude knowing I would have a big expense before leaving. I worked with a great guy up at the Ormond Beach store.... he had me come to this store to pick up something. They were very friendly at this palm coast location as well. Very nice big store with a lot of toys for my phone. They seem to be keep it clean between customers as well. Saw them wiping down the doors when I arrived. Went in for a new Galaxy s21 because Verizon was running a great promo. Immediately the rep said the phone was trash and I should go LG... um ok your opinion is fine but I know what I want and to me suggesting an LG over a Samsung is like a Kia over a BMW. Anyway go with the Galaxy and dude tells me that there isnt a promo on them.... long story short took a trip to the verizon store down the road on rt.100 and they took great care of me, got the promo in (after this store saying it wouldnt happen) and I got my new Samsung today! Id suggest looking elsewhere for your wireless needs. Unless you want an LG go here so they can get their kick back...edit: changing from 1 to 3 did follow up with a call and vm idk if it was before or after review but if after it took some balls and if not whatever. want to add that the guy helping was friendly thru out and informative on deals for the lg models

Nice clean, simple, and great variety. I appreciate simplicity with power. Thats what this store shows me, other than a few items being out of stock that I would have looked at, I like this place. It has a selection of apple phones with accessories and such, and a lerge selection of android phones, including: samsung, lg, motorola. It also has PIXEL phones. And it has a few watches from both android and Iphone.

Fun times at the local Verizon Store. They are all so friendly at the Palm Coast store. I was able to get a lot of info from them. I have 3 guys helping set up the phone while one was putting my apps on, another was ringing stuff up to get me in and out. The third rep was very friendly. They got me some water and made me feel relaxed. It was just such a great time!

This is one of the nicest cell phone stores I have ever been too. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They speak in a lingo I can understand. They also have better deals than the big box locations. They paid off my old phone for me! They even invited me to a special day for customers to come and get a free lunch and prizes just for being a customer. Not too many places give back to their customers like that.

I was here with another rep about a week ago purchasing a new phone. Went from the S8 to an S10 and it was a lovely experience. We were able to get everything we needed. Decided the S10 wasnt as good as a 10 plus so I came in today because the reviews were better for the plus and got to trade in the regular for the plus. Battery power was very important. Seamless exchange into the new one and I am happy I did my homework.

I bought a phone from this store. It was a little prepaid phone and I love it so much. The gentleman that sold it to me was very knowledgeable about everything in the store. He showed me all of my options and did not pressure me to get something I did not need. He explained prepaid does not run my credit so I went with that. I didn’t want anyone to do a credit check on me because I’m buying a house. What a great option! I’m going to come back after I get moved into my new house to purchase a fancier phone! Refused to help my 84year old mother. She has a emergency phone in her car that she has never used and doesnt know anything about it. I found out about it in her trunk when I moved her in with me and my wife. They take it out of her bank account every month now for years.

My sales person was DJ and a young man who I unfortunately dont remember his name. Both were very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and took the time to be sure I understood everything. DJ made a followup call to see if I had any issues and said I could call him anytime I didnt understand something. I was very satisfied with the service that I received.

Great customer service. This is one of the only stores that really takes the time to listen and help their customers. They dont pressure us into buying a new phone. If they can fix things the do. If I need a phone they tell me about all of the great promos that Verizon is offering. Thats why I only shop here. I will never go to the other locations.

The rep spent hours with me because I forgot my passwords. He took lots of his time to help me reset everything for my new phone. They were great! I am trying to switch away from Apple to an Android. So far they have been very helpful teaching me everything. The switch hasnt been too bad.

All my friends were trying to call me and my phone was not ringing or going off when I received text messages either . Took the phone to this location and they turned the ringer on for my calls and fixed my settings in message. Showing me how to use my voicemail so I can clear out old messages. I just moved here from Cape Coral In November so this will be my new store for good.

Purchased a new LG V40 and switched over from T-Mobile. Got a good discount on the phone and was able to get military discount on my accessories and bill. Purchased the case and screen protector. Getting a military promotion for a gift card for switching too. AT&T completely tried me and Im glad I didnt end up switching there . There were multiple employees at this location unlike the one guy working at AT&T . The salesman here made everything easy and professional ..much happier to be with Verizon now .
