Great experience! Needed some documents printed. I emailed them to the staples printer and was able to scan my phone once I got there and the machine printed all my documents! The store was very clean and well maintained. The store associates were very friendly and would have assisted me with anything I might have needed. I also ended up grabbing some other things while I was there and I was able to find everything very quickly because the store was so organized! I will definitely be back and I recommend anyone needing things for the office or need documents printed/copied go to Staples Palm Coast!
Great store associates. Willing to help out with any questions you might have. Clean, well organized merchandise. Their copy center has always been very attentive to my specific needs. Store is usually never too busy.
Took very long for the food to come out. My server was quite lanky, gangly tooth and bald. They brought me the wrong drinks 4 times. My food was okay. Salty and crispy. Slightly moist. Something about that urinal cake aroma the restaurant carried still lingers. Someone tied my shoes together under the table so I fell when I tried to get up. Ill be back next week
I went to Staples to look for a new printer. The salesman was very helpful and I was able to make a decision amongst the plethora of printer choices on the market! Maria and Millie were very nice and helped with the checkout process and set me up with the Staples rewards. The printer I purchased was on sale plus I was able to take advantage of a printer recycling program for an additional amount off. Very good deal.

Our office needed a bunch of copying done in a hurry for court purposes and Staples was there for us! They got the job done ahead of schedule!
I’m currently between printers and send a few copies over to this location every couple of weeks as needed for the self service printing.Each visit, their self service printers are down, lines are long, and their staff are unsure.My last visit was again the same case. In the end, it took over 30 minutes to print 4 black and white single sided copies. 2 of the 3 self service printers were down and the crew was understaffed for the number of people needing help.I would love to see the manager of this location turn this place around, but sadly, I haven’t seen any difference in overall experience in a year.

I go to Staples for several things. I use UPS Ground for shipping. The prices are reasonable. I am treated well. Steph, Mandy are wonderful. Monica is great as well as the manager. She fixed a laptop for a decent price and it was clean and shiny upon return!
Absolutely the worst customer service. Our local business needed a custom printing job and I couldn’t get a quote from the associate to save my life. I needed 500 training manuals printed and bound. This would be a quarterly re-order. There were approximately 125 pages in the manual. On 10/13 around 3:10 pm, the associate demanded that I count the pages before I would be given an estimate on the job. Personally I’d hate to have someone working for me who’d turn away that amount of business just because the employee was too lazy to count the pages. We do quite a large dollar amount locally with this store on office supplies and services. That will end today. The clerical person who usually handles our business with Staples Palm Coast is busy, so I volunteered. I’m the person who makes the big decisions in the Company so: Staples, you’re fired.
Recently visited with printer issues. Stacie (?) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and solved our problem.... with a smile ! Later that day, we visited for extensive copying of pics on a thumb drive, for hurricane damage / insurance purposes and Doug did an exceptional job for us. Folks, this was just after hurricane Irma had affected us all and these people truly cared. Theyve earned all of my business !
No sales assist available. .first person couldnt answer questions and kept disappearing. Too busy shopping clearance aisle. And the a great sales lady from the tech area came to my rescue. Promptly found my items, did not charge for assembly since it was a floor demo.She made the sale. .could have been a 5 star if I had met her first.

I had their tech department work on my office computers and they did an amazing job. I have their Virus Shield protection and the tech fixes my computers every time we have issues. I love Staples.
Distracted employee verified incorrect email address as destination for printing. Instead of acknowledging mistake, she blamed customer for error and then blamed corporate for change in policy regarding not being able to help with print jobs under $10. After speaking with Staples customer service, there is no such policy. Dishonest and unprofessional.
The lady that helped me at print services was wonderful. Very helpful and was trying to hurry to get me out before a storm started. The regular bw printouts were perfect as well.
Went in to just have some brochures cut & they said the cutter is broken. Should be in tomorrow. Asked manager, Will, why there isnt a backup cutting device. Didnt have an answer. No one else in the store, totally empty. Could it be the lousy Customer service?? Every time Ive been in, theres always been some sort of problem. Will not be going back again & will tell my friends of the poor service. Dont go there..a waste of your time!
The employees at this store deserve 5 stars!! They go above and beyond to assist customers. They may be short staffed at times, but they are always willing to help. They have the best prices for back to school shopping. Their prices on computers are the lowest Ive seen for the quality. Ive read the reviews and some of them sound ridiculous!! Some of the people leaving reviews have no compassion for the employees.
Tech was very nice. Told me would take 24 to 48 hours to fix my computer. When I spoke to them 72 hours later (due to holiday closing) was told someone forgot to call me about my password. They said it would be ready that afternoon and they would call me back. Never heard from them so I called 24 hours later. Was put on hold for 10 minutes and then told the reps were busy and they would get back to me later. Think they need additional staff in the tech department. If you need your computer back quickly you may have a problem. They should get rid of the message that someone will be with you momentarily. It plays every 30 seconds. LOL

There is a display for listening to Altec wireless speakers. The cord is not long enough to plug in. The first associate walked away. I was standing there for 5 minutes. I went to look for him to find out why it was taking so long to get an extension cord. He was standing at a register with no customers. I asked if he was looking for a cord. He said he didnt know I wanted him to. He went to get another associate who walked over. He has been supposedly looking for a cord for another 5 minutes. Funny, he just walked down the aisle with what looked like 2 empty boxes.
Came into this location with every intention of it being a good experience. Boy was I wrong. I needed to get some color prints done for a work project. The lady behind the counter who I was reaching out to for help, would not get her behind off the stool to help me with the process. I understand at times work can be boring, but customer service is 100% the priority. And they failed that. I will not return to this location. I would rather drive 20 minutes to the closest Office Depot versus coming back here. Terrible.
Stay away from this store. Employees have no knowledge in their area of expertise and the store displays false, misleading advertisement signs. Very rude staff- from the manager to the associates. No wonder Staples is drying up and is always empty. Step it up, Staples. You can do better than this...you use to do better.
They NEVER answer the phone in a timely manner. No matter what dept you call...you wait....and wait...and wait. I only shop here because its close. If your NOT in a hurry shop online...its faster and cheaper.

I have purchased several computers, printers, and other devices from this store over the past 10 years. The personnel does change, but the friendly service and assiatance I have received stays constant. I have been very pleased with my purchases, the pricing and overall service. I do not shop for electronics any place else.
My husband and I went in for some ink for an older copier and the one we needed was not in stock. An employee ordered it on line for us to be delivered tomorrow! Very helpful and very much appreciated! Thank you Staples!
Ridiculous. I wish we had something better in Palm Coast. Its so hard to find an employee when you need help some where OTHER than printing or checkout. One of the employees begrudgingly helped me load a chair into my truck and was on the phone trying to buy pot while doing so.... The WORST
Do NOT take your technology servicing needs to this place. They have no idea about basic record keeping, policy and procedures much less technology.I took my PC there to have the HD backed up. After a week they admitted they could not do the job and meanwhile lost my 128GB memory stick and AC Adapter.Both were replaced without charge but not before betraying utter incompetence in basic business practices.They do have a great price match against online prices though.

Absolute worse experience Ive ever had!!! Dont have any tech work done here. They profess to have certified technicians but only have 1 certified tech and did not live up to their mission statement plastered on the wall. The so-called certified tech was not honest and had no regard for customer service. I bought a new lap top 4 weeks ago and was promised it would be loaded with various programs, virus protection etc. When I went to pick up the computer hardly anything was done that I paid for. I am in grad school and desperately needed my computer fixed. I returned the next day as was told the computer was ready once again. The certified technician told me he would meet me when I arrived and go over the computer. As I was walking in the store he was walking out and I thought he was going to come back in. Turns out he left and had no intention of helping me. I was then left with a very nice young man who did not really know what was going on either. In the meantime no one could find my hard drive from my old computer. So now I have personal information lying around and no one knew where it was. I then contacted the manager and had to go as far as calling the corporate office to get them to help me. Again, I had to leave my laptop there another night. When asking for some sort of discount, the manager refused it at first but with our insistence he finally gave us a small discount. When I say small considering what I went through, and the hours and trips up to the store, it was not worth it! Now its four weeks later and I have a massive virus in my computer. I go back up to the store and the certified technician looked at the virus protection and made some adjustments that probably shouldve been activated when they installed the virus protection. Once again, I had to leave my computer overnight. The technician told me I would not be charged since I just purchased the computer. Upon picking up the computer, I was then presented a bill for $159. I told the rude girl at the tech desk I was supposed to have the service done at no charge according to the certified technician. The young lady then called the manager, Moises. After talking with the manager, the lady hung up the phone and proceeded to tell me that Moises would go ahead and let me have it this time but in the future I needed to pay like all other customers. The young lady then proceeded to tell me while pointing to another customer you need to pay for a service contract like this man does because we dont give free service. I never expect free service unless it is warranted. I was told upfront the service would be free by the technician because I had just purchased the computer. I was shocked that employees would talk to customers in that manner. Again, I do not think the virus protection was activated properly. I pointed to their mission statement and said you failed and walked out. This experience was worse than a nightmare. I brought my computer home and it continues to run slow. Do not ever bring your computer to this store for service!! I never will. I will go to Best Buy in Daytona going forward. The only reason I gave one Star was because I could not exit out and post this review until I assigned a star.

The REWARDS program, if that is what you call it is a joke. There are two deadlines for rewards and they are a pain to keep track of. I participate in many rewards programs as most people do and this is the worst one of the 15 or so I do.I am done with STAPLES and they do not care.
