I went to Walmart optical in Missouri and paid to have my prescription for glasses. They didnt give me my PD so I returned to the same Walmart a week later and it took them literally 3 seconds to measure my PD and hand it to me on a piece of paper. After relocating to palm coast I misplaced the paper with my PD on it. Needless to say I go to my nearest Walmart here in palm coast only to have an associate here in the optical department tell me they wouldnt do it. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD AT ANY WALMART EVER!! It literally takes 3 seconds for these people to measure my PD and they were too lazy to do that, she stated to me that they only give the PD if I ordered glasses throughthem!!!!!. I will NEVER go to walmart optical again! I refuse to pay for another prescription just to have my PD measured. Good luck if you deal with this place, I recommend going to a different optometrist if you are planning on buying glasses OUTSIDE OF WALMART!

THE WORST STORE TO BUY EYEGLASSES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I ordered glasses a half month ago, and they showed up Very BLURRY on both lenses, not even close to my prescription, and also I ordered a light gray tint (1/2), and the Tint they gave me was Very Dark (3), and the person that I spoke with was Rude to me, and was saying maybe it’s the dark tint why they are so Blurry, her name was Debbie, I told her they are so Blurry I cant even see numbers on the wall close to me, she said put one hand over one eye, I told her for the 5th time they are so blurry I can NOT see, and when I put my old glasses on I could see perfect, she was trying real hard to get me to keep the blurry glasses, I said they are Not satisfactory, they have to be fixed or sent back, then she said OK I will send the glasses back, she really gave me a hard time, so I told her I really needed glasses right away because my dog chewed on my old glasses, and she said it should take 4 days, 4 days came and I went to the store and no glasses, and then a week came and No glasses, I then asked for my money back and the person there was playing games with my refund, she said I can’t give you a refund because I need a manager approval, she called on the phone and no manager, I THEN WAS UPSET AND TOLD HER GET THE STORE MANAGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was the Worst experience I ever had at Walmart, I like Walmart, I shop there allot, but their eyeglasses store is the Worst!

Nothing... waited 45 minutes and walked out. Why do doctors think it is okay to schedule 2 or more appointments at the same time. My time is every but as important as his. I am sure target or any place else will be better even paying more is worth it.

Walmart Optical no longer takes my insurance but the exam (for both contacts and glasses) and trial pair of contacts...very affordable. I called and was able to get an appointment, barely an hour later. I wasnt even in the office 30 minutes. The Staff was pleasant and my Optometrist didnt make me feel rushed and was genuinely concerned about the health of my eyes. It was a good day. :-)

My husband and I have been having our eye exams done by Dr. Harbuckfor several years here in the Palm Coast, Fl. location, and both of us could not be more pleased. Dr. Harbuck is very knowledgable, professional, friendly and readily answers any questions one may have in a clear manner.We not always get our contacts or glasses from here, but on the occasions we have we have usually found the optical staff to be friendly and willing to help, but at times they seem to be understaffed, which adds to the wait.
