This Dollar General has a pleasant staff,and always helpful. Small place but well stocked. Prefer this dollar General to the one in Flagler Beach.on 100.

Went into this store on Sunday and could not locate anything I needed. I asked a lady that was working in a aisle putting out merchandise however I do not think she heard me because she had country music playing from a device in her back pocket. She pointed me to a aisle however what I needed was not there, the shelf was empty. I get to the line and only 1 cashier and 6 people in line. The lady putting out merchandise comes up to help with the line come to find out she is the manager still blasting her music. All I can say is it starts with leadership, managers need more training.

They only have one cashier now instead of two. They replaced the second cashier with a self checkout. Someone had to be called to try and fix the self checkout that froze while it was being used. Bring back a second cashier would be a good idea.

This dollar general is clean and for the most part organized. They do lack employees so sometimes it can take a while to check out.

Always a good store. Most the employees are very friendly and helpful. The one older guy (with the beard) that works there is very awesome! He makes all the customers want to go to that store; very knowledgeable and kind to everyone!

The new store mgr ELIZABETH is amazing. Shes making the store better. Im excited

Nothing convenient about this store. Never have anything that you need. Cant even get the sales rep for red bull to keep their cooler full. Pretty sad when you cant keep a smalle cooler filled with cold drinks. Do us a favour and quit building Dollar Generals in Palm Coast we dont need anymore.

LIZ is amazing manager store is great!

Went here yesterday and my mom was turning the cart around in the aisle and a bottle of wine was on the bottom shelf and it fell and broke. We both apologized and would have totally paid for it!!The manager was SO RUDE, he huffed at my mom and said “oh nice job!” Then had the nerve to tell her to “get out of the way”😳😳😳👎🏻She deserved an apology. That was wrong.

The customer service I received was beyond great! I do have a concern however. I wear a mask not for me but for others. Not one, even the manager were wearing masks. I almost left because it showed a lack of concern for their customers. But the service still was amazing!

Cashiers are very slow they serve one client for 5 minutes. I did not find everything i need, there was no Twinkies!!!

I happen to love this Dollar General. Everyone who works there greets me kindly and are always willing to help me find what i am looking for. I recently had huge back surgery and was trying to shop. Bruce went out of his way to help me and reach the higher items. He even remembered my surgery and asked how i was doing. The prices are great,the store is usually clean and organized, and the staff is top shelf.

Had to give five stars because the staff and manager were very welcoming and engaging...then my cousin left her cane in the shopping cart and they kept it for her and had it waiting when we returned later that day looking for it.

Most of the dollar stores that I go to a pretty decent. It isnt a long wait to get your stuff in and out. I really dont know why they call it a dollar store because there is literally nothing in that damn store that cost a dollar. Its really convenient because theyre like everywhere.I think of the cool store if you want to get you know a little hands and Ill stuff just to get out the way but if you want to get out of the store like that because you can spend $100 and theyre real quick like it aint nothing.

The store had seen really nice improvement since under new management.

The people at this store are very rude!!! If your not a happy out going people’s person then you shouldn’t work at a place where you have to interact with people all day!!!

The store needs helps and needs cleaning, other then that you can find almost everything you need.

I rarely go to Dollar General but when I do I feel somewhat claustrophobic. There are so many aisles and people get cramped in them. I like the people though so that makes up for some of the other issues. They have some good deals but you have to know what youre looking for and what the prices are elsewhere.

Always a pleasing attitude from everyone here.. I find well rotated clean stock of items in well lite well kept shopping place.. To bad the buggies dont agree and cry about you wanting them to carry your items for you. I suggest using the handy shopping baskets instead. Hehe

This location usually does a great job keeping the shelves stocked and the floors clear. Most of the time customer service is friendly and welcoming. Prices are pretty fair and you can get just about anything youre looking for here.

I found good deals. But when I came it was dark out and I couldnt tell if the store was open. So please let the windows open next time.

Great place to go if you dont have any stores around you! You can also find some really nice things at decent prices.

The store is basically clean and organized. They had a great sale on end of season clothing that cant be beat. However, I feel sorry for the cashiers whenever I go there. Theres usually only one person running the entire store and most of the time overwhelmed with customers. Its really not fair to leave them alone to deal with extremely long lines, especially if there is a complication with a sale. Dollar General needs to put more than one person on a shift at a time!

I absolutely Love our Dollar General in Palm Coast, FK off Belle Terre Blvd. I go there quite frequently throughout each month from grocery needs, dog treats for small dogs for Boone else carries them for my Chihuahuas, and gift/cards. The attitude of all the staff is Kind, Helpful, and Refreshing. I have two favorite Managers Bruce and Hannah that make my day every time I visit your store. Thank you for being in our community ❤️.

Dollar General is the only place I have ever shopped where your treated badly for buying alot of items! You would think that would be a good thing for the company. Very rude place.

GREAT PRICE COLD BEER NICE PEOPLE

Dont ever us the DG go app there it shows its available then when you arrive at the kiosk it says its down. They didnt know how to revert the payment, no one cared and I paid twice for my merchandise paying more the second time around. Now Im waiting for them to refund me but I had to find the number myself and call. Ive never seen people less willing to work with anyone or help, EVER.

Its just what youd expect from a store where everything is generally a dollar. Its clean and is stocked well. I recommend going here if you need bread, soaps, birthday cards, and more all for a lower cost than most other stores.

The shop is clean and the staff are reasonably nice. Perhaps its my bias, but I dont particularly like the products sold here. The prices are fine for what they are selling, but I wouldnt go here for anything much other than holiday favors if I happen to be in a pinch. The place is nice; the products sold are low quality, as youd expect from a Dollar shop. Personally, I dont enjoy shopoing here.

This is my favorite Dollar General of all time. I go here almost every day. Every single staff member is great theyre polite and so helpful, all of them. The store manager hes awesome as well, always so helpful and freindly. The store is clean, very organized, and always has everything I need. Best of all theres never a long wait in line. A great place to go to avoid the chaos and long lines in Walmart. Go DG good job!
