This location is better than the la quinta location but to stay competitive the in store experience needs to be better. Too much empty space and a lot of sections carry lower quality stuff than they use too. I just want to see some effort like targets rework

Love this place! Always has a great selection of product to buy in many categories. Great quality too.

Close this store! The pictures were taken after it was closed for months because of the pandemic. It is a disheveled mess with shopping carts full of stock standing in the middle of the floor. I witnessed elderly people having difficulty walking through out the store. No staff insight except at one register. This brick and mortar store is not safe, clean, or customer friendly. The management needs significant training.

We are outfitting our new condo and have been in the store twice already and we are not done. Both times we were in, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We signed up for their buyers program for $29. Its good for a year and gets us a 20% discount on purchases. Even after accounting for the $29 it has saved us over $200.

Loved this Location. A lot more products to choose from more than the Palm Springs store. Even has hair products similar to a drug store.

Some very good finds here. Found chair and couch covers that are nice looking, lightweight with good backing.

Great place to shop and get items that you need and or purchasing things you need for your home.

Decent prices if you have coupons. Otherwise, look elsewhere. They do have a good selection of kitchen gadgets and small appliances. I took advantage of curbside pickup one time, and went in to pick up my online order the second time I bought from this location. The 20% of an entire order made it with the drive to get a bunch of little things I have been wanting. I did use up all my gift cards too, as well knows how long this chain is going to be around.

It was my first time going to bed bath and beyond and man was I in love they have beautiful home decor and necessities it can be a little pricey but the stuff is gorgeous they also have mark downs throughout the store which was great also a clearance section towards the back which was my favorite place to check out who doesnt love to save some money but what got me the most was that I found a cowboys baby blanket for my son and it was only $6.29 now that is a steal and I also found my shampoo thats so hard to find they had it and was also on sale for only $1.98 which is also a steal so I stocked up on it can never go wrong with that definitely a nice store to check out

Friendly service, if you cant find it in the store, the helpful staff can order it for you for delivery or in store pick up. Three locations in the Coachella valley, Palm Springs, Palm Desert or La Quinta. Prices are retail but very reasonable with sales and coupons.

Looks like going out of Business. Too many Empty shelves. Woman Mgr at Ramon Road needs a quick lesson in His to be a bit more helpful instead of being arrogant. She should Go Store should remain open.

Very helpful staff, but not as much Christmas decor or as many gift suggestions as I would like to see. Very conscientious staff found what I wanted in a different store nearby, which was on sale for half price, so a great deal!

Much bigger store than in Palm Springs. Love the fact that you can use the expired coupons that you get in the mail. Really a great place to get sundries and a lot of items for strong the house.

Although this store may not have full shelves, due to the pandemic, it’s so big and nice. Much easier to navigate than the one in La Quinta, also the cashiers are very friendly and helpful, will be returning soon

Just ok..... Staff was friendly. Prices,,,, kinda high in todays online world. ALSO, VERY IMPORTANT THING HERE... while in Bed Bath & Beyond I tried to check competitor pricing, I notice my phone (Verizon) would not connect to the internet.... AT ALL... I do believe Bed Bath & Beyond is blocking cell phone service within their store 🤔🤔🤔..... AS SOON as I walked out to the parking lot I was able to access the internet and use my phone!! In todays online shopping climate.... If the only thing your company can do is block cell service so customers cant compare prices .... your company is in REALLY BAD SHAPE.. sad.... There are always older folk to take advantage of..... I guess.......🤤😔😕😞.... On another note. Please clean up.... remodel the mens bathroom... It is Bed Bath & BEYOND.......GROSS! see photos....I do not understand why stores and restaurants place cleanliness of their business one of their bottom PRIORITIES...

Very nice BB&B. Its very nice, clean and organized. They dont give you a hard time with accepting coupons and are happy to help you pick the best one if you bring them a stack that you have been collecting for years.

Good variety. Regular prices unless theres a sale. Nicely laid out and displayed. A very wide variety of kitchen products, space savers, organizers, implements, and dishes flatware. Another good assortment of bedclothes and bathroom goodies. A good place to find interesting or hard to find items.

It is so great to shop again. They have been open 2 days. Everything is more spaced out and they have plenty of stocked shelves.

Integrity describes this place. My friend grabbed an item that was Miss priced buy a sign and even though it was a great loss to the store they gave it to her for that price. And the Checker was very pleasant about it too. The manager was rather quiet giving us the item for a third of what it should have been, but it wasnt us that made the mistake. Like I said integrity describes this place.

My 1st time here. All customers had discount coupons. Thats cool. Also they have much more than youd think. I was looking for a can opener, surgical masks, shampoo. Never thought Id find All that there, but I did. Shopping done for the day. Yay.

Not unlike all others, if BB&B doesnt have it, its not that needed. When above quality bed pillows, cleaning sponges, baking sheet pans, and Bar Keepers Friend can be purchased under the same roof, and as quickly as wanted, why shop elsewhere? BB&B. Undoubtedly, a must.

Saturday I had the pleasure of being helped by Daniella (Desert Crossing store in Palm Desert) in the sheet department. She was very helpful, patient, and even checked in the back and found exactly what I wanted. No easy task, as I wanted red sheets, deep pockets for a Cal King bed and no flannel or satin! Thanks to this wonderful employee of yours.

BBB is great..usually can find what Im looking for. Had a credit I wanted to use and saw towels were on sale. Went to check them out. Good selection, good price plus 20% off. Saw some orher items I luked and went to purchase. Forgot 20% coupon was for a single item only. I had others at home. The cashier said I could put the items on hold till next day. So I opted for that. She was very helpful.Next day at service counter, I had different female. She didnt seem to be having a good day. Attitude and tone of voice was curt. She was conveying she really didnt want to be there but it was her job. She helped me, did her job, I was out the door.

Found my favorite sandals here!!! Id been looking for them EVERYWHERE....who knew they carried shoes??And the sales associate even showed me how to get a 20% discount from my phone!!

Waited 20 plus minutes in the kitchen section while they called someone to assist us with a simple purchase. This place has a lot of items shown for sale that they dont have to purchase on the sales floor. They have a sign that says they have them; just ask. 30 minutes later, no one came. This was around 5:30 pm. The store was nearly empty. They never called anyone to help, or if they did, they didnt care. Walked around the store, encountered a couple of employees, both engaged in personal conversations, one about school. Wont be back here.

I went in recently and forgot my coupon. The sales droid would not help me and stated that my email said my coupon was expired. Now they run those things all the time so there was no need to jerk me around like that.It’s experiences like these that drives me to Amazon instead of brick and mortar box stores.It’s not like service you get from mom and pops. Their employees could care less and I get that working a register doesn’t leave anyone inspired to deliver excellent service, but I seriously feel no need to bother shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond after my last experience.Additionally, they just don’t have any special inventory that makes them a standout to offset the lackluster service.

I rarely shop here, just because its not my kind of store and I needed a personal heater fast. Bought a $40 personal heater that broke down the second day (2-3 hours of use). Maybe just a fluke but when you buy a similar product for $15 at a competitor, and its lasted for 4 years, I feel a little disappointed.

Good clean store! Everything is easy to find. They have it all. The staff goes out of their way to help, and they really know their stuff! Great customer service. Clean and organized. Very expensive. You tend to get trapped with some of their items. Things like an avocado slicer. Do not really need one but I bet someone is going to buy it.

This place is awesome great spot to get gifts and have like five soaps for five bucks the one in Palm Desert is a little bit bigger than the one in Palm Springs though my wife even gets makeup up there

Asked 3 people for a simple clear plastic pitcher. Two said no...one showed me something kind of close...but eventually stubled over what I wanted right on an aisle fixture...oh well...everyone has cut help...so all staff is busy stocking...customers are left to fend for themselves...almost everywhere...

My mother in law purchased some home decor for us there and had to return the stuff. Even though it was a first for her as far as having to return to the store with no receipt they didnt return the items stated that they were going to investigate the purchase and follow up with in two days. They never followed up with her after she waited for a week to hear from them. She had to contact corporate and the store to get her items back or the return completed as needed.

Cant use the coupons with the as is items anymore unacceptable... Change it back.
