Called to have them come out and look at what I would like to do and provide a quote. A representative came out walked my property for the outside work (lighting, electrical, outdoor ceiling fan installation) and inside work (assistance in updating my A/V set up). He provided good feedback and suggestions and said he would send over an estimate and we could schedule a time to complete the work. After two weeks of not receiving anything, I called the office and left a message and received a call back from Cynthia letting me know the estimator was not in the office but she would get back with me that day.... it has been another two weeks and I have never heard back. I guess they are too busy and dont need the business.
