I just sold my car to Auto-Desert for the second time. The first time, they offered me $2,000 more than Carmax and were super low pressure. It was so quick and easy. A few years later, I went back and got another offer, which I didn’t accept. It was a good offer but I decided to keep the car. Again, they were super low pressure. Then today I went in and sold my current car and got almost $3,000 more than I was offered for trade-in by a dealership. Everyone there is so professional and nice and the process is quick, easy and fair. And Abe is just the best! I have never hesitated to recommend Auto Desert to friends and family

5 stars company !! The best deal! I was trying to sell my leased car. There were so many offers, ( too many ) and the buyers sent inspector always gave me a lower price which we didn’t like ( well.. who would ?), but Bob from Auto Desert gave me the best offer on the phone and honestly fulffiled his words. It only took me 1 day to get rid of my leases. He took care of everything. The place was super clean and they follow Covid regulations.

Went here totally not expecting to sell my car at all. They had the highest rating on Yelp so i said why not. Had all the same thoughts as anybody would, “am I gonna get lowballed,” “is this going to be a terrible process,” etc.Completely different experience.Appointment was simple and easy, they send you a confirmation with even how to get there and where to park. You come in and they ask for the keys, so they can appraise your car. You wait until they come back. The waiting room has water and coffee. The gentlemen that worked there, Abe walked us through the process and explained everything. I got the offer and was surprised because it was what I wanted. Bob the offer and Roni did all the heavy lifting, contacted the financial institution and everything. I signed like 3 pieces of paper and was out of there. They even got us an Uber back.Yes

I happened to stumble upon a beautiful car that I wanted as a kid, and even had a model of.I asked to look at it and and permission was granted. I most definitely fell in love with the car. I mentioned that it wasn’t in my price range and tried to move on. Unexpectedly, Sonny said well we can work within your price range. Long story short, they came down off of the price to fit within my price range. Carmax low-balled me with their offer, which wasnt surprising, as did a few other businesses that I visited. I hadnt heard of Auto- Desert palm desert, so I gave them a shot.Scheduling was easy and the staff was very courteous and attentive when I arrived. They made me a fair offer on the car and it was easily the best offer that I had received. I dealt with mike and I have to give the guy credit. Not only does he know his stuff, but hes a consummate gentleman. Hell call an Uber for you once your visit is over, and escort you outside to make sure your ride arrives.In short, just great customer service the whole way through. I definitely recommend them!

Every time they beat Carmax and gave us very fair offers, and broke down their pricing so everything was transparent. Abe is always the gentleman and I feel like a respected customer every time.On my last visit to sell my Mazda, I had an offer from Carvana that I felt was shockingly on the high end (every other written offer I had was at least $1k below it), and wanted to see if Trade In Solutions could match or beat it. Abe was very forthcoming about their pricing and actually encouraged me to follow up on the Carvana offer. His offer was higher than the others I had gotten from Carmax and others but unfortunately could not beat Carvanas. Even when we couldnt make a deal this time, I felt no pressure or any hard feelings whatsoever. bob walked me back to the parking lot and wished me the best. It assured me that the company is honest and really puts their customers first, even if it means not getting their business that time around.I will absolutely be returning to TIS and will continue to refer family and friends to them.

I came here to look around after car shopping for weeks and was very impressed by their inventory and variety of cars, Sonny the sales person was super explanatory on the vehicles i was interested in and he quickly had a good idea of what i wanted. This dealership hired a good photographer and graphic designer to create a decent website but in reality is a warehouse with cars parked everywhere on the street. Also, after further research, I found how corrupted these people could be, as they have had some issues with changing parts of cars before selling them. No wonder these cars have low mileage but HEY- are missing physical parts that, pictures cannot uncover. They cover up their junk.Now, besides the poor car conditions, the finance person Debbie who is retired and therefore tired, has no experience in the global economy and works with banks that are actually closing like gateway. The cars are not owned by the owner, they are leased to the dealership to be financed to the buyer by the bank (middleman transaction). That is simple and Debbie thinks she can make decisions as to who to sell and who not to sell. She is just the middleman and a entry level finance high school student can do a better job than you. Oh but she is old and tired, of course does not care about business, is not hers anyway. She is the funniest looking and racist person you will ever meet AND she works for foreign people (Middle eastern LOL). Yeah, you can picture the rest.Worst experience ever, and Debbi, do not forget to seek for the specials on getting your nails done. A lady is not about how long your nails are but how you treat people. That is where you show education, oh, may be you have none.LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THE PICTURES.

Worst mistake of my life. Bought a 2008 Volvo S40 and two months later the engine blew. No indicator lights nothing. Im on ss and cant afford to put another 3700 for a new engine. This has literally ruined my life. And Sonny doesnt care. I wish I would have gone somewhere else where someone would care if they sold a lemon. And i truly believe that he knew this car was a lemon. He does stand by one thing and that sold as is. He doesnt care that I trusted him and I got screwed me Not cool

We’ll see how my car holds up over time, but honestly such an amazing experience buying a car here. Run the Carfax and everything you’d normally do to check it out but the staff here is extremely genuinely friendly (I’m an actor AND in sales myself so trust me I can tell the difference) and not at all pushy and also willing to go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy—they even offered me a price a little below kbb to fit my budget. Good customer service and a great product goes a long way and will outweigh sketchy sales every time—thats how you stay in business. And as you can see from the reviews this holds up completely here and I believe is why they are so successful. This was my first time buying a car completely on my own and it was a total dream. I already had it financed through the credit union and the team took care of all of the paperwork in less than 24 hours all I had to do was visit the bank. Cant thank the team enough, I’m already really enjoying my new ride and have peace of mind driving it.My only regret is not asking about a second set of keys until after it was all finalized, I just assumed there would be two sets and didn’t find out until after there was only one. I have had some really horrendous experiences in car buying over the years. The last used car that the I bought, the dealer took my cash and skipped town, not paying the taxes, tag or title on the car and it took over a year for me to settle things with the state. Because of this, I was leery to go used car shopping again with a dealer, yet was also scared enough by all of the Craigslist scams that I relented. I had heard a few good things about Desert Auto so my sister and I made the drive over here to take a look.So glad we did because these are some of the friendliest and most helpful car salesmen that I have ever dealt with. I am partial to luxury brand vehicles and was looking for some type of suv to replace my car that just died. They had several on the lot that were in my price range and to my liking. I test drove a few and settled on a 2007 BMW X5. The car was clean and ran great.My credit is average and I sat down with Sonny who was super helpful in discussing my options. He helped me to fill out the paperwork for a quick loan application and had me approved for the best deal in less than an hour. I went to Carmax, and actually was impressed with how efficient they are. Very polite, very punctual. I had an appraisal and offer within 30 minutes of arrival. But the offer was low.After discovering Auto desert in palm desert on Yelp, I followed the advice from all these reviews and I can confirm the experience exceeded expectations. I emailed the appraisal to Abe (who is wonderful), and he said they would beat it. I drove to their location, valet parked for free. Was paid $600 more than the Carmax offer. Then sent home in a complimentary Uber. they take care of the DMV transfer, etc. Everyone in the small, quiet office was incredibly friendly and helpful. These guys are professional and responsive. You can always get more money selling privately, but if you’re like me, and that is too big a hassle, go get a quote from CarMax, then bring it to Autodesert . They beat my CarMax offer by quite a bit. My guess is you would always get more from them.

This auto dealer is a liar who sold me a wading car but hide this fact. Now, they refused to return my money and I may need spend thousands of dollars to fix the car. So, do not go to buy cars in this dealer, unless you can find ways to let them give back your money if your car is much worse than they said.
