I was told by the propane company to go there to switch out a full propane tank. They tried to charge me $37 for a switch. I explained I was not supposed to pay anything because the tank that I got was not good, could not turn on. He was extremely rude and just kept saying we dont do that and walked away. The customer service was nonexistent. For a full tank they wanted $60+.....you can get a replacement at Home Depot for $25. Dont go here, it is a rip off!

Arrived at my appointment time (arranged previously by telephone) for oil change and smog certification. Waited two hours outside standing in hot sun. They didn’t do the oil change and charged me full price for a failed smog test. It was an uncomfortable waste of time. Service was inadequate, rude and unprofessional.

If youre car is in need of repairs or just a smog test, I recommend you check these folks out. Marco Galindo the service manager will help you. Had smog done on car, was in and out in 30 minutes.

I was in the gas station and there was a cashier named Sammy he was so rude and disrespectful, is not the first time that I see his poor behavior but for me is convenient to stop there because is on my way home, but from now if I see him there Im not shopping there. Ill stop if I see the others cashiers there are nice and educated.

My registration renewal was rejected by the DMV! When I went to Country Club Mobile for my smog check, they refused to honor their coupon for $10 off, nastily saying, I did not print that coupon! Thats true, I printed it from their website. The surliness and insults that followed were hard to tolerate, but tolerate them I did....until I got the letter from the DMV letting me know that Country Club Mobile never managed to send in my certificate. But they had no difficulty processing my charge for $50.20!

Went to get my Toyota Camry an oil change a while ago. Was met with such rude customer service. Charged me 100$ for an oil change. Go somewhere else. They made me feel like I was being a huge burden for wanting an oil change 4 hours before they closed with no other cars in their shop.

I had these gentlemen install a new timing belt on my Lexus, as well as the requested needed radiator hoses. They were professional and courteous, the work they did was excellent and the time that it took them was exactly what they told me on the estimate. I highly recommend them and will return to them should I need any other service done to any of my vehicles.

Excellent company to work with. Had brakes and rotors replaced here. They started to squeal and they replaced them again without any hassle. Highly recommend. Art knows his stuff.
