Cosmo proof was awesome. The help, was amazing. I usually shop. At another location. She answered every question I had. You have to remember when you go there. That this is a distributor. Worst service ever! Alexis is horrible and rude. Her face says it all! I went to return massage cream that went rancid and they refused to return it because it was opened already. I would have to open it to know if it was rancid correct?

I have been shopping at cosmoprof for years. I am a Hairstylist & have always found girls could give better customer service since we are spending a good amount of money on products and in order for them to get a paycheck they need to have loyal customers. I still shop there because there is not to many choices out here in the desert as fat as beauty supply stores. The best customer service I have ever received here at palm desert cosmoprof was from the only male employee in the store.He was Great!!five stars and I will continue to shop there because of him👍🏼

Bartenders Jimmy / & Chino. Phenomenal job at their drinks and service. I am very picky and I know the business. You skies are doing extremely well. I think the key is dont be lazy try hard and sometimes youre just a natural or youre not.
