John came out to meet me to explain all the latest equipment and services offered. He was on time, polite, and professional. He gave a clear and concise presentation on all the products and features and set me up with the package that best fit my needs. This house will be a vacation rental so I havent got to practice how everything works yet but the instructions seem straight forward and the installer (Steve I think) was also very helpful and explaining to me how to operate.

These guys are excellent! We looked into several options and deals for an ADT security system after a break in at our home in Palm Springs. We found that others would try to hike up the prices after the initial quote and none of them were actually local to the area - except this one. John helped us to find the right system for our needs and price range, he went out of his way to answer questions promptly and made us feel comfortable with the process. Call ADT in Palm Desert for a quote and spoke with Selina who was really nice and she had the sales Manager who was Jesus Ramos at my house that same day in the evening and gave us a quote.We then set an appointment for the following day for the installer to come and put a security system in our home and he to was very nice.I do recommend that if youre shopping for a good security system for your home to give Smart tech ADT in Palm Desert a call. All the employees are very knowledgeable and they give out great customer service.

They were full-service in doing the installation and when Ive had any questions or had any needs after they did the work that was completed they were always ready to act quickly and take care of things. The staff was great to work with. Our sales rep spent a lot of time with us explaining our options and helping us design a system that would work best for us. No high pressure sales! The install technician was on time and easy to work with. Explained everything that he was doing and even fixed my broken door knob!

Great response from the dealer. We had burglary. We interviewed several alarm companies. We selected ADT Smart Tech because they offered us good price. The installation was fast and clean. We would recommend other families who want to protect their home.

After meeting 2 other Companies from the Coachella Valley that are somewhat popular I decided to go with ADT Smart Tech, Jesus and the Company were the only company who actually knew what they were talking about regarding the protection of my home. The other two companies (Desert Alarm and Maximum Security) Didnt have the right answers or didnt know how to answer the questions I had. Pricing was far better with ADT for a far superior product. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend.

We just had an ADT system installed. we were delighted with the entire process. Tom sold us on the system and we were pleased with the pricing . Steve installed the system in one day. complex process and likely tedious but he was pleasant throughout. he took the time to answer our questions and was very professional. the computer module functioned well but the display was imperfect. Steve came over the following day with a new computer and replaced it cheerfully. there are other ADT sales offices out there. go with the best : Smart Tech!

I have been with Smart Tech since moving into my house in 2008. Have had very little problems, however when I did, the response was quick and taken care of right away. I recommend them to anyone looking to protect their property with a responsible company.Thank you Smart Tech.

Worst service. Communication in their company is terrible. The alarm system that was set up at our business address by smart tech ADT wasn’t working for at least a week, and despite notifying them immediately they took a week to show up and still left without fixing anything. To top it off, they never mention that you’re signing a TWO YEAR CONTRACT when they bring out the paperwork. They also don’t mention the 1,200.00 cancellation fee. Command One Security is by far better.

An absolutely awesome experience with this company that installed our new home security system. Upon requesting a quote on ADTs website, we had one of their agents from Riverside show up. Long story short, she quoted us a price of $750. It just so happened that Jesus, the Manager, had arrived outside my door and we had decided to go with him because it was nothing out of pocket. He even threw in a couple additional motions. The challenge came on the day of install. We have a good sized house and some of the hard wire sensors were not working. This accumulated to over 5 1/2 hours of install on the first day and with an addition tech, 2-3 hours the following day. Lucky, my schedule is a bit flexible, but imagine if I had to take an additional day off of work given a different employment situation. Overall, I would go through Smart Tech again.

Alonzo is the person who came out that day well not only that day but a hour after i walked in to my house being robbed. He also waited at my house while i went with the local PD to point the guys out. He is a very nice guy and had all our security needs that we wanted also informed me about a couple others that i did not know about. So after talking it over with my wife we decided to go with Smart Tech. He came that day and we filled out the paper work and he set up the installation for us. The Techs came and were in and out in a matter of hours. We had an issue with one of the sensors, I called him and he got the guys right back out and they fixed it in mins. Really good sales and service. Salesman was helpfull and addressed our concerns about security after several break-ins. Needed to activate update an existing system. Techs called and were delayed but arrived and went to work right away. No disruption to my routine. Replaced old sensors added new communications and sensors as needed. Friendly and courtious.

Selina and I became Facebook friends before I was robbed in mid-July. We recognized each other immediately at a business luncheon through the La Quinta Chamber of commerce. Selina Sullivan and Tom Grove came to my house to assess my needs, gave me several options the other monitoring company did not have. On the day of installation we found that my internet service was not working. Jorge installed most of the equipment, and returned the next day to finish the installation. He did a fantastic job that I couldnt see the wiring. The ADT Team were really helpful and considerate and i appreciate all the insight they provided when it comes to Home Security and I would highly recommend!!

We were having a problem with the alarm on a Sunday and could not correct the problem over the phone. The ADT tech we talked with tried everything.
