We feel very lucky to have found Octavio to do our kitchen work. Hes very experienced and we gained a great deal from his expert advice and suggestions. The cabinets he recommended and installed are beautiful and high quality. He also had great suggestions for the all the details that you need for a kitchen such as lighting, cabinet pulls, a sink and a faucet. We are very happy with everything he recommended and installed. His installation work went very fast and very smoothly, something you really appreciate when your kitchen is being worked on.

Many issues..kitchen remodel looked great at first. Holes, like missing dry wall hidden behind stove, dishwasher and washing machine of course I didn’t notice until I had appliances replaced then you see the 4x4s exposed, kitchen island, is not leveled, anything round placed on island counter rolls off, like oranges, pencils etc:, broken kitchen window and dent in my chrome thermador over stove hood which occurred when one of the workers dropped it, ORD tried to pound out but still dented. Tile floors in various areas are loose. Kitchen sink and faucet were the worst, under sink leaks, quality poor, again you don’t know, as they looked great initially.I had called ORD with my complaints but as they were paid in full I never heard from them again..buyer beware, check all their work with a fine tooth comb before you pay....

ORD Construction remodeled my kitchen several years ago and they did a fairly good job. So, when we decided to do a larger remodel (all floors, master bath, replace all windows) we called them again. This time the job was horrible. The project was completed 3 times longer than promised, lack of responsiveness and over all frustration! My husband had to complete some of the touchups himself, and the crew helped them selves to our tools in the garage (Octavio promised to send them, but this never happened), and our towels that they used for rags. Definitely would not recommend.
