Disappointed... very claustrophobic experience with product, customers and staff all around yet they were out of three of the six items we wanted. The staff was attentive and tried sourcing the missing items online but they were also sold out there too. Kind of a flop all around. Very surprised the store was that small.

A friend gave me a lovely hostess gift from W-S but the color didn’t match my kitchen. I went to exchange it today, still wrapped and in the gift bag with tags attached. The clerk immediately said “if you don’t have a gift receipt, I can’t help you.” I searched through the bag and there was not a gift receipt but it was clear it was purchased at W-S. No wonder W-S stores are closing. Sadly, I’ll never shop there again.

Customer service here is pretty bad. I came in looking for a specific espresso machine. Williams Sonoma is literally the only place that I could buy the Saeco in person. I was treated rudely and unfairly and because of that, I just walked out. My next option was to drive to Rancho Cucamonga or buy online...I opted for the online purchase. I get that I dont look like I fit into El Paseos typical customer profile, but because of the assumption that I cant afford anything here, you kissed a $1500 sale goodbye. Not my loss...I still got my espresso machine.
Upscale home good store found some great bargains
Very disappointed in return policy. I purchased a table runner that was too long for my table. 2 days later, with the receipt, I attempted to return it and was told that it was on sale and therefore not returnable. I spoke to the manager who told me that info is on the receipt, and he was sure the sales associate told me the policy. I explained that while it may be on the receipt it is one line inserted in a long paragraph and that the sales associate did not make me aware of the policy. As well, there are no signs anywhere in the store stating the policy. I requested a merchandise credit instead and was told “no”. As well, having it on the receipt is after the fact!
Love this store. Good customer service. Very pricey...not for everyone.
Wonderful staff and product. These employees genuinely like their jobs and are very knowledgeable. The cooking classes they offer for adults and kids are lots of fun.
While doing last minute Christmas shopping, I called for a stock check. The phone was answered quickly, the employee was very knowledgeable on the specific item I was searching for, and I was placed on hold for what seemed like less than a minute! It took me longer to find parking than to go in and purchase the item they placed on hold for me.
Great store. Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful people running the store... Best high end cookware store Ive visited. The store is beautiful!
VERY PRICY kitchen equipment store. The knife quality is high and worthy of prices. Other things are same as found in Amazon but jacked up in price .
