I havent been here in quite some time!!!but many moons ago (about ten years) I would shop here on weekends with hopes of finding the coolest, off the wall stuff to wear to school on Monday that you Wouldnt otherwise find at any other store but HOT TOPICThe style at this store was unique to each his own edgy, grunge, emo, scene, which is much more wideley accepted these days... but the Converse, seat belt and studded chain belts, wallet chains, and great jewelry selection for any and EVERY piercing you can imagine!! I definitly give Hot Topic 5 stars for being a place u could let your individuality shine. as well as keeping up with all the mainstream Rock Band, Movie / & TV show, merchandise throughout the millennia.

A greeting when you enter, when you purchase, they advise you of the specials, got three knee high socks for the price of two.

Hot topic was very fun! There were clothes, shoes, toys, and even more.

Usually a nice place to come and get collectibles but today the main worker was incredibly rude. Defiantly ordering online from now.

They have a great selection of Funko Pops and collectibles. A little bit overpriced for the rest of the stuff but not so much where you cant afford it. During peak hours the place can get overcrowded and sometimes you have to wait around until people stop looking at certain items for you to see them. Its understandable since its inside the mall. Aside from that, this store is pretty striaght forward and fun!

This is always my first stop when my fiance and I go to the mall. Theyve always got merchandise for the latest movies, video games, and TV Shows so theres something for everyone. Even if you werent really looking for anything in particular, youll likely be able to find something on clearance that strikes your fancy. The employees are super friendly and make sure you know that theyre there to help.

Been shopping here for quite a while, gotta say A+++ on customer service, management along with the rest of the employees are attentive and always willing to help. Great team and outstanding store. love my local hot topic.

This is really my daughters store,but I always end up finding the perfect, something, every time she goes! Im not into anything specific, but if you are into anime, or what my friends call Geeky stuff, then this is your store! I dont consider myself a Geek, so I dont use that term. 😂 Check out the website and youll understand what I mean. They offer everything!

Had a great experience. My wife and I ended up finishing up our purchase with a search for our zodiac symbol in the pin bucket. I believe the associate or manager’s name was Nikki. She ended up helping us out on our scavenger hunt. It was truly awesome of her, and made for a better experience.

When I was trying out clothes there, an employee decides to unlock the fitting room and I yelled out that it was busy! She either didnt hear or didnt care, but she apologized and left. On my way to pay she kept looking at me hoping I wouldnt let the manager know what had happene. I didnt say anything and I just walked away.

Great store, lots of fun merch. Catering to punk, goth, anime and pop culture trends. Friendly staff, always ready if you have a question or need help with something. Only complaint, store is a little small and hard to move around if you have mobility issues.

Placed an order online around Thanksgiving. For 2 + weeks, the order status was still processing. Wrote Hot Topic twice only to be reassured that the order was confirmed and would ship soon. And then, here came all the emails, one for each item ordered saying how sorry they were, but the item ordered was sold out and could not be fulfilled. So, for two wasted weeks, when I could have gone elsewhere to get these items from a MORE trusted reliable business....I am now S.O.L!!!! Read postings on their Instagram page that other customers had the same problem!

Decent selection of piercing jewelry and a friendly and helpful staff. Not enough adult sized clothing, but, if youre pierced wherever you should check them out.

I really like this store!! They have some really cute disney stuff here. Defintely love to browse and purchase something when I can. However, the customer sevice isnt consistent. Some employees go above and beyond while it seems others prefer you leave them alone.
