Like many I knew what I was looking for when it came to buying a pool table. I went to the Gameroom Gallery to see what they had to offer and to learn more.I met Michael as I entered, and within moments we hit it off and were laughing. It was a pleasure to met such an easy going guy.He respected my taste. And when I found what I wanted he gave me a great deal! And he made it easy to install.I generally don’t review businesses, but in this case it should be known Michael and his staff are great people to do business with. I look forward to going back.

Visited CA from Spokane,WA and they happen to be right near our resort. Stopped in on Friday, great awesome place. Two older gentleman who I assume have been on the arcade business since the great days of the 80s greeted me and my son and let us walk around their showroom. A lot of beautiful original and restored classics in there.I was mainly only looking for a happ trackball for my MAME cabinet at home. The gentleman asked me to stop by on Saturday and he would look for one.Stopped by and sure enough, had exactly the perfect trackball for my needs at a very reasonable price.If I lived nearby, I would be there all the time looking for that perfect part or to purchase a beautiful restored arcade cabinet like Pac-Man or whatever.

I am familiar with Gameroom Gallery because when I drive by I would always see the sign but never bother to enter till I wanted a pool table for my man cave. The minute I come into contact with Michael it was great! Weve talked about Frank Zappa, SuperTramp, and Billy Joel. Michael offer me advice in my first visit and gave me a great deal! on my second visit. Calling and setting anything up with Michael is a chore. he is extremely rude and all over the place . I have tried to schedule several appointments for a pinball and juke box servicing and each time he has dropped the ball. Very recently he had a verbal altercation with me over the phone along with other situation where he was shouting and raising his voice at me. . He was shouting and raising his voice telling me Im not coming there to do any preliminaries or estimates, I am there to do what you need me to do and then I dont want a check or anything because I dont wait I want my money right then and there he then shouted COD and then proceeded to hang-up on me before I had any chance to schedule anything with him. He is extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend his services due to how he handles his customers. I understand that things are busy but after 3 times of not following through maybe you are doing to much by yourself. I never spoke to him like this so it gives him no room to treat any customer this way.

The staff at Gameroom Gallery is extremely friendly and helpful. They are incredibly knowledgeable. Really helped my 12 yr old get the right Pool Cue.They have some amazing jukeboxes and classic video terminals from the 80s. It brought back my childhood memories.Ill definitely be coming back.

I love this place. It is the ultimate man cave or game room destination. I try to stop in at least once or twice a year to see whats new. Michael (owner) is always very welcoming and you can tell they really enjoy showing the merchandise. My son and I had some time to kill so I introduced him to a pinball machine for the first time. I think he is hooked. Then Michael showed me a signed Eagles guitar from all 5 original members. You dont get much cooler than that. It has to be worth $15,000 or more. We have also used them to help move, assemble, and level billiards tables in the past. It is worth stopping by just for a game of pinball.

The pool table at our local vacation rental was missing a que ball. An odd request, but the folks at Gameroom Gallery were immediately available to help on Sunday. Not only did we get a que ball, but a guided tour of their awesome showroom. THANKS for getting us back in the game!!!!

Wow! I was able to visit today and was immediately taken back by the large selection of neon signs and gaming consoles. As an avid pool player I was inclined to check out their selection of cues and accessories and I was very impressed. The owner Michael took his time to show me around and I had a lot of different questions and it was a great experience. I picked up some signs and a new Cue ball rack for my local pub in Riverside. I established a wish list for both myself and for my son Nicholas. I’ll be dropping by again as we get closer to the holidays. I definitely would recommend this to anyone starting a game room or a sports bar.

Beware !!!If I could rate this no stars I would . Saw a pin ball machine I loved and gave a deposit on it . The owner cashed my check . I also told him if he needed the rest just let me know and I would pay it . When I’m ready to get my machine I found out that the machine had been sold and he already took my money . He was not honorable it was a rare pinball machine.I was asked to give him a second chance to buy a pool table by the manager at legacy . When my mom came in a customer stormed out as she came in talking about his attitude. She also dealt with his attitude it was horrible . Kim had to walk her out and apologized bfor his behavior . Never will go there again . !!!

I purchased a pool cue at this location along with a pool table and other pool related items. The delivery guys were respectful and very pleasant to deal with. I have since been back to this location for other reasons and find Mike, the owner, to be an absolute delight to work with on all my visits. He is an upstanding business man who honors his word and his products. I couldnt have asked for a better outcome in all matters that I dealt with him on. I bought a pool table sight unseen after a one hour talk on the phone with Michael the owner. It is rare that I would do such a thing, but I had total faith in him. His knowledge and experience with pool tables was obviously extensive, and there was no pressure to buy anything what so ever. The delivery and set up of the table went went as smoothly as our conversation.

Where do I begin add the two guys that came over to my house on time they broke down my pool table right in front of me very fast I worked on my pool table it was off level it was slates were were not level I thought it was unfixable they made it a very pleasant experience not too often have I had this with any Company today November 11 Veterans Day I get a call from the owner he gave his blessings for my service in the Marine Corps and gave a great follow up call on the care of my pool table and gave me great praise for being a veteran. These are the companies that should be recognized for their service and attention to service the owner was giving me tips on pool care on the service call and just had a great way of talking about taking care of the pool table I really appreciate it it’s not about just taking my money it’s Everything from thanking me for being a veteran And making sure I knew how to take care of my pool table afterwards that’s what companies should do a service call is not just about making money but making sure your clients are happy and they understand the things that can make their product better I would deal with this game room gallery again and again. They have very high quality Pool tables and equipment, pool table and equipment maintenance, cue fixing and tuning, lit up beer brand signs, Dart Boards, classic arcade games, classic juke boxes updated with quality speakers and working in synch with Alexa and other Bluetooth devices and more... I will only go here moving forward and highly recommend! Put it this way, Coronavirus will be around for a while and it will take some time for things to get back to some normality. Have been trying for days to get ahold of anyone via the website, email or telephone, I have been trying for 3 days - not sure whats up here but the phone just rings and rings.........not calling here anymore. (1st review)Hey, I tried 1 more time just in case there was an emergency or something beyond the norm - finally got ahold of them and it wasworse than I thought !! We are trying to move 1 bar table and re-felt2 others - They are really bad at communicating and had no clue what I was talking about, not sure how they are even still in business (edited).

Went to look for pool cues. They are so over priced in everything not just cues. They have $20 cues for 20$ more than they should be. Stick with the internet or Craigslist for pool tables unless you want to spend $1000 more on the same pool table.
