I mistakenly broke the glass panel to our shower door. I panicked and ordered a piece of glass online but didn’t even think about brackets or anything of the sort. Long story short, I called Elliott at Palcencia Glass. He spent a considerable amount on the phone with me, educating me about brackets, u-channels, safety, and just down right anything that I would not have thought of. I would highly recommend this place. I wish I had called him when my glass initially broke, as I would have felt so much comfortable going through them/him! What a wonderful, kind hearted man. He was gentle spoken and knowledgeable- and quite frankly reminded me of my grandfather who recently passed. 💜

Our glass slider needed replacing because the seal had broken, and this was replaced today very carefully and it looks perfect - and they even helped get the whole sliding door moving more smoothly and easily - though that was not part of the paid work - and they tightened the door handle as well. A really good company.
