I found Chuck to be an honest, hard working man that never said no to my requests or ideas. In the end I left with a great cart that has run without a problem and was very affordable. I am very happy with the customer service. I will continue to use the Cart Connection for future needs and will gladly refer my friends.

I purchased a refurb cart from here in July 2017, to date (December 2017) it has never worked, they have already replaced 25% of the batteries and they have now gone again and the car is not charging. The bottom of one of the glove compartments fell out, cusing myt phone to smash on the growund. Every time I have gone back to the owner, Chuck, he has been unhelpful and taken fro ever to fix any issue, usually denying it his responsibilty. I feel sorry fopr Dave, the guy that works with him, who is helpful and efficient, but has to work with an obstinate, customer unfriendly business owner.I would never recommend anyone to buy from here!
