Super big and fun store! Hopefully my golf lesson will be good

So first off, if youre a golfer, well I guess you wouldnt go in here if you werent, dont go in there, just stay away...unless you have some room on your credit card! They have pretty much everything from ball markers to sets of clubs and everything in between. The selection they have, of everything they carry, is unmatched. Add to that the friendly and professional staff and you have a successful business. Im just visiting from the Sacramento area but well be back in town next year and Ill go spend another $450 on gear there Im sure!

I love this store! Its an adult playground for golfers. They have the biggest selection of everything golf. The also have reasonable priced lessons.

Molly and the staff at the PGA store are fantastic! They always provide the greatest customer service, and treated me like a member even before I actually became one. We had a blast at the Womens Day golf challenge on June 1st, and just finished the Father/Child competition. The staff are so encouraging and supportive to the kids. They had great prizes and really know how to make everyone feel special. I try to make it to the store several times a week. You will definitely be taken care of here!

I managed to get the right club. Hitting it into the screens is helpful, but not reality. No discount at this store.

Staff was good prices were too high markdown section was a joke had shirts there for $80 no they werent a hundred and sixty to begin with overall okay need to sell drinks there have a place with tables where you can have a hot dog and a drink and think about what you want to buy since its a big purchase

This is a nice, big PGA Superstore which you don’t always see. The staff was nice and helpful. I ended up buying a new Taylormade Spider putter and they have a pretty generous return policy where you can return it within 90 days and trade it in for another putter if you don’t like it anymore. The one bummer was they don’t have too many Scotty Cameron putters which is mainly what I was going there for. Hopefully the Spider does me well.

Had a better experience at the Arizona store. This store didnt have a great selection of womens golf clothes.

Big store, not much in stock. Went in to buy a pull-cart. There were 2 non-electric models. One of those was the floor model. There were 3 of the other. Many golf shoe brands but limited in mens size 10 and no womens wide width. Limited selection of womens ankle pants unless you want black or are a size 3. Few with deep enough front pockets - THEYRE GOLF PANTS, shouldnt they all have deep front pockets? For a Superstore - not impressed.

I always stop here when I’m in the valley. Here in Hawaii the best golf store would prolly fit in the putting area so it’s nice to see what we miss out on. Sooooooo much to look at. You can easily spend an hour here.

Great place to shop they have everything you need and more. The employees are great and help you until you are completely satisfied. The cashier was a pleasant lady that puts a smile on your face through this covid crisis .

Im left handed and the selection of left handed clubs usually mirrors the selection of left handed anything. Very pleased that I could find a left handed childs putter for my left handed son. When us leftys rise up and overthrow the right power that be, well make sure theres a righty putter for your son. Or maybe we wont. I could see us saying screw you, weve suffered and now you will too. We are a bit vengeful like that. Sorry in advance.

I had a Racket restrung and bought a T-shirt. The problem is I left my wallet at home. Called my Wife and got my credit card number and a Lovely Lady Manager trusted me and manually entered the info so I could complete my purchase. Outstanding Customer Service. Will Amaral

On a golf vacation to Palm Desert I experienced superb customer service for a club issue I was having. Gene Snitker went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved. What an awesome store and experience! Thank you!

Great attraction for all golfers of all ages. Right handed/left handed players. The indoor practice lounge is another plus.

We drove 21/2 hours to get fitted for clubs, spent 4 hours getting fitted with ping 410s my clubs came 2 weeks later along with my wife’s. That being said my clubs were fine my wife’s were all wrong we spent 2 1/2 hours driving back to get her measured again. We waited 2 more weeks and received all but 2 of them waited 2 more weeks and finally got the other 2. At the time we did all of this my wife ordered a new bag Haven’t received that yet it’s been 31 days. We keep calling to no avail all they tell us is that it’s Ping fault I don’t recommend getting anything at this store.

My husband was fitted with golf clubs .We couldn’t have been happier with the service. We purchased the set from Matt. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were very pleased with the service. Matt was never pushy. Matt was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend this store.

I came in to get fitted for a set of Pings my Dad had ordered for me for Christmas. Matt helped me out and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable! Went back a week later and got a range finder in return for my dad for Christmas. The gentleman that helped me then was also very helpful. Would recommend.

Well, our organization is having a small Women 4 Hope golf tournament, & unfortunately they had nothing to donate, not even discount cards.

This place is amazing, the staff was friendly and helpful, not to mention all the different clubs and accessories there are. My wife and I felt like kids in a candy store. We are from Hemet, and will definitely make the drive there for our golf needs. Thanks so much

Huge range of stuff, mens, womens, kids, lefties too! Fitting bays for all the major brands, and the obligatory indoor putting green. Let down slightly by some staff, others were absolutely superb and knowledgeable.

Large store for tennis and golf enthusiasts. As usual mens inventory greatly out numbers womens selection. Also lacking for women are larger sizes. Assumption is all women are a size 6...

Went into the store today to purchase a new golf bag for my wife.I had shopped the bag on line and found a few places that sold the bag for $20 less.When checking out I inquired if they would lower their price to the online price and if not, would they split it with me? I was told no, they only honored their own on line ads.I know that Im being picky about $20 but this bag was my way of telling my wife she was getting new clubs today. So, I asked myself, do I want to do business with a store that doesnt want to offer better pricing when some competition is out there. My answer was no.Took the wife to a competing shop for her new clubs.Bottom line? For being so closed minded, PGA lost out on over $2,400 of new equipment sales. But they did sell a bag......

Totally got a cold shoulder in here, asked three different people to help me out I was in here to buy a new set of irons I guess I’m the wrong color. That’s the feeling I got I’ll give someone else my money

Lots of stock - good prices. Their practice / testing bays are really good. Not a ton of staff - so be forward about asking for help if you need it.

Everything golf is here included test areas for equipment. I also found a perfect fitting hat with elastic stretch fabric.

We went into the store in Palm Desert yesterday and it simply smelled bad! It was very stuffy in the store. Clubs lying all over the putting green area. Not a good experience at all. We did not purchase anything.

This place has everything I need from golf balls all the way to cloths and much more.

All the top name brands that you would need for golf. Great store.

Love this place. We dont have one in Austin. Been looking for a used Titelist3 wood. Found one for a great price.
