When you deal with Purchase Green you start with Joanne in the office who is very helpful and gives all the information to get you started. She is very pleasant and makes you feel you are in to a good start.When Gerald came to our home he gave us all the information we needed to make a good decision and had all the different samples for us to pick from, we felt no pressure at anytime.The entire group of installers were great, friendly and cleaned up after themselves.We have had three different installs in the last few years and are so happy to say we are grass free.We have so many people commenton how nice our yard looks, thanks to Purchase Green.

Great place! Good service! Fantastic product! Would be 5 stars, but theyre not really set up for walk-in, small size purchases. It definitely seems more like a place for commercial installations.

Got samples, receptionists was always nice on phone, but never got a call back from the 3 messages I left. Its been 6 weeks, im moving on to another company

Gerald and Joanne took very good care of my needs during this project.The communication when first starting to confirm scheduling was somewhat difficult, probably due to the COVID-19 virus. But the results are obvious. The grass looks and feels real, I couldnt be more pleased. I highly recommend the Arizona Pro.
