From beginning to end the whole experience was great! Very quick to respond when we requested an estimate. Measurements were done quickly and once the materials were in we were able to schedule right away. I had to have the old Atrium cover removed and the team that came out to do the work were very careful to make sure that our plants were not damaged. The team doing the building knew exactly what needed to be done and it looks better than we imagined it. It was a total pleasure working with Andy and Valley Patios.

Andy and the Valley Patio team did a fabulous job on our two overhangs. Not only do they look great and we get very positive comments from friends and neighbors, they were easy to work with. Much consideration was taken during the process to give us knowledge and suggestions that would make our lives easier when all done.Andy deserves big kudos for working with us and the City to get final approval on an electrical issue for our pool company. It wasn’t anything regarding the overhangs, rather taking on an issue to help us out, at his time and expense.

Valley Patio in the Coachella valley are amazing. Great Prices, great communication throughout the whole process, and ones the supplies arrived, installation was quick and it looks great. They even obtained the city permit and HOA approval as a part of the process. Would recommend them to anyone in need of getting a patio installed.

Had two visits to the house and then after repeated emails/texts and waiting almost six weeks for a conceptual drawing and final estimate - was told: Andy said that we should respectuflly withdraw from the project. He is trying to catch up on proposals and projects, but we cant tell you exactly when we can get you the updated estimate. Construction delays will also be likely, which could cause more frustration. Im not sure that anything could cause more frustration at this point than wasting two months of my time stringing me along to end with a casual you should move on. Andy is the owner and hes apparently the only one who can draw up proposals - if youre so far behind, hire some people.

We established an appointment for an estimate, which was reasonable. Tammy and Jamie were a pleasure to work with. From the first time I called, they were both super nice and courteous. I set up a meeting with Tammy who came out and met with me at my house to look at the project. Jamie had my estimate over to me a few days later. Their pricing was within a few hundred dollars of several other quotes I received, but I just felt way more comfortable working with Valley Patios because of their knowledge and great customer service. This company is extremely honest and not looking to rip you off. In the service business, that rates five stars. The first company I called gave me a quote of over $900 for a malfunctioning wind sensor and a replacement remote for my retractable awnings. This seemed high to me so I contacted Valley Patios. Turns out all I needed was replacement batteries for the wind sensor (as opposed to the other company that quoted me $700 for a sensor you can buy on Amazon for about $175). The entire job - fixing the wind sensor, a replacement remote and service to all three awnings - was about $700 less than I was quoted by the other company. They could have charged me more and I probably would not have known the difference - which is why I highly recommend them!

Andy and his crew did a great job on extending my existing concrete and patio cover. The original installation was done by another local company who I decided not to use again. The expertise and professionalism at Valley Patios was awesome to have after the issues that we had with our previous contractor. Andy runs an amazing company. His people do great work and I am so happy to have found them (recommended by a friend). He did a patio cover for me 2 years ago and it has greatly increased our outdoor comfort and feels to have increased our livable space. About a month ago he did 2 patio covers for my parents and they turned out great! I cant wait to schedule my next project with his team. I am giving them a call now in hopes that they do fences and misting systems.

As a VP of operations for a luxury apartment company I deal with projects and vendors all the time and extra critical of work quality and customer service. Andy and team have been superior to deal with and both of my patio covers look amazing (highly recommend you spend the extra money for fascia wrap) looks clean and upgraded. Since this is a vacation home I’m forced to manage some projects from afar but it’s been really easy with Valley. I spoke to other vendors before finding Valley and others appeared to be flakey, returned calls late and I worry about how they would fix issues or warranty down the line. I went with Valley and couldn’t be happier. They deserve this review and my time to do so.

Contacted them as they had installed fan/ shade/ lights st another house. It’s been over 6 weeks and have yet to get drawing and final estimate. Have called and was told it would be 2-3 days and that was over 3 weeks... have found a more responsive company

Andy and his team installed my Patio Cover, lighting and Automatic shades probably close to 5 years ago. So far everything has been almost trouble free. The 1st minor issue was with the lighting after a major rain storm, they were quick to come out and replace the damaged part. The only other problem was some fading on the plastic end caps. I called Valley patios on Friday and they came by my house the following Monday and replaced all end caps, which were over 5 years old. The structure looks brand new again! Thank you!

I am very disappointed in their customer service! Had an appointment scheduled and sales rep was about an hour earlier than scheduled time and I was not home yet, did not get any follow up call. Very bad customer service.

I received a rather expensive quote back in Oct of 2013 and followed up at least 2 or 3 times via email without any returned response from them. My last inquiry was in Jan 2014 and still no reply. This is not the level of customer service that would make me want to do further business with them.

Faulty installation that they will not correct. Awning leaks in several places Dont return phone calls.

Andy is extremely conscientious regarding his work and his customers.
