Lets play Never have i ever...Never have i ever thought that Mini Doughnut Factory could be outdone...i was so wrong! Everyone, lets welcome Snowshack to quaint little Palm Harbor! Its a little plaza shop with unique and unsuspecting decor that makes you feel like you stepped into an Frozen movie. The ice cream is nitrogen frozen so its fresh and smooth. You make it yourself from an array of flavors & toppings. The mini donuts are delicious, and packed with tastiness. Coffee is pretty damn good too. YOU MUST stop in & try!Rating went down for me for this place since last coming in. The treats are great but the donuts were so hard. It couldnt compare to the Mini Doughnut factory this time. They need to up their freshness game.

I recently stopped in to Snowshack while running errands with my daughter. The moment I walked in the door I knew we were in for a treat.The decor is fun and fitting. Snowshack is family owned and one of the brothers happened to be working. He made us feel as if we were part of the family and did so while crafting incredible donuts for us. I can’t even put into words how delicious these little gems are.If you’re in the area and looking to do something different with the family, this place is a must. We can’t wait to go back!

Great ice cream, coffee, and staff!

Not only were the ice cream and milkshakes delicious, but the whole place was a super fun experience! I was delighted to find out they have so many vegan options!!!

The owners of this place are amazing people in our community and treat everyone as if they are family. They give back to the needs in our community in a BIG WAY. Plus their mini donuts are a house fave and perfect for school events! Thank you Snow Shack!

Best donuts Ive had in Tampa area and the ice-cream, nothing but yuuummmm!!! Love the atmosphere and on top of all that the staff are amazing. I tried a few samples and they were so accommodating with all my children. LOVE THIS PLACE AND WILL BE BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN. Thanks for having such a great place to bring my family!

Great place not only to cool off but experience fun interaction with the happy staff of this FAMILY RUN desert parlor. Every time my wife and I walk out of The Snow Shack, we walk out satisfied with pleasing our appetite for fresh deserts and friendly service.. If you want to be treated with respect and friendship, I recommend to treat yourself to going to The Snow Shack. I guarantee a different experience upon each visit to this wonderful place of business!

The kids (and adults) had a blast here! The decor is a true winter wonderland! We loved the Christian music & family atmosphere! The staff was so incredible! We truly appreciate Skyler for showing the kids how to blow “dragons breath”With the snowballs!! The mini donuts are amazing too!

Used to love the place, but now they’ve industrialized it, took away the sweet ambiance and selfie wall. The original owner was in it for the customers experience and was always joyful and made getting ice cream fun. The last time we were in there it had changed a little, but this time it was very disappointing. Guess we will have to look for a new place for pleasant faces and a fun treat experience. Not to mention that it took over 20 min to get 3 ice creams!!!

A bit disappointed this morning in the freshness of my mini donuts. I have been in. A couple times and while have never been disappointed in the donuts themselves, I haven’t been all that pleased with service. The minis are made to order, so that CAN take a little time, so at least two people working would make for a more pleasant experience as far as the wait goes. Waiting 20 minutes plus on my way into work isn’t great. There doesn’t seem to be a sense of urgency in the staff to get things going. Not sure I’ll go back.

They make donuts big and small to order and Nitro ice cream and as I said before the very best milkshakes ever! These mini donuts are not only amazing tasting but good for the price and super unique! Also when you enter the building you will always be welcomed and greeted no matter how busy you are. Also everything else is also amazing and pretty decent price. The mini donuts are the best though.

Loooove this place! From the second we walked in the owners were involved, even in the food making, and super friendly. Not only were the donuts amazing (seriously incredible) but the entire staff is welcoming, friendly and patient.I am blown away by the whole experience at Snow Shack. Would definitely recommend!

Cute place, funky donuts. Latte was a little over sweet but the coffee was good. Havent tried their iced cream but looking forward to it; I havent had nitrogen iced cream since college.

Received the mini donuts at work and they were so cute, I had to stop and get some for my family. Suprised to see that they also have oversized donuts as well! They are delicious and will be ordering more for my toddlers birthday.

They were amazing. The food was great and you have to try the croissant donut. It is out of this world

The kids you have working here for the summer...I assume...have no idea what they are doing..soooo many other waaayy better ice cream joints in the area! Sad..my girlfriend was so excited to bring me here..walked in..she didnt recognize anyone working or the place itself..definitely not what it used to be. Even in July, this place was nice and cool inside with a great atmosphere! Was able to experience the nitro ice cream made to order and the delicious donuts in unique flavors. This is definitely a place to try for all ages!

I had a last minute order for 100 donuts that needed to be delivered to my sons theater class and I called and spoke with the owner who personally delivered the donuts herself to make sure they would get there! Wonderful service AND the kids said the donuts were delicious!

The girls working the counter at this place were so sweet to us today. I would recommend this place to anyone if for no other reason than the amazing customer service. Thank you girls for lifting our spirits when we really needed it.

This was a cool place, very unique. If you are planning to get take out I would suggest ordering ahead, everything is made to order so it takes some time if you have a larger order but either way worth the wait.

This place is unbelievable. Im there 2-3 times a week. Im lactose intolerant and their Nitro ice cream doesnt barther me at all. There is no better atmosphere and friendly people. A most go!

I have been to this place several times since it opened. I was shocked going in yesterday at the changes and horrible service. The pictures online are not representative of how the store looks. The seating area is now very small, 3 tiny tables all of which were dirty. The employees were unorganized. They messed up 3 orders. I had 3 donuts and a cold brew. After waiting over 20 minutes (the store was not busy, they were hustling to finish an order called in 4 hours before), I asked the girl in front where my coffee was. She was argumentative and rude, said it had been made already and someone took it. I finally got it, was terrible and not what I ordered. One of the girls was too busy talking to her friends about Facebook to help with the orders. She also handled donuts after cleaning and sweeping the floor. I miss what it used to be when the owners 2 sons were the main employees. It used to be a 5 star experience, it is no longer. I will never go back, nor will I continue to recommend this place to my friends, clients and followers.

This place just wasted 20 mins of my life.... just drove 20 mins from my house SnowShack says it closes at 9:00 so I left my house at 9:17 and get there at 8:38 and I go in there and they are cleaning evreything so I asked the lady if they where still open and she said they are closed and that they have new store hours..... I told her to update the new hours to her website and she laughed at me... what a joke place this is.

I went 4 different times...different days during normal business time..every single time they were closed.

A truely magical place.The donut ideas are adorable and tasty! As is the decor in the place, and the overall atmosphere; the employees are very welcoming and polite, lots of smiles.The ice cream is creamy and so many options to pick from! Its also nice that they have dairy free AND vegan options.Nitro, icecream, froyo, donuts, coffee and teas this ppace has it all.Its a bit on the higher price side. But its a novelty nitro icecream. Great place, would defintly go back again... maybe to try that new donut!
