Are we allowed to write in support of a local business we used? I am not related, did lots of research on who people were pleased with, etc...my old front doors were 35+ years...i think with mold, I used Capitol Millworks in Palm harbor behind chic fila, heather, front end, really patient with me, did have to wait several weeks for door to come in, maybe due to covid? ...the painter was sooooo good, came back and did a 3rd and 4th coat when i noticed a bit of a mottled look...installer came back multiple times to check on painting, adjusting the rubber under the door, caulking the edge of the door when i noticed a gap...and they always showed up when they said they would!!...doors around 2400? including hardware...install 800/paint 800 + permits...price unknown...paid a little bit at a time, so dont have a true total...home depot probably less, but dont trust their installers...always seems to be a problem somewhere...before (black) and after (white) included

I have ordered 2 door at this point both are perfect. one i turned into a barn door the other into a pocket door. very solid and beautiful doors. heather was great in helping me and the doors came when she said they would.

The crew here is super helpful. Really nice people. They are always on point with communication and time frames.All material is in Closed garage so no moisture issues.

Terrible customer service, they don’t care to hear you or look to make a comfortable purchasing and quoting process, they act like you ask to do it for free, rude attitude and discriminatory attitude of my accent, I don’t think will be on business for so long with this way to behaviors and terrible way to treat possible customers !!

Do not use... He will rip you off..Once you pay him they will not care to help you ever again.. They sell the world and when it comes down to it they do not do what they promise.. After 3 months waiting for my doors when they came they were nothing like he promised. I talked to another company to come out and fix them but they said the doors were so bad that they all needed to be replaced. Now I am in a house were my doors do not close right and make tons of noise. When Capital Millwork finally got back to me they said they would replace the doors but I would have to pay them again for the installation.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME...

I called the company to ask for some information. The answers were either complete miss-information or complete lies. I will never waste my time with them again.

We purchased a new front door with two side lights from Capital Millwork. My husband and I are very happy with the new front door, the installation and the customer service. Keith was our sales person and he was very helpful in explaining our options. I started looking at the doors approximately six months prior to the purchase and Keith helped me every time until we were able to make a decision. He even helped me with the decision between two doors giving me enough information so my husband and I picked the right style door for our home.

Although the showroom is nice and has lots of options every time we have went in to look there has been someone different there explaining to us the prices and always different men walking through and at some point they dont even ask if youre being helpedThe only reason I am giving them two stars is because we had one delivery man named Chad who went above and beyond and not only delivering my product but also making sure that it was moved somewhere that I had asked.

Very very pleased with their work! Very professional and everything was done quickly . Jason did an amazing job installing my doors as well . Highly recommend!
