Rude. Person who picks up phone and in response to request for an eye exam says I cant schedule an eye appointment. But it takes about 3 questions to get him to divulge that the eye appointments are with a separate concession there. Fine, but dont act like you cant be bothered to even forward a call. Been here before, but going to Costco now

The service here is slow and shows a touch of the, I just cant be bothered. I blame Wall-Mart for underpaying and over working the employees. They look tired and, in fact, they are. Smiles, therefore, are genuinely infrequent and the vibe is one of lost humans whove become total automatons.The products are okay especially regarding how inexpensive they are.So if you dont mind the impersonal atmosphere, you will get a pretty good deal on a good (not great) product.

Very poor customer service with the salesperson there today. #1 rule dont argue with your customer. Resolve What ever the problem is. Took in a pair of glasses I recently purchased for an adjustment. I was wrong an she was right! I was also there to order a new pair of contact lens, after this encounter, Did not order my contacts from there. They have lost my business.

So far so good. Eduardo is very polite but doesnt realize he is a little patronizing. I felt he was treating me the way he thought he should treat an older person because of innate bias that we older patrons face every day, almost everywhere. Picking up my new glasses tomorrow.

Not overly sure how experience In store would be, employee felt not answering questions on phone-dropping phone until another worker helped was appropriate. Upon contacting store management Ive realized my money ought not go to corporate welfare walmart.Glasses are in need of replacement because the other area walmart BROKE both pair upon adjustment.Not Capable-best comment I have for either store.-Rude is not acceptable.

Faith looked up an old prescription and ordered new glasses for me. She was very helpful and even called me when I left my current glasses on the counter.

So I buy a pair of glasses and the right lens is out of focus, when I call WVC they assure me that the lens have been tested 3 times. I go back the next day and they check it again, same thing they keep telling me that it is to the prescription I gave them. Then I go back to where they examined my eyes they check the new glassed from Walmart and tell me the lens is not write my vision is -275 and walmart had it at -4.75. I took back the glassed to walmart and got a full refund. Bottom line dont waste your time. inept and not trained to use their own equipment.

Worst pair of glasses I have ever owned. Will never go back.
