Friendly receptionist! Lots of light airframe parts/bush tires, hunting tents and heavy haul sleds

Just want to recognize the great service I received from Airframes Alaska. I ordered some parts and when they arrived the order was short two pieces. The invoice/packing slip shows they were picked and shipped but that wasnt the case. The good folks At Airframes Alaska didnt even hesitate and shipped the missing products immediately. Horrible customer service. Called and ordered a wheel and brake set up that they said would fit my aircraft. Come to find out it didnt. They stuck me with 200.00 shipping to and return when it was their mistake that they got mis-information from their supplier. Wouldnt even split it with me. As a long time customer I have to say Im disappointed.
