I would rather drive out of state then go to this cvs again. Everyone seemed to busy to be polite even tho Noone looked busy. I had a appoint that I waited 30 min for and couldnt get help. Later that night I got an email canceling my appointment an hour and a half after they had me waiting till I left. I HATE this cvs. I hope they close down and everyone there looses there jobs
I have an appointment today to have my covey test at 8:20 No one is in or outside .. Ive been waiting 5 minutes I know that doesnt seem long but I knocked on the door and the woman in the inside was extremely extremely rude now when you make an appointment for a test at a certain time they should be ready and not be extremely rude. maybe come to work on time and youd have your stuff ready for people that have appointments for 8:20. Not 8:25 not 8:30 not 9:45 Yes for a 20 just extremely rude
Absolute garbage here. Avoid if possible. My dear mother went in to purchase an item for $20. She was asked about joining their Careapass program for $10 off. She declined THREE times and then finally conceded at the forth question. She was told she would get $10 off and she could call to cancel. Welp, the cashier added the wrong email address. We cannot change the password for the account because we do not have access to this email. When you call to cancel, you are asked if you would like to cancel in the app (we cannot access) or via CVS.com (which we also cannot access.) Absolute lunacy! I am willing to bet two things, the first being that the cashier has a quota to meet for these sign-ups and the second would be that this sort of thing is designed to cheat the elderly out of the $5 monthly fee. I am disgusted.

I had the misfortune of attempting a simple transaction to refill test strips for my sugar meter. Because the individuals that are suppose to be there to help people entered the wrong information into their System the ordeal took weeks and they kept telling me it was my fault. Terrible customer service. I have done business with this organization for many years, but never again. I guess they are now too big to care. Very disappointed. They were so bad that when they dropped off the conference call with my insurance provider the woman from the insurance company apologized to me for the way CVS treated me. Inexcusable.

Waited in the parking lot for 25 minutes after my scheduled covid test time to be called in. Eventually found out they canceled my appointment and didnt notify me.

Staff is always friendly and really out for my best interest. The Pharmacy manager is awesome and very friendly.
Going into the pharmacy is usually quick and easy, but trying to refill a prescription over the phone is long, as youll likely be kept on hold for upwards of ten minutes.
The pamaracy calls you everyday to remind you of prescriptions that you dont want, and there is no opt out you call the store and tell them you dont want it, and when someone else goes to pick it up for you they give to them anyway (even though you told them you didnt want it .there like crack dealers the myst push there product on you I will never shop there again
